Worst customer service. I went there Wednesday morning 30/08. Lady was busy with her phone. She behaved like mute without say Hii, Hello. She put amount on the eftpos with mute way and didn't ask for receipt. Owner please trained them for good customer service.

Wow, went into buy pies yesterday and saw a blowfly in the enclosed pie display unit. Pointed it out to the female assistant who tried to chase it out. I told her the items needed to be disposed of but this did not happen. No return. Not ever

I fill up petrol and paid by card the girl she turn and start listen To song and clean the fridge and I been waiting for the receipt and I called her two times she couldn’t hear me becoZ she listen to song busy Need customer service training

Time waster. Went there a couple of times and some pumps are not working and not being fixed. I wonder when they will fix pump number 10 (91 petrol) , staff know that it's broken. We'll see. It just keep clicking as if the tank was full,

Worst customer service. Don't buy barista coffee here! The guy was so rude, looking at his computer and eating something while I waited there for him to notice me. I finally said hello and that got his attention. I asked for an oat latte

First I was intrigued by the self service kiosk the staff member directed me to. Sounds efficient and something I had not yet encountered. But alas, the experience was less than ideal.

Website says open till 10pm. They are never open till that time! Sign out front says open but its 9.30 and they are not open. Ive been here at 9pm too and not open!

Good fuel prices and service. Downsides are no towel and bins at all the pumps, slow LPG pumps and no automatic doors at the shopfront.
