I called yesterday regarding a package that says it was delivered on Amazon but when I called ups yesterday they said it would be delivered yesterday I ordered multiple things, the product I called about and gave them the traffic king number for was not what came in the mail, the receptionist told me that ups and USPS switched my package and changed my tracking number, which I believe is NOT true because the tracking number he gave me was for the package that was delivered but where is the package that says it was delivered but isn't and I didn't get a notuce, my gates were open, I was home all day waiting and I didn't get the package I called for even when I have my tracking number, I paid for my products in full I do not want them to send it back and this is very friatrfrust how they don't know anything and they don't do their job correctly I'm going to have to call again, wait hours just to be spoken to, and all I want to know is where the package is seriously I will go pick it up I just want what I paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!this place should be closed down I don't want any of my packages ever going there again I hate this location they cause so much stress and like about packages being delivered ...... I really don't know why people even work there, they don't eve work!!!!

For months I have been complaining to the employees and managers of this post office in regards to not receiving my mail. I would either receive mail late, or have to pick my mail up from the two business next door. After the first complaint, she(the carrier) claimed that the key to get into the apartment building didn't work. So I spoke to the landlord and they said they would look into it. When the landlord came to check out the key, it was working perfectly fine. I then went back to post office to notify them. Sure enough, I went weeks without getting any mail and had to continue going next door to get it. After frustration had mounted I went to the post office yet again to speak with the manager on duty Mrs Davis. This was over three weeks ago and nothing has changed since. I am sick and tired of the disregard the postal office and there staff have extended my way. I have gone above them and contacted the postal office customer service department, who will in turn contact the district service department. I will yield results and I emplore everyone who has had an issue with this specific postal office to voice your complaint.

The supervisor Charlene! was utterly rude, my business of over ten years! which is in the Austin area, has not received mail in over three weeks now! ( this would not happen if I were in the predominantly white area, three blocks up the street in OAK PARK IL) I subsequently asked about having the mail held or getting a P.O. Box in hopes of receiving our mail in a timely manner. At which point I was told to do it on line! & that my business has to be on vacation to have mail held! Lastly the excuse I was given was due to COVID they’re experiencing shortages, which is understandable however ! ‍♀️ We’ve been in this pandemic two yr’s Missy! And I’ve received mail! This happens once a year at this location Consequently once again I’ve had to reach out to the post master general for a resolution to the horrible service & delivery issues that is constantly being rendered at this location! People escalate your issues with this location! Then, & only then will you get better services!

Horrible and incompetent employees, wouldn't even call them workers because they don't work or perform their job responsibilities. Can't blame this over covid because I have had ongoing issues with mail and packages not being delivered with a status of delivered even before covid started. I get other peoples mail more than I get my own. Makes me wonder where my mail is going. Just alone with the start of the new year, have already more than 3 packages, and several letters apparently "missing" but says its delivered. Incompentence, carelessness and theft is my conclusion for everyone in this particular post office. My question is, why?

I have been in the neighborhood for 5 years enough to experience poor service this is the third time that there has been a sign on my door says delivery for the second floor please ring the second floor bell and constantly sitting in the window all day only to be on the phone for an hour to find out the mail carrier claim he has been here at 5:47 when they stop delivering at 6 it's sad that they able to go back to the office and just say whatever they want to say especially when it's not truth but you can always see them in the neighborhood doing other things besides delivering mail

Always holding my mail and packages for my PO Box hostage... Had to get in contact with UPS & meet the driver during daily dropoff time to receive a package that had been sitting for a month with my PO box number written in huge numbers on the side of the box.... I always receive attitude and disrespect from some of the miserable ladies working there who pretend to look for mail and packages or have no patience in thinking of a solution. It's a shame that I'll have to look outside of my neighborhood for reliable mail service or a PO Box. Generous 2 stars

After they are slow, very bad service, I have ordered several packages and they deliver them to anyone at my door when it is not safe and when I go to complain, in addition to the bad service, they never resolve me.Right now I'm waiting for two packages and one of them they said it was delivered to my address to whom because it wasn't to me.I think that those who work there need a professionalism course because none of them have it. I think they should change that staff starting with the manager and put people who are really professional and friendly.

This USPS located on Laramie 60651 is the WORST.. FIRST, THEY LOST/STOLEN my package.. I truly believe the carrier signed for my package and took it after discovering nobody answered the door.. I say this because the signature of my name doesn't match anyone handwriting in my residence.. And nobody "hangs out "in front of my home. Then.. MS DAVIS (manager) told me she would investigate but NEVER did.. after calling everyday for 2days straight..Mr JORDAN (pm manager) took over.. I STILL DONT HAVE MY Package..or who signed for it??

Package said it was delivered and signed, but it was never delivered under my address. This is my 2nd package that got lost and I'm not getting a refund. How am I supposed to get a refund when my package was insured and not here. I tried 3 years ago of a previous package and it happened again yesterday. I don't understand how delivery drivers keep leaving packages in different addresses, and it was signed by who this so poor because they don't know how to read or they are not putting attention

The mailman lied two days in a row stating I stayed in a secured area and he couldn't gain access to deliver my package. Mind you I stay down the street from the actual post office and I stay in a house that the mailman has access to all the time. Mind you he's been delivering mail to the address that he can't gain access to deliver regular mail. This is the 2nd time this has happened to my household. Now my two yr old will not have the outfit that was ordered for his bday party on tomorrow!

something's going on with the mail carrier for my block. I think we have a new one because I no longer get package receipts for packages that can't be left at the door. they just don't deliver the package, and once I don't pick it up because they never left a receipt to let me know they attempted to deliver, they ship it back to sender. Plus this new carrier is illiterate because they just stuff anybody's mail in anybody's box. they don't check the apt number on the mail.

This location never answers the phone. It just rings and rings until an unavailable recording picks up without the option to leave a message. I have had many deliveries say that an attempt was made, but no notice was left. (They're supposed to leave a pink slip at the door with redelivery instructions.) They have also failed to forward some of my mail to my new address. I will be avoiding using USPS for packages at all costs due to their negligence!

I always have problems with post office deliveries. Today they returned my package to the sender, instead of sending the package to the address that's on the package. I haven't lived in this zip code for over 15 years but they keep forwarding my package to an old address when the current address is ON THE PACKAGE. Incompetent is the only word that comes to mind. I hate it when USPS has to deliver a package for me. I try to avoid them at all costs.

My neighbor gets my mail more than I do. Companies have had to send me product again because of this post office. This facility is a joke and the staff is rude, I've contacted this facility couple times due to never having mail, NOT only is it happening to our household but to the neighbors as well. My mailman is obviously on vacation, because his replacement is delivering packages at 7:00pm. The mailman never showed up to my neighborhood to drop off mail nor packages. I got an email on Saturday saying my package was delivered at 4:15 pm. No sign of it at all. The next day, I see a USPS car parked in front of my house with no sign of the worker. She comes out from the back of the truck 15 minutes later and drives off. My package? Still missing. This office is a joke.

Filed a missing package case as my customer did not receive her package, this post office left me a voicemail saying they needed the customers name. I tried calling them back and no one answered. I've been calling for the past 30 minutes with no one picking up.

The majority of all USPS is ridiculous. I haven't received my mail in 3 days. I receive mail that is not mine. I once received an elderly man's check, but I had it. He lived on the next block and he was grateful. He tried to give me money, but I refused.
