Wow I have never had a meltdown in a business before but was infuriated. Went to mail packages and get stamps for holiday cards yesterday. I asked to see the stamps and was told holiday stamps were in the kiosk. After 30 plus minutes in line I went to kiosk. Had no more time to wait in yet another line so decided to make a second trip to get stamps today. Thought I would have an option so didn’t pay attention closely enough I guess. Obviously if I had known there would be only 1 Santa option I would have happily bought another stamp and not made a second trip. I asked to trade it out or get a refund ( I had never left the building with the stamps) and was told no. When I asked for a supervisor they told me she was busy because it was the holidays. I chose to wait as i too am busy but as a customer they should make time. Not one but 2 supervisors came and was told they could not do anything for me . I send NY cards not Hanukkah or Christmas so Santa was not an option. Love Santa but I am Jewish so didn’t want a Santa stamp. It would have been an easy fix to just trade them out or refund me. Why would I make an extra trip back to the post office if I could have picked a stamp I wanted the first time I went. A sweet postman offered to buy the Santa stamps so I happily sold them. I left and went to a different post office where the counter person showed me all the stamps he offered. I picked one and left. Something that should have happened on day one after 30 minutes in line. Will never return to this post office. When I relayed what happened on my social media I was told others had problems with customer service at the Hulen location as well. If you have an option opt for another location. I felt bad that I got so angry but I have been in business a long time and always tried my best to do the right thing and serve my customer.

The place is always running slowly, and they employees aren't particularly friendly. Which is fine, honestly. They need more staff and more funding. However, yesterday I went in to get a passport and was dismissed quickly and informed that they stop doing passports at 3:45. Okay, so I go back today at about 3:25 (rushed there immediately after work) and stand at the passport counter. One employee was helping two people finish their passport paperwork and pay, and so I just stood waiting patiently, everything I needed in hand. Another employee looks over and asks if I want a passport. I say yes. She says, "We're done today." I repeat what the other employee told me yesterday, and she says, "You see that list? It's full and she's not doing anymore." Their lack of kindness or explanation or even trying to hide their negative attitude made me feel like I had done something wrong to them. I go here often, but I won't go again. I love the post office, but these particular people are not worthy of the jobs they have.

I brought in 48 small boxes to have postage added to them. I waited a half hour already and then got told I had to wait until someone returned from their break because I had too many packages. The counter person said the break was 15 minutes if they came back on time. What difference does it make? I am paying for my postage and sometimes people with ONE package take a long time. Then when I said something to the new person who came in to help me the previous worker chimed in and said I didn't want to wait loud enough for the entire room to hear. She sold me stamps so i could add the necessary postage. Why didn't the first clerk offer that...it only took a few minutes. Post office service has gone so downhill. Disappointing service and prices are going up all the time. There is never a good time to mail 48 boxes. SORRY. Thanks to Lezlee who was nice and helped me stamp all 48 boxes.

Rude clerks who do not seem to want to work and perform the job duties they were hired to do. Gave me the wrong keys to mail box. I reported it and was actually argued with. Clerk said postman needs to change the lock. Not done, still waiting. Caught the big rude carrier on Saturday, said her name is Erica. She quickly threw the key issue on to the apartments. I asked her for my mail and she refused to give it to me. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemingly over confident that she would have no reprecusions for outright not giving an ounce of effort to her job duties. From the older lady who only opens the line to assist from time to time to the bottom.. . That Station needs to be cleaned out. Poor quality all the way around. Making paperless the best option. Fire those incompetents! Give a job to someone who will be happy to work and earn their money!

I have had nothing but trouble with this post office. I still have yet to receive Christmas cards that were mailed from this post office inside and mail that I sent from the box outside two weeks ago has not arrived at destination. I have had mail delivered when it was on hold and recently went on to retrieve mail and was not given my drivers license back. When I approached them the next day the lady argued with me that she did give it back to me. Later that day my mailman gave it to me in an envelope saying it was found in the ground outside. Funny when I was there the next day no one knew about it being found. Why because it wasn’t. I had already looked on ground because I realized it wasn’t given back to me. I’ve lived here 6 years and have found my mail delivered to other people. They honestly just don’t care

whoever driver that serves the 76107 area needs to be fired immediately! for the second time in less than a week I have packages that are missing even though they've been "delivered" completely unacceptable edit: this review is actually from a few months ago. iCame bac to edit this review now to update w another wrong/missed delivery only to see I'd never posted the original. but yea, the driver for 76107 on 12/12/2022 delivered to the wrong address. this is w me waiting since 12/10 due to a "missed" delivery. I even went into the office on 12/12 looking for my mail. fortunately I found the driver 20 minutes later and he retraced to steps which led to me finding my package sitting outside the front door o a random apartment (my tracking number said it was delivered to the mailbox) smh

Omg! There needs to be an investigation into the the mailmen, "substitute carriers", as well as supervisor in charge of them. I live in the 76107 area! I've had three undelivered package, since my regular carrier has been out sick, just in the last month. I've made complaints: in person, 1-800 phone rep. and online, but it keep happening! I know, I'm not only.. Anybody experience package being tag delivered, but haven't been issue. Please document and make formal complaints to USPS! I believe, if enough customer start to complain, something will have to be done to stop it! The holiday season should be a time of joy, not an overwhelming feeling of frustration and lack of confidence in your mail carrier and post office. I just want my mail, please.

For 15 years I lived in apartments in 76109, and this was my post office. Last December I moved to new apartments in 76107, but this is still my post office. I never had a problem with mail or packages being delivered at my old apartments, but since I've moved here, I have had several packages show as "delivered" when they were not. I also subscribe to several magazines. Never had a problem at the old address, but since last December I have received only 4 issues of a magazine that is monthly. 7 issues were never delivered to me. I don't know if the carriers are merely incompetent, or actually thieves, but this is unacceptable. Try calling this branch. They NEVER answer the phone.

Went in to return an Amazon package. I had printed off the return label and tried to hand it to the employee. She talked to me in a loud, very rude manner about how I would need to tape it on myself. I just looked at her and she said the tape was on the wall for 3.99. I had tape at home but have NEVER had to put the label on myself. Usually the post office or UPS puts it in a clear adhesive label to return. She proceeded to talk loudly about how much the tape was. I walked out and went down the street to pack n’ mail where I was treated with respect. I am appalled at the reviews I have read about this location. I have always used this location but I will not go back!!!

  • Glenn Waggoner

My mail carrier is really nice, but this office has a lady working the front counter that is the worst person to have to talk to or deal with. Doesn’t smile, doesn’t say hi, just stares blankly at you like you shouldn’t be bothering her and never provides any useful information. She’ll say something like “they’re looking for it” and then expect you to know that means she’s done helping you and you need to leave her counter. Information she does provide is wrong and when you talk to another employee they are way more helpful and able provide actual solutions. Wish I would have got her name but you’ll know her as soon as you have to talk to her.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of living within this location's delivery area. It was a common thing to have packages/mail not get delivered. I submitted a mail hold while I was out of the country, yet it was ignored - a package sat outside my front door for a week. I submitted a change of address for when I moved, I still haven't received any forwarded mail. Worst of all, nobody that works, or who has worked, at this location cares. There's zero accountability. The employees will straight up lie to you. If you try to call them, they either don't answer or they'll place you on hold and never pick up again.

  • Devon Fletcher

I’ve been going to this post office for years sending packages for my small business NEVER putting a return address (because who wants strangers having their address like?) and have never had an issue. If the package gets lost that’s on me and that’s fine. Anyways, today all of a sudden I need to put a return address or can’t ship my package? This is the first time I’ve ever been told that and I’ve sent hundreds of packages here. Also, if you come here expect to spend 30 mins cause the new employees are SLOW AF. No sense of urgency and absolutely 0 customer service. Get it tf together.

Be very cautious - Do not use outside drop off boxes, always ask for receipts of all at counter transactions and verify. If you have REALLY important mail, I suggest getting another postal box at a more trustworthy location as I did. Currently, multiple complaints are pending against employees with the inspector general's office. There used to be wonderful folks that worked here. The workers here now think they are doing you a favor showing up. It is the worst group of postal workers I have ever encountered. They all should be terminated.

  • Anna Aguero

I have lived in my home over 35 years and the service in the past year has gone from bad to worse. The mailman has lost 3 of my packages. I went to the post office 3 different times this last time and got nowhere. That is unacceptable. He just lost another package today. I have been on hold 45 min. There is no accountability cause no one really cares.. my time is just as important as theirs. But again they are not losing money or time.. why should they care.. VERY DISAPPOINTED

  • Mark Flesher

It was the postal service. Slightly overpaid disgruntled employees. At least there wasn't a humongous line. There was absolutely no indication that they were going to give me a strip or two of free packaging tape to mail the little box I had. Purchased a $4 roll of tape which is probably going rate so I guess I really can't complain. Five star review because I was in and out, and this is quite unique these days really with any business.

  • Mellie Grant

Walked in 30 minutes after they were closed and I looked confused. Even though she was helping another customer 30 minutes after they had already closed, Michelle was so nice and helped me figure out what box to put my package in. I heard most of the conversation she had with the other customer and despite a difficult situation, she was also very nice to her. Great experience! Michelle, you rock!

  • Jiao Lucy

The lady there told me to use the courtesy tape to tape the letter to my return box first, but she then want to charges me 3.99 dollars for using their courtesy tape. USPS needs do better job about training staff not to make their own rules. Look at the photo about the A4 letter I taped in the box, which the lady in USPS store wants to charge me 3.99 dollars.

I placed a package on the counter where you drop off packages thinking that this location was like the other locations but I guess this post office is different and you drop something off and they don’t check it so here I am two days later and my package still hasn’t been scanned in and I can’t go in there because they close at 1 on Saturday

  • Genina Torres

These people are the worst. They don't greet you when you walk in. The employees look unhappy to be there. I dropped a package to be shipped for an offer up sale on 8/19 and the package has not been sent to my customer?! No one knows where is it. It was never scanned. I can't get an answer. The package is worth over $300.

Dropped off my 2 iPhone 12pro 128gb on 11/23/2022. Until today 12/14/2022. I don’t know where is my package…went there to ask they’re not willing to help, come back on another day try to talk with the manager but no one show up to help me at all, what kind of customer service is?bad services

  • Demetrius Hill

I never received my package because they said my address was incorrect but in reality they probably couldn’t find and gave up on delivering it, and then they send it back to the shipper so now I gotta wait another two weeks for my package. I appreciate the effort guys really. …

  • Jen Jones

Waited over an hour in line. Only one clerk for 15 people. No sense of urgency either. Staff should be prepared for rush as soon as the community gets off work. At least more than one clerk on a late Monday afternoon. Very frustrating when I have more errands to complete.

  • Sammy _

I got a new apartment and went to get my mailbox key. Took forever to get it but the lady said I can use it by next week. It’s been over a month or so and the key doesn’t even work. I’ve tried calling on and off, but they keep saying the same thing. I just want my mail!

  • Brooke Janousek

The worst service at this location. No one is helpful at all. And in fact, rude. I went in with a tracking number and asked why it doesn’t work on the website and her response was “I don’t know you will have to come in here to check it I guess”

  • Jennifer Chandler

One guy working. Line out the door. You’d think they would know to get fully staffed after the four ice days. Look at all the one star reviews. And the one guy working couldn’t walk any slower going to the back to get whatever he is getting.

  • Ivanna Trigueros

This has been a second time you guys have lost my package. I dropped my package (with tracking) to you guys on Monday...there’s still NO TRACKING available for my package that has tracking on it? What’s going on? The longer you guys take to

A male clerk made me get out of line to let an able body white man ( who was not in line)go ahead of me while I was standing at the counter for me turn! He said the guy left line to walk an older woman to her car. I’m pregnant and a woman

  • Michael Fontaine

Due to an issue with my mailbox I was picking up my mail from the post office. By the third time picking it up the guy has me put my name and number on a yellow card. Ever since then I haven't received my mail. They have given me the run

  • Sophie Wagstaff

Although the wait is rather long sometimes, I usually have a good experience here. Made a buddy with one of the employees. However, a few times I've been spoken to/treated rather rudely. BUT a man that delivers to my apartment complex (I

Jennifer was so nice! Helped me out when I was uncertain of what form to fill out for an APO address. She was very kind while explaining and it made the experience great, I walked out feeling a lot better! Thank you so much!

  • Twight Peaks

I walked in and saw all three stations with clerks working with people. If this place is “slow” it’s because they are down someone and/or actually busy which is expected of a post office. People need to get a grip.

  • R S

There is usually one person working here with a line of 5-12 customers at any given time. The workers here move like molasses in winter. It’s easier to just deliver the mail yourself …

  • Amy Murillo

Lezlee was a joy to speak with and interact with today. She was very helpful and informative. A great example to follow for her peers

  • Kathy Collin

Clerk 19 is the rudest person! Should not be working in any capacity of customer service. She needs to find anther profession.

  • Bryan Brown

They don't have outside post office boxes you can drive up to anymore to mail your letters. What happened to them?

  • Deana Miranda

Lady asked for help and lady at counter was super rude and pushed her away for next customer without helping

  • L K

Horrible attitude of postal worker! Don’t go on on Friday close to 5pm and expect any customer service.
