These guys are great! This is a family owned business and they make you feel very welcome. The owner is extremely friendly. He is not fluent in english but he is competent. I have bought a lot of cars from in my life and I have had my fair share of bad experiences with car salesmen. I know how they can get in your face, and pressure you in to buying something from them. But my experience at united auto sales was completely different. I came in to look at their cars for my wife and it was shocking to see a car salesman be not pushy. He just said hi, asked about how my day ways, what I did for work and just made small talk. He didn't say a word about the car I was looking at, until I asked him. He was just really interested in talking to me about my experience in the military because his friend's son was planing on joining the navy. When I asked him if i could test drive the car, he smiled and said ABSOLUTELY. The car ran great and I decided to buy it. We then went inside the office to the paper work. A young lady came and asked us if we wanted to drink something. She brought me a coke, and my wife a bottle of cold water. The gentleman, I forget his name but started with an 'H' did all the paper work quickly and professionally. He printed a temporary tag, and at the end he said congratulations on your new car, but remember, this doesn't mean anything. If you take the car and two days later you don't like it, bring it back, i will give you all of your money back. That was such a peace of mind because buying a used car is a tough decision. Why doesn't every body do this? i highly recommend.

My brother bought a car from them last year. The car has NEVER given us a problem even though it was an American car. This year, I needed a car, and we decided to go to United Auto Sales but when we got there we found out they had moved to a new location and we didn't know where. So went to a bunch of other car dealerships around town and we were extremely frustrated with the way we were being treated. They wouldn't listen, or answer our questions. I kept telling the salesman than I needed a four door because I have a kid, and he shows me a Ford Ranger Truck that has two doors. I was like are you freaking kidding me?? We went to one of those buy here pay here places and I kept telling them that I wanted to pay cash, and the guy kept trying to get to finance a car at 28% interest rate. Oh my...28%??? That is insane. So Finally we stopped to eat at St Johns Seafood on beach blvd and we saw UNITED AUTO SIGN With Their American Flags right next to the restaurant. We were so excited to have found them! So we went in and Haroon (The owner) greeted us and asked about how were doing and offered us soda or water. (What a difference in service.) Then I told him I needed a car and he showed me several cars including a couple of small SUVs. We decided to buy a 2007 Nissan Altima for only $6800. The car is well worth over $8000 because it has leather interior, moon roof, CD, and so many fancy things. I will recommend UNITED AUTO SALES TO ANYONE!! GO HERE!!

They are so nice and professional. Being a woman, I have always been weary about car sales men cause they are always so pushy and they never give you a straight answer. To my surprise, these guys are not pushy at all like other dealerships. They are very honest and sincere. I bought a car for myself from them at the beginning of this year. It was a used car, and 6 months later my battery was getting weak which is normal for a used car. I went back, and they gave me a brand new battery for free. They didn't have to, because I bought the car used without any warranties or anything. My car has not had a single problem ever since. So when I needed to buy another car for my daughter who is starting college, I went back to them and I bought a 2006 Kia from them. Because I had been going to them for a while, they waived all the dealer fees, they filled up my tank with gas, and they detailed the car for me for free!! They told me if I ever needed service, they will give me 50% off. I am going to rave about United auto sales!! They really have exceeded my expectations over and over again!

One star only because i couldn't give zero. This place had major red flags as soon as i stepped on the lot that i completely ignored against my better judgement. They sold me a nice "looking" 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. I paid well above what i should have for it but only because it came with a few features. Fast forward 2 months, started having issues with the truck, too the truck in to be serviced and it was bought to my attention that the vin number on the truck had been covered with a flashcard, Nissan mechanic tells me people do that when either a vehicle is stolen, or sheisty dealers do that when they have phony carfax reports. After getting a diagnostic and the correct carfax i find out that the truck had been in an accident, the motor was no good, and there was a transmission problem. BEWARE, this is not the place to buy a vehicle unless its a mechanic special.

The vehicle is in near pristine condition and the mileage was unbelievable below 45,000. What a find! I was very comfortable making this out of state purchase sight unseen. On February 24th I purchase a vehicle with my tax refund . On Feb 28th my transmission went out abs I called the dealership to him them . The nice sales man told me to bring the car back to see what happen . It was a great car that ran smooth , never even been in an accident. So within a week I was contact abs they inform me it was the transmission and put me in a loaner car . Within another week I ask if I could get a different car to keep since no one had a transmission. The owner and sales man put me in a better car abs I instantly feel in love . It was a price difference of 1k but they didn’t add the interest on it . Thank God ! I strongly recommend you guys to check them out cause we all know cash cars are AS IS. So I’m very much appreciative that they didn’t just take my money and allowed me to loan another car until I got the permanent one

PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!!! They will try to charm you and make you feel like you are getting a good deal. Trust me there is no good deal you will get from this place. I bought a SUV from here with a 30 day warranty. I brought it back with transmission problems after 3 weeks. was told the car was fine.45 days later I was broke down on side of the road with a locked up transmission. The Repair for my car is $2600. After I just put diem a $1500 down payment to buy the car. I found out they don't even have a mechanic. The shop in the back is a shady body shop. They buy cars from an auction reset the dash and turn around and sell the cars knowing they have problems. Please don't help these shady crocks rip you or anyone else off. This business MUST be shut down!!!

We had a wonderful experience buying a car here! Mustafa was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us get the car that we wanted. They were more than accommodating and made it a pleasure to buy a car from them. I've read some of the negative reviews, and they do not reflect our experience whatsoever. United Auto Sales even goes so far as to include a two year warranty on the engine and transmission, at no charge to us. We even bought a carfax just to double check the car because the deal seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! This is just a great dealership who is in the business of selling great cars and great prices and NOT screwing people over. I would do business here again!

bought 2002 Toyota Celica GTS thought it was good when we test drove on Saturday went back pick up the car on Tuesday drove from Jax to Williston FL made it about a third of the way home started hearing a tapping sound at first thought maybe cv axle Took to mechanic this morning and it is a rod knocking and that the engine had already been replaced before with a used junk yard engine. DONT BUY HERE. Jimmy's response was sorry he didn't know and can't take back because he doesn't know what we did to the car. THank you united auto sales and Jimmy especially because now I get to tell my son that his first car is junk for his 16th birthday. Way to go Jimmy

The guy knowingly sold my daughter an unsafe car. She had it evaluated by a certified mechanic after hearing noises in the frontend. The results: a new axel, wheel bearing,cv joint and tie rod ends. $2700.00 He had to know of these needed repairs as she asked him what had been repaired and/or replace. All he said was the brakes and the valve cover gaskets. So he had to know. Plus he failed to reveal that the engine isn't the original that came with the car. When asked if he would "help" with the repairs,his answer was "sold as is" no. His dishonest dealings has put my daughter and grandaughter at risk. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DEALING WITH THIS GUY

I had been looking for a car for several months . I found one and was ready to buy it when I came across a really nice Murano online. I decided to go check it out. Great Service and Value especially compared to what I was expecting. Khalid is very helpful and they offer a surprisingly good warranty for a used car lot. It’s not super flashy and could use some updating but I am very happy with the quality and customer service they provided. Me and boyfreind had bought a car through them after a couple weeks the car wont start in are driveway we bought a new battery checked the starter you name it . In the amist of all this we had noicted we have not recived the new plates the we paid for threw them we called asked about them and the dealer jimmy said he had not sent them yet and he would bring them by we told him about the car and promised he would have his mechanic come look it been weeks sence no plates and no mencanic they called and said they come today the 19th of nov but they were a no show and now there not taking are calls

Where to even begin with this experience, after pretty much hitting dead end after 2 months of searching. I make a last ditch effort and check this place out down the road...it was worth it. Mozamil took real good care of me. Thermometer needed change in the engine? The part was already in transit that day. Little jut in the side of the car? Slightly patched up. Need keys? He personally paid himself to get new keys made for me...I would most definitely recommend this place if you're looking for solid cars at prices you can afford. He'd definitely do his best to work with you :)

After vigorous car searching, I stumbled upon one of their cars, decided to give them a call, and it was not helpful or professional, I was hung up on. long after that, I received a text to an unhelpful link. Proceeded to acquire more info about one of their cars, he was very vague; By vague I mean he sent one text saying, "car toke vehicles" and soon after stopped replying to my message. I was eager to do business with them but will not be wasting my hard-earned money. btw, he just messaged me like 45 minutes too late.

We had a wonderful experience with this dealer. Mo went above and beyond, definitely ask for him when you call. He worked hard to get us a vehicle that met our needs and our budget. No sales pressure at all, very professional. We would definitely do business here again and recommend this family owned dealership to our friends and family. This guy sold me a car that is almost unsafe to drive. Paid $5,000 for it and had it less than 2 weeks before I started hearing some funny noises. Took it to the mechanic.... $2,600 worth of front end suspension problems. Axel and bearings need to be replaced ASAP or they will be dangerous to drive on. I'm a single mother and this dirty dealer has no problem selling a car that could hurt or kill someone, and refuses to even help me with repairs because he sold it "as is". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

This is the worst service. My Friend bought her Accomplished Hard Working Daughter, what she thought was a reliable good working car. It is now not at all what she thought she bought. She trusted this place and the service it had. This place has done something to her vehicle where she has no air conditioning now, and it’s Florida so it’s HOT already and a humid Hot so for a teenager to not have the thing’s that this Mother bought for her it’s very disappointing and becomes a terrible experience.

Stay away. The company buys wrecked cars, it fixes them somehow and tries to sell them as clean. The sellers lie about the car history etc. Dont get fooled by the low prices or whatever discounts they offer. If you get a pre-sale car inspection at some serious dealership, get the company to pay for it and return the money if you buy it. Otherwise dont do it - you waste your money and time just to find out the car has been involved in some kind of accident. Well, now you've been warned.

Best place ever to buy a car. I was on the process of buying my first car and I'm only 19 everyone else I went to was haggle and pushing me into these car and didn't like and didn't really listen to what I was asking for. When I came here they listen showed me cars which I ask for and found a bank that my payments were not high neither was my down payment I would go back here and recommend and go here that truly to work with you and aren't out for you money

The guys there are great. M and J are honest and straight shooters. About 3 weeks after I bought my Pathfinder, the Check Engine light came on. I take it to AutoZone for the read out: Small Vacuum Leak. I go back to the guys and tell them, J says "Tighten the gas cap 3 clicks." Light goes off. As to the terrible reviews, I can only think it's another dealer trying to hurt them. None of those bad reviews reflect the vehicle or the service I received. صادق

We looked at a 2012 Hyandai Sonata that had a low price. Looked great, however I inspected it and saw that airbag light was on. Brake light didn't work and rattle in right door. Passed on that car. Think it was wrecked. As we was leaving roll back came in with a wrecked car. Pretty sure they buy those wrecks and fix them up so they look good but are actually junk. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My friend was sold a lemon for her daughter. The dealership was no help in fixing the issues with the vehicle. As a parent we already worry about our kids driving. I do not normally post online, but I feel this has to be addressed. The negative comments below are all true. They do not know anything about vehicles especially transmissions and brakes. You will save yourself money and the hassle to not go here even if you think you are getting a great deal.

I needed a car quick. United offered easy terms and payments with no hassles. At the end of my payment schedule the title transfer was all done electronically in about 2 minutes. I plan to use them again in the future when I have a need for a car. By the way the car looks and runs great.

After a only driving for a few weeks, my car has a maintenance check light come up, steering feels tight when driving. Tires already worn out, seems to have been swapped out after being purchased. Other review comments here seem to have a worse situation than I do.

They offer great service, but the vehicle purchased was found to have a transmission fluid leak, engine problems, bad alternator, ac went out, and power steering fluid leak (that they tried saying was already fixed) all in the first few days after buying it.
