Auburn Gresham has the worst carriers I've ever had to deal with, if I can give zero stars I would. I miss the guy Mr. Cook we had 7 years ago that retired. Something really needs to be done about this! Very poor delivery men/women carriers who don't deliver packages on delivered dates is so frustrating! Be prepared to not get packages you waiting for to not be delivered. Then when Amazon calls them to complain the female manager called me once asking me to ask Amazon for a refund "where they do that at", how about where's my package. Carriers even say they attempted delivery when clearly once my family was at home waiting to accept a package and yet didn't receive anything. They deliver other people important mail whom live way on 35th and 42nd streets to my home and I had to call the postal office for it to be picked up, after going back and forth with . They deliver the mail late after 8pm which is so unacceptable to me because they rattling my mailbox which make my dog bark and I have 2 babies that'll be going to sleep. The carriers mark your packages attempted to be delivered and they dont deliver because no note or package be left on the door they just dont wont to deliver them. All they do is tell stories and said they tried to deliver but no mail man was in site at the time they made the claim and everyone was watching out by the living door until 830p at night for the package. Management is so terrible specifically Ms. Haywood joking on the phone when a customer have complaints, when you give her tracking numbers she know they never attempted to deliver and tells you they deliver they day you complain the managers won't take the time to manage their carriers. I have several neighbors and Friends complaining about them whom even picks up packages at the office that's never there, I truly think they stealing.

If I could give them anything less trust me I would. I metered packages in the mailbox on the corner by my house and they are not picked up and scanned for two to three days. So now I have to physically drive to the post office if I want my packages to be delivered on time. One first class package to California took exactly 30 days to get there. And this one takes the case, I drove there on Tuesday evening, went in and handed my metered priority 2 day package to one of the clerks because the line was long and I really didn't require a receipt, boy was I wrong it's Friday and the package does not show that it was ever received by them. There is no additional activity after my printed label. Yes I'm furious and will be paying them another visit today. Yesterday I dropped packages off at a different post office. They definitely will not get anymore of my business. This is what happens in consumerism when there is no one to compete against you. Your workers feel that they're special and owed something more than they already receive. If shutdowns ever happen... This definitely needs to be the first one on the list. Most businesses set goals to measure how fast the customer is in and out, this post offices goal is to see how many customers they can keep in line before ultimately giving up and walking out. If it wasn't necessary you wouldn't have a freaking job. This is what you chose or maybe it chose you but you cash that paycheck faithfully, so do the friction job. Sorry people for the rant but this is a prime example of why our people are labeled negatively when it comes to business. To know better is to do better.

Effective June through October 2021.... 83rd Ashland station has shown considerable improvement in customer service since this 3/15/21 review. I commend staff and management for the turnaround. (see below). Poorly managed. 83rd and Ashland Management forces employees to focus .on what they cannot do for the customer instead of finding ways to service the customer. Perfect example: On my 3/15/2021 visit , I stood in a line of 7 people in front of me . I waited over 45 minutes. I make it to the counter and my oblong package ( 60 inches long) will not fit through the newly designed plexiglass counter locking windows. The obvious answer is to pass the package through another opening or have an employee take the package through the door. This management team refused to allow the employees to take my package. The reason the manager gave me: "if the package does not fit through the clerk window it is a safety hazard and cannot be accepted". I asked them to show me that policy or refer me to where I could find it. The manager just walked away.. I am now forced to drive 5 miles to the Morgan Park post office on 111th Street. There is no waiting, I give the clerk my package, he takes it through the window, explains the delivery time, empathizes with my experience at 83rd and Ashland, recommends that I file a complaint and sends me on my way. I am going to follow his advice and file a complaint at every level possible. The Auburn Gresham community deserves better service and a better service attitude from the 83rd and Ashland postal facility operation.

Let alone they didn't even leave a not like most other postman do saying attempted delivery and either they are going to try again or pick it up at at the postal office. I even had alerts sent to my phone and email saying it was out for delivery at 9am so I waited all day until 6pm and yet no package but my fiance clearly saw the postal working a block away when heading to the store and called me to tell me it should be soon since they postal worker is nearby. Smdh! Something really needs to be done about this because we obviously pay for shipping cost for a certain delivery day so they basically you can call it fraudulently doing business in my eyes.

An employee by the name of marie is very unprofessional and rude. I went to pick up my package and she lied and said my package wasn't there. I called customer service and the carrier and they both confirmed that my package was at the post office. When I went back to the post office she gave me a lot of attitude because I came back and asked her to check for the package again. The person who I spoke with on the phone(one of the carriers) came out with my package and marie didn't come back out with the carrier she stayed in the back. I don't know why she would lie about my package not being there, when in fact it was there since March 11,2019. She needs to be held accountable for her actions because that was a very important package that consisted of my grandmother's medicine. Marie told me to come back to the post office tomorrow even though on the usps app, customer service, and the carrier said my package was at the post office. Thank God for the carrier lady that found my package for me. I'm very disappointed in her behavior, and something has to be done about this.

The issues with this post office have been long ongoing. I appreciate having a post office right down the street from my house but if you're not just popping a letter in, it's likely to be a long wait. Mail doesn't get consistently delivered. This is not just a pandemic thing. There have been times where I've had packaged marked as undeliverable despite living in a house with an easy access porch. I had to hope that the package was tried for redelivery because they didn't leave a note (or rather, I found the note in a plant pot a week later). Whenever our usual mail person is off/not delivering that day, packages don't get delivered and recently, mail only arrives 2-3 times a week. They need to better staff this post office and ensure everything is being completed. Sometimes my packages aren't scanned until at the warehouse in Elk Grove, which is not a good thing for my customers. I currently have a package lost in the USPS system and no one can find it and it supposedly was sent back to my home post office (this one).

If I could give this place a zero I would. I visited this post office today regarding missing packages. The tracking stated the packages were delivered, yet nothing has been received at my home. I stood in line OUTSIDE in the freezing cold because we were told only 5 people can be in the lobby at one time. When a USPS employee came outside she today everyone in line that they were only looking for missing mail and not missing packages. No reasoning behind this decision. I inquired about my missing package and was told by the employee I would need to file a missing package claim on the web, which I did 4 days ago. When I told her this she told me “I need to be patient and wait to hear back.” Excuse me?!?!?!? How can I trust the word of a post office that continuously disregards the members of the community THAT PAY THEM THROUGH TAXES. Please avoid this post office at all cost. If you have the means to pay for FedEx or UPS please do so. Do not send anything through USPS.

Terrible service. They always have an attitude and refuse to give you packages they have in the back. I ordered something online and it was sent via Fedex, then Fedex handed the package to them. The Fedex tracker told me that the post office had it and tried to deliver it twice. They left no missed delivery slips. When I went to post office to pick it up. The superviser told me I couldnt get my package even if I had the slip. I asked her why not and she gave me a bunch of BS excuses about how it hadnt been delivered yet or processed. When the tracker app clearly stated it has been. Then ext day, the app said they tried to deliver again and I still didnt get a door slip. What is even worse. The goverment issued some free ipads to my Mother's adopted grandchildren. They were never delivered, because the postal worker STOLE them. Stank attitudes all in this post office.

Apathetic, perpetually distracted workers who don't do a thing to assist the customers. I came in to ship packages for ebay and there were two women ahead of me in line. The first was trying to get mail that had not been delivered. No dice. Her hold card had been misplaced. The next woman wanted to buy stamps. No dice. She was told they had none. She wasn't offered Forever Stamps, a book of stamps, nothing. Just told that the Post Office has no stamps. Then I get to the window and she asks if my packages are paid, I say no, and she says she can't ship because the system is down. When pressed she says that she can't get in. Fine. Get someone else to do it...right. There were 8 cackling employees on hand and not one could operate the shipping system. So to recap, they could not give mail, sell stamps or ship packages...not sure they're really a post office

Today, I went to a USPS office to apply my daughter for a passport and I felt that none of the three employees who were working at that time wanted to attend me. I was the only customer left in line at the moment and they kept looking at each other until one of the ladies asked who was next in line. As I walked over, she rolled her eyes. It was then that I realized that no one wanted to help me because I was Mexican so when I asked her about the passport she just limited her self to responding as little as possible, "oh you need a appointment". For every questions she kept her answers very short and had a sharp tone. When she apologized she said it in a way that made it seem like she felt she was above me and in the expression on her face. I felt as if they weren't ready for the inclusion of other people of different backgrounds at their location.

If you can do business elsewhere, I highly recommend it. I stood in line for two hours to try and find my package. While marked as delivered the post office was still in possession of the item. After speaking with a worker, I learned that my package was never delivered. A pink slip says that they tried, other than that it was not attempted. It is somewhere in the facility and at the time they were not looking since they didn't have many workers. The two packages were a gift. With the back and forth about information, I am going to do my best to avoid this office. To have one man working the front and no one else coming up to assist in any way is unacceptable. If you don't mind the long wait and the less than helpful service, then feel free to use this facility.

This usps location has poor delivery service . I had a delivery for my tv stand to get delivered the delivery driver lied and said it was delivered at my address and it wasn’t. I had to literally call my purchaser to let them know what happened and they was compassionate to me and sent me another tv stand out for delivery. And don’t you know I didn’t even receive my tv stand for that second delivery. That delivery driver lied again and said my tv stand was delivered when it wasn’t!! When I tried to use the tracking number they gave me; that tracking number didn’t even exist. I was so upset!! I had to call my purchaser and get a refund for my tv stand. I believe someone is stealing packages. I will never trust usps with big package deliveries again!!

There should be a law about the post office lying about delivering your package to the "front desk" when you live in a single family home. I have 11 packages that have been marked delivered that haven't been. I still haven't received them after 2 weeks. I have mail I haven't received, 2 of them are checks. Customer service has been no help at all. Someone called with a monotone voice, reading a script saying they are looking into it. Just sick of this. After my daughter got there 30 minutes before they opened there was already a long line. A lady comes outside an hour later to say they aren't giving anyone their packages. This is after my daughter had been standing outside on 7 degree frigid weather. They don't care!!!!

So Iam beyond livid and possibly in shock after picking up my mail that was placed on hold for a month... I have four days worth of mail. I now need to reorder my debit card after being told that I had no more mail. This post office as well as the carriers have to be the worst in the city. Of course the carrier is going to vehemently proclaim that this is all the mail in an effort to avoid getting in trouble. I apologize if this post is not grammatically correct, I am just upset! I spoke with the manager who was pleasant, but ultimately, my mail is still in mail heaven. We plan our trust with the post office and our carriers to perform a service and mail is extremely important! Thanks for your time.

these idiots held a certified mail package in the back for a month,never put a notice in my post office box to pick it up,after speaking with the person who sent the package for me i went inside and asked did i have anything back there and was then brought my package.i missed 3 urgent meetings because of these idiots laziness. this used to be one of the best post offices years ago but now it has gone to the dogs,i always get other peoples mail in my post office box and im sure others get a good share of mine as well. if i didnt have this post office box as my business mailing address on everything i would close my box here and open one at another post office where they actually do their jobs

I made a typo while creating a label in Click-n-Ship so my package was delivered, but to the wrong address. Called from Florida (where my business is located) to the delivering Post Office and spoke with Tausha (?) to explain my dilemma. She understood what I was saying and said she would speak with the carrier and follow up. She called back to get a little more info so she could get it right. Next thing I know, this mis-addressed package was returned back to me. Thank you Tausha (I'm sorry if I have wrong name), your careful follow up with the carrier produced a very happy ending! I've been using USPS Priority for my packages for 20 years in my business and their record ROCKS!

My mail carrier on the 8600 block of Elizabeth is so unprofessional. I came out on the porch to ask her a question regarding them ringing the bell and she snapped and said “Why should she ring the bell?” It would make perfect sense because you’re leaving a package on the porch to inform the residents that there is a package waiting as “porch pirates” are notorious in the area. She said “we have a ring camera she ain’t gotta ring our bell.” Most times when the post office delivers they throw our packages up the stairs and the ring camera sometimes doesn’t detect or alert us. She was rude and snippy and I don’t appreciate it when I’m only asking a question about HER JOB!

Haven't received any mail since November 2020. Packages indicate they have been delivered when I haven't received not a one.. When I went the post office and stood in line (3 hours) only for them to tell me I have no mail and that they only had one package. When I returned home, I received a call from the office regarding the package I already picked up. Stating it would be delivered same day. They have no idea what they are doing. I spoke to a mail lady down the street and she indicated they are short staffed by 30 people. This type of service would never happen in a predominantly white neighborhood. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. I'm still missing 4 packages!

This is one of the worst postal service branches in the city. They delivered my leather coat to the right street address but 3 blocks away meaning to the wrong house, and the lady of the house was kind/honest enough to bring the package to my address. They have said they delivered packages which I never saw. Then when I call the supervisor to ask about my package its either still there at the office, they can't find it or its lost. They deliver other people's mail addressed to a different address to my mailbox. This has happened more than 9 times. These are the people who the USPS hires to work for them instead of competent individuals.

I worked for the P.O. for 4yrs (I hated it) so when I come in with an issue I already know the answer and the solution, I just feel need to report it praying that they do something about it. I go in to tell this B**** what the problem is which they is delivering mail for over 10 ppl to one box and there is NO NAME on the box at all. Postal rule- no name on the box no mail. She gone tell me that’s not true anyone of those names could live there and that’s why it’s being delivered they can’t send back first class mail. She has to be the dumbest person of all time. If you want a dollar and six cents worth of service for a change of address, you will get it if you live in their service area. You are better off manually doing it your dang self. It was simple, but they complicated it by sending ALL mail with my last name to my new home--including my dad's bills. I cancelled and they were STILL sending it here. Somebody just sat there and entered the info without giving it a good look, and it cost time and effort each week to resend everything. I am glad to be moving out of the area. Shape up and do better to serve your community, or retire and let somebody else do a better job.

This post office have the worst service. Be prepared to stand in line forever. The customer service representatives have very bad attitudes and asking for a supervisor don't help either. They have a bigger attitude. The carrier claimed she delivered my package Sunday but that's a lie because I was home all day and she didn't ring my door bell and there were no packages in the hallway. For the past 6 years whenever the carrier deliver a package to me, she ring my door bell and all of a sudden the carrier delivered a package and left it in the hallway without ringing my bell. These people are unbelievable.

I try not to give bad reviews but this post office is horrible ALWAYS LOSING PACKAGE LITTLE OR NO Help in Helping you find Your lost package Leaving it unsecured areas in the Hallway and yes your fellow tentants shouldn't steal but if I have a bell why not use it(Contact the Sender and Ask if it was insured is what I'm Always told) The sender didn't make the MISTAKE! The sender usually Helps me but the inconveniences of waiting a extra week or 2 is unacceptable I stay only a block away from the office How can this be done so often and from reading other reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way

So I see the number was taken down to call DIRECTLY, since most 18th Ward residents have been complaining to the Alderman about this the delivery of mail. I can’t believe they come as late as they do or not at all. Some of us still get paper checks for certain things and I feel like they say “F what obligations you have”, when they are not delivering on time. If it’s a sort issue, wouldn’t hiring help to sort mail help? I’m definitely going to be taking this to Washington and Office of Personnel Management. This is ridiculous. I never once our postman retired this would happen. I knew it.

Horrible mail delivery, I’ve had a package lost and no one contacted me at all.. My mail be halfway out of the box, I don’t need to open it to retrieve it and recently she gave all of my mail to a neighbor. I was actually sitting in front of the house in my car when the incident happened, I watched her pass my house so I assumed I didn’t have anything. So happens two days later the neighbor sees my husband and tells him they received some of our mail. He handed him sales paper, magazines, and 4 or 5 envelopes that had personal information inside. We were livid to say the least......

The absolute pits!!!!!! They refusing to deliver my package and states there’s a blocked receptacle and I don’t even have a receptacle. There’s a slot on my door that’s never blocked. Then they claim my address is incorrect. If my phone light and gas bill have the exact same address and their mail comes in just fine, then how on this earth is my address incorrect? The mail carrier for my area is disgustingly lazy and they have sent my package back once already. Today I’m going to pick my package up. Should’ve had it shipped by FedEx or UPS....!

This is by far the WORST post office. There customer service is horrible, never enough people working, and the few they have are tired and cranky. They always display an ignoring attitude. My packages are never deliver, whenever I go to the office, which is more often than necessary, they always claim to have a new person on route and didn't place the package where it should be, always claims to leave a receipt in the mailbox which never occurred. They take your number NEVER follow through. I have NEVER had a pleasant experience here.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. If you can, please use any other post office. These people are lazy, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. This specific post office looses prepaid mail frequently, I've sat in front of my home waiting for packages on delivery days only to not receive them, then once I go into the post office there's a slip that says the package was delivered. They are liars, and they have no value for in the customer. The community deserves better than any of these people are willing to offer.

Auburn post office has been horrible in the past 6 months. The tracking number state the packages have been delivered when they have not. I have a doorbell camera which notify me when anyone approach my house and outdoor cameras. No deliveries have come to my house when tracking say delivered. New management need to be put In place ASAP. This happens too frequently and something need to be done about it. Many people are expecting much need medicine in the mail which can be a life or death situation. CRAZY!

I recently just moved on 85th Bishop and I can say the regular mail carrier she was delivering our mail daily since we moved on the block back in August of this year. Since the last two weeks we have only received mail maybe twice a week. I have packages that says delivered but never delivered and I know because I watch my security cameras. This is horrible and something needs to be done ASAP!!!!!! You cannot even get connected to speak with anyone because the phone is busy. Do something about this quick.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I received mail for the first time in almost 3 weeks. It is only 4 pieces of mail... only 1 piece wasn't junk mail. I have a high school senior anxiously awaiting scholarship offers. If she misses out on opportunities because of this awful mail service, I will see what type of legal actions can be taken. Isn't mail tampering a federal offense? SOMEONE is DEFINITELY tampering with our mail! I'm terrified that it's lost and I'll never actually receive it.

I've been going there for many years (30+). From my experience, they have always been polite and professional at this post office. It is always busy. They try to quickly address each customer's needs, even when it appears they are understaffed. I have no complaints. I often choose to wait to go there rather than to another one near my job, because I know my packages and mail will go out quickly and arrive quickly. Usually when I send out mail, recipients receive it by the very next day.

I would give these good people a 5th star but the reason that lead me to write this review can not be negated. Our business, Inkhart Tattoos and Body Piercing (9046 S. Ashland), was expecting a package that had been tracked as "DELIVERED" online. I called in to the office and Ms. Hines made the finding and re-delivery of our package high priority. She took the time to keep me posted on the progress. She was professional and kind. I really appreciate her and the good folks there.

Will they please close this site down. The mail carriers are stealing packages. Recently, three packages, in a row, has said delivered and were not at my residence. Management is incompetent. Claiming they tracked the carrier and they will be investigated. Told me to file a Claim on their website. The website denied my claim due to the package not being insured. Why do I need insurance on a package that I’m receiving smh. This is one of several issues I’ve had with that Branch.

The worst service provided. All of the staff need to be retrained or replaced their customer service skills are horrible I wish I could give them negative stars. They tell lies because they don't want to deliver your mail by telling you the mail inspectors have it on hold I guess they didn't think I would contact the mail inspectors because I did an what do you know they didn't have it on hold. So when I call them back to ask why they would tell me that he got upset an hung up.

I run an online business and dropped a package off on Monday which already had a shipping label attached. I usually never go to this post office, but it was im route to where I was going. I left my package in the mail drop without getting a receipt, but i have checked for days to verify processing, and 4 days later the package is still registering USPS is still waiting for package. I'm happy i have a positive business client relationship, because this is unacceptable.

This office is horrible. The staff is extremely rude and lack any sort of empathy. All of my packages have been marked as delivered but I have never received nor have they even attempted to be delivered because I have watched my cameras. I went to the post office for one package that was marked delivered and they acknowledged it was there but said it was on the truck so they could not give it to me. That package showed up a week later and it looked previously opened.

I rate them at 3.5. Late mail isn't always the fault of the Post Office. Mail does not travel as fast as before due to precautions, clearance, and other Postal areas your mail has to go through before reaching your post office. It is Good to be patient with people. A lot of times we are in a hurry and need to wait patiently on each other. Everything in life is not perfect. I know we want things right away but patience and understanding with each other really helps.

This office is having an issue with delivering mail, however the ladies at the window are truly taking a beating from unruly customers. All the ladies are not nasty, and they do not deliver mail. I have watched them over the past months get cursed out, things thrown at them, you name it. They are short staffed and they get abused for the non delivery of mail. We have been in a pandemic for almost 2 years and a little patience and kindness could go a long way.

Spoke to the manager here (Andre). He told me I could speak to the supervisor. When I asked why since he was a manager, he said why work if she can do it. He said he would make sure my package was delivered next day. Two days later he said I was supposed to pick it up. Then he remembered that he had the driver to deliver it special to my hands only. So special that he didn't ring the doorbell, knock on the door or leave a notice. No help at all.

This is as truly the worst station or area Chicago Auburn “station “ you don't get mail, could be weeks at a time and if you do get it it's in somebody else mailbox you have to go hunt for your packages, only in the HOOD!!! I was told by a customer service rep, if there's no mail carrier no MAIL it's also very obvious Management doesn't read these reviews or just doesn't care as well these postal employees are just jacked-up PERIOD!!!!

I had a appointment for a passport on today. I get to my appointment and they have no one in the office to do the intake for the passport. They told me that they can’t do anything for me and that it’s no way that can block out that the person will no be in for two weeks. When you go on the site it ask for a phone number and email so no one can call and let me know that no one in to do the passport application??

I have a P.O. Box here, I had a package sent to the box. Tracking info says it's delivered, I get there and it's a slip in my box saying they have it, I go to retrieve it and they can't find it! This place needs an overhaul. It needs all new staff. The people her are incompetent. I complain on them regularly. I currently have 6 open cases. It's sad the extent one has to go to in order to receive their mail.

The service here certainly could be better. Some of the clerks often seem bothered, and take their time calling customers to the window. The service at many other local post offices that I've visited, including the one at which I have my PO box, is much better! I only come to this location to ship packages because it closes later than other nearby post offices (7pm on weekdays), and it is easy to get to.

Me and my neighbors unfortunately have not received mail in our apartment building In over two weeks. I’ve visited the postal office and retrieved mail that was back dated for two weeks and had just been sitting in the post office without attempt of delivery. I’m a stay at home mom and no mail carrier is even working this route whatsoever. At this point I’m left to believe our mail is being confiscated.

This is by far the WORST POST OFFICE in the city! Nothing is ever delivered when its suppose to. Nobody can answer your questions when you go up there and you cant get thru to anybody whenever you call! They tell you all the mail is in the back and isn’t “sorted” yet but you see its “mail carriers” walking around. Mail haven’t been delivered in nearly 2 MONTHS!!!! Ridiculous!!

I would like to saying that I have a very good mailman but when he on vacation I do not get my mail I have made so many complaints about this and nothing be done about last time I receive mail this month July 11,2020. Today I stood in line at the post office for 2 hours and nothing was accomplished I was in all that heat on a walker. Something need to be done about this.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL post office in the world. EVERYONE has a stank attitude about helping people and they also seem to like not answering the phone there as well. I’ve been trying to get my mail for over a week now and they could careless. If I had the ability to give them no stars I truly would. They are disgusting how they treat people it’s sad. DO BETTER

Very poor customer service. I missed my delivery yesterday and schedule for a redelivery for the next day got a call stating that my package will be delivered at 3:00pm. I still didn't get my package I called the post office back they said the carrier that called me left for the day. I got hung up on by one of the customer service representives. this post office is HORRIBLE. workers always have an attitude & I’m CONVINCED THEY STEAL PEOPLES PACKAGES. I sell my art merch and for some ODD reason my customers NEVER get their packages or it’s OPENED. I wouldn’t come here ever. Lines are long for no reason & they act like they can’t do their job. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

I wasn't sure why I wasn't receiving any of my mail. So I called and spoke with Ms. Hines and she said would speak to my mail carrier #37 and I call me which she did first thing the following morning. I completely, forgot I put my mall on hold so, she confirm with the mail carrier and he delivered the same day. thank you, Ms. Hines and Maill carrier# 37..

Stood in line for a hour because my package stated delivered but wasn’t at my address just to have somebody who was standing in line come out and tell everybody that The clerks are telling everybody that they can’t get their mail because the notification we received was a automated system and we should getting our mail in a few days. The worst post office I've ever had the disgrace of dealing with. They steal items out of packages, lose packages, are rude and there's never a manager around to speak with. I'm filing a complaint with consumer affairs and the BBB. This location is ridiculous, they are a public entity but definitely don't live up to tax payers expectations.

I supposed to recieved a check on Dec 31st and this post office did not deliver mail the whole day, and the post office was open until 7pm !!!! Now I have to wait until the 3rd -_____- I had it up to here with this post office. These employees do not care about others, they just want to work and get paid and go home ...

i had a package for my homecoming that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd and i go to track the package and it says my package has been shipped back to the sender? i didn’t get no notification saying that they will hold my package before sending it back.. not to mention this isn’t the only time they did this

A total of 3 weeks just to hear they couldn't find my package smh Shameful. They don't deserve one star!

Never mind, my package was found around the back of my house. Their customer service still sucks tho I was out on hold mid conversation for over 20 mins until I hung up. IF something were to end up misplaced, I know they wouldn’t help. But I found my package so they aaaight for now. 2.5 stars from me.

Every Sunday there’s some sort of exception jay cause my parcel not to be delivered. When you call the supervisors they claim that they are going to look into it and call you back but never do and when i called back and ask to speak to the postmaster I was on hold for over a hour before I hung up....

Horrible service, the lady had an attitude for no reason at all. I waited for 2 hours just to have the lady tell me to fill out a form , once I did she said it didn't matter she wasn't going to look for my package because there's to many people . I waited in line to get yelled at...fun experience.

Haven’t delivered mail in weeks, submitting service request does nothing and not allowed to simply pick up mail in person. Many Legal documents can not be delivered to a P.O. Box!! It makes no sense to refuse in person pickup if there is such a carrier shortage

This post office is horrible. They mark your packages as being delivered, only to take them back to the mailroom for later delivery . This disables the ability to track your package, while also leaving it vulnerable to: losing items, theft and damage.

91st and Ada area have one excellent mail carrier and that's YoYo. When she's not working mail packages aren't delivered AT ALL. They scan false delivery on it and say it's on your mail box or front porch and it's not. Then you have to go
