WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I waited for 2 and half hours just to transfer name for motor insurance and they came up saying they have a problem in software. Branch manager and the cashier doesn't know how to interact with customers, when I asked cashier about 'No claim bonus'(insurance term) to cashier instead of explaining, he asked me, "Why did you buy the vehicle?" which is irrelevant to him as its our wish to buy any vehicle which vehicle we like. Though I started the process previous day itself as they don't accept the payment after 4:30 PM, again i went the next day to make the payment and collect the policy. After making the payment for owner transfer I waited for 2 and half hours and they came up saying they are unable to generate the policy and they need to raise a ticket for the software and they are not sure when it will be resolved all I received is a receipt for the bill payment for owner transfer without policy. When I asked the manager, when will they submit the policy she started shouting that, 'head office will not resolve issues as soon as she intimates'. Instead of convincing, she started blaming on software which they are using and BSNL for internet connection. Which is not my constraint. A TYPICAL GOVT. SERVICE, WHERE THEY DON'T VALUE CUSTOMERS TIME.

For renewal of insurance I had by mistake taken with me previous owner's RC copy. The spex wearing lady told me that you should bring the vehicle. I told her that I would bring RC in my name, no need to bring vehicle for inspection But she was rude and again asked me to bring the vehicle. Also told that it is the company rules that vehicle should be brought even if insurance has not expired. I was irritated by this development snd I showed the copy of my RC in my mobile. Then the same lady accepted and got the licence renewed. Incidentally, Last year I had renewed the insurance of vehicle in the same office without any hassles Worst experience with an insurance company

I was quite surprised at how simple it was to get my vehicle insured. I was of the opinion that the office would test my patience. But they were quite pleasant....except for one lady with spectacles. The other lady sitting to the left was quite nice and explained everything with a lot of patience. The guy who inspected the vehicle also was very well mannered and polite. All in all..... One of the few govt places which was easy to deal with for a change!

Due to the pandemic situation, they limit the access to the premises which is ok, but they don't allow us to pay the premium online. Secondly, the office itself is not kept clean. Its so dirty and scary as well for the hygienic reasons.

Excellent and they are really awesome quick and very professional. We had driven from a long distance and they gave us the email etc and told us to just reach out for next time such that we don't need to go that far in person. Thanks!!

I walked in for 2 wheeler insurance renewal. This was done in 10 min. Also I saved 300rs when compared to online insurance renewal portal. Staff was very polite and assisted me well.

Egoistic people, never agree for mistakes made and ask to return after couple of days and the mistakes in entry are very common.

Its a one person office. The lady is too lazy to take pics of the vehicle and do the required things to have the insurance done.

Very difficult to park vehicle as most of area/road is a no parking zone. Please be aware before parking your vehicle.
