United is absolutely trash at this point. Not much else to say about it. Please, just stop. There’s no sense in waiting in their massively long costumer service lines. They offered a $15 dinner voucher…. The last two times I’ve flown out of here with United, we’ve ended up having to get a different aircraft due to issues and then on top of that, they have crew issues. Just do yourself a favor and pick literally any other airline.

United Airlines is the biggest POS airline on the planet. I've been traveling for years and 14 years ago I made a commitment to never fly on United or connect through O'Hare again. Started at a new company and our travel team booked me through O'Hare on United and sure enough.....no crew, connecting flight is over 2 hours delayed to 11pm now. How do these losers stay in business? Hate everything about United and O'Hare.

This company is pure garbage! Not only is the onboard service horrible (scant food, no choice, lack of politeness), but also they take no responsibility for all consequences of their delay. I've lost my connection and they suggested that I sleep on a chair at the Airport. This is disgusting! No Asian or European company would ever dare behave this way. Shame on you.

Absolutely appalled by ground staff employee yesterday. Disgrace to badge and uniform. She chose “Restricted” customer service practice for the “Restricted “ticket holder”. Be a long time before choosing United again.

Die schlechteste Erfahrung die ich mit einer Airline hatte. Personal unprofessionell, nicht hilfreich. Customer Service schiebt die Schuld auf andere Abteilungen, man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht ernst genommen.

Don't ever fly United out of Chicago if you can help it. They will make you travel to separate terminals simply to check a bag. They are horrible. Do not fly them.

Busy and congested as always it's O'hare airport. Most of the construction was donensonit wasn't to bad getting in, picking up the brother in law and getting out.
