They are always rude the clerk Mr . Griffin or Griffith was VERY RUDE!! All the huffin and puffin he was doing to my grandad was unacceptable!!! When all he was tryna do is mail Christmas letters off and needed a lil help your employee needs more training on how to have the public better or he needs to pick another job!!!

I've only seen one person work this location. All day. Day after day. And she does an excellent job. She multi tasks so well and is knowledgeable about the products. I sell on ebay weekly and this woman is helpful and patient with everything I need. Pray she is being compensated properly and acknowledged for her work!

I visit this location often. Michelle has always been friendly, professional, and helpful. I've seen her deal with extremely rude costumers and maintain her composure and professionalism. It's a shame that the clerks get blamed for things that are out of their control.

Working with the public is strenuous enough. There was one Clerk and he was doing the best he can. I think he was doing excellent. And then you have someone comes in in a rush and stars complaining. And by the way it was almost time for them to close.

I was helped about two weeks ago shipping a package internationally. The women working at the time (tried to remember her name, but Ive totally forgotten) was super nice and helpful and patient. Sending packages can be frustrating

The customer service was awesome, the agent taking my mail asked me a few questions and even called a friend to make sure I had all the items required for passport renewal in my envelope. She was full of positive energy too!!

I don’t know whose fault it is but EVERYTIME I order a package if NEVER comes on time. It’s always some excuse like traffic. I love less than 15 minutes away and you don’t even have to take any high ways. Horrible.
