Short version: This location is fine if you are an adult taking passport photos. If you want to get passport photos for your infant / toddler, I recommend going elsewhere. Long version: My wife and I showed up 5 min late for the passport photo slot for our toddler daughter, and an older Asian female worker gleefully explained to us for 5 more min that we would have to wait and see if the next appointment was also 5 min late. Mind you -- the place was barely busy at this point, so the worker went back to doing nothing behind the counter. We ended up waiting 12 min until the person with the next reserved slot showed up (2 min late for their appointment). And that person finished in about 3 min. And again, we were told we would have to wait 15 min to see if the next person was going to be 5 min late. Why not just take us at that point if you were able to shuffle someone out so quickly? Anyway, again, the worker goes back to doing nothing while we all wait. We wait about 13 min and the next person shows up a few min late and leaves after about 3 min again. And again, we're told we have to wait 14-15 min to see if the next person shows up. So I take our daughter out to play in the field nearby while my wife waits to see if the next person shows up. And, the next reservation inevitably shows up. At this point, we just need to get our daughter lunch and down for her midday nap, so we can't stay. We head off to get food, and since we were still nearby, we got it to go and tried one last time before heading home to see if there was a slot. Now, the place was a lot busier, but the initial lady working there was no longer in sight. A nicer worker recognized us and said they aren't doing passport photos between noon and 1pm, but if we came back at 1:15pm, they had a group of 2 adults sign up. That group would be done very quickly (as all the others finished really quickly). But 1:15pm was over an hour away, and we needed to get our daughter down for a nap. Waiting around with her there for that amount of time while she got crankier and crankier would not have been feasible. Complete waste of time. Utter lack of compassion from that initial worker. And really disappointing to see our tax dollars being spent so some people can just sit behind the counter, hiding behind a set of rules that they might have made up on the spot so as to just do less work. Take your business elsewhere.

Pros: my main delivery guy is awesome. The previous inhabitants/owners of my home didn't update their address on tons of mail and he proactively catches it and returns it to sender. The service staff at the front desk are wonderful and kind/helpful as well. Cons: Hours on weekends aren't great and they often close early, which is annoying because I'll punch out 10 minutes early to make a mad dash to the post office and I'll make it on time only to see the doors locked. Pens are often dry or stolen/missing The free envelopes and packaging material are typically mostly missing The parcel door often gets stuck over the weekend so you have to wait until a weekday during business hours to come in, which means I'm losing paid time. I get that much of this area is affluent with the latency to step out whenever they want, or retired, so it's probably not a huge deal at large, but these things make it really hard to do anything time sensitive. I don't like carrying all my mailables and supplies with me wherever I go on the off chance I'm able to time things right because if someone breaks into my car before I can hit the post office, I'm in far deeper circumstances that could have been totally but not easily avoided.

This is the absolute worst post office I have experienced in 50 years and I have lived all around the US. There are days they refuse to deliver, even though they still drive the route and go right by the mailbox. This is crazy when I know people in town have sent me letters and mail from Downtown Portland and the letter shows up late next week. I had a confirmation slip put into my box for a shipment that was arriving and needed my signature. I signed it on Wednesday and they finally delivered it on the next Tuesday.I was home all day for two of those days and no mail truck ever came by. I know because I am less than twenty feet from my mailbox, so I can hear the mail truck when it goes by and or stops. If it snows you may go a week to two weeks without mail and there will be less than an inch of snow on the ground maybe. You go into the branch in order to fix any of these issues or get an explanation or clarification, the people do not have the ability to converse well enough in english to explain their behavior. Worst of all at the most busy times they have one or two people working the desk and the line goes out of two doors. Just unacceptable in any context.

I will say that when I go inside, they are pretty awesome in there! My issue is with our carrier and management. Our carrier nearly hit my dog and me on 7/9/23, with no regard for our health after as well. I formally complained, and was met with retaliatory actions. We got excessive parking warnings (it's Portland, and I have seen and documented more than twelve other cars near mailboxes in our neighborhood). Management, OIG, and the local Consumer Office haven't responded to complaints and are dodging them. Our mail was withheld a week without notice, even though I have actually abided by the parking statutes from now on. We received warnings on nights when we didn't park near our mailbox too (23' away). We're thankfully getting our mail again, but wow. There is no accountability there. I made a good faith complaint about wreckless driving, and have been met with very creepy behavior. Edit: 11/4/2023 Still haven't heard a peep of accountability from this PO, their supervisors, or their supervisors. I am deeply saddened by the constant targeting, and the amazing amount of "covering."

I have been coming to this post office for over a decade. The improvements I have seen here in the past several years are exceptional— especially with customer service. I’m disappointed to see such low ratings. The team is fast, friendly, and fair. Yesterday I went to get stamps, envelopes, and mail a package at 3pm on a Friday two weeks before the holiday. The line was to the doors. I swear we didn’t wait 8 minutes in the line. The team kept the pace up, too. They were amazing! As I asked for stamps, people were finishing their business and walking out behind me. It was impressive. Meanwhile, the woman who helped me was incredibly patient with my many requests as she flew through the tasks. I felt guilty looking through the stamp book, but she reassured me. She also helped us awkwardly limp through the steps of an international post without once making us feel badly or acting impatient. Instead she was kind, positive, funny, and friendly. I am grateful for this wonderful team and a post office so close. I have never rated a post office, but they deserve it.

Dear Director of Multnomah County Postal Services, Gratitude to Drew -Superintendent Multnomah County Postal Services On Saturday, March 2nd as I was leaving an appointment, by accident I had left my pocketbook atop my car and drove off. It had everything in it: all my credit cards, drivers license, iPhone, SS#, etc I retraced the drive a couple of times and checked with nearby gas stations, shops and businesses, but no one had turned it in. I then went home and started canceling credit cards, deactivating the phone, etc. On Monday the 4th in the afternoon as I was soon headed out to DMV to apply for a replacement drivers license when a man came to my front door and identified himself as Drew, Superintendent of Multnomah County postal services WITH MY POCKETBOOK fully intact!!!! I am so appreciative and grateful to Drew and to the US postal delivery worker who found my pocketbook on a busy highway about half a mile from where I had parked and turned it in! Incredible! Thank you US Postal Service!!!

There is something wrong with the post office. Every time I drop priority mail off here, it ALWAYS ends up going in the opposite direction of where it's destination is or lost. Had a letter that needed to arrive in Hillsboro, TODAY, check tracking and my letter is currently in Salem.... How? Very time sensitive and probably won't even get there today as expected. This is not the first time this has happened at this post office, actually the third time I've experienced this. My last priority letter I dropped off here was on May 4th and tracking says PO is awaiting item, even though I dropped it off on the counter where you can leave prepaid items. Can't do a claim on it until 15 days, can't get a hold of anybody at the PO to see if my letter is lying around, clerks are not helpful at all either, quite rude actually. Guess I'll need to drive 10 miles to the next nearest PO each time. Not sure if there's something wrong with usps.com where I purchase and print my labels or this PO specifically.

Ordered a small parcel with an estimated delivery of 1/7/20. Package arrived at -A- post office on 1/4 (did not state WHICH post office), and the date for delivery was changed to that same day. Friday passes, no sign of my parcel. Tracking stated it was "available for pickup" but also "delivery on 1/7". Monday comes, no package. I contacted the seller whom narrowed the Post Office down to this one. So I adventured forth on Tuesday morning to see if I could rescue my parcel from the hands of the dragon that is USPS. When I came up the counter and explained I needed to pick up my package, the lady employee asked if I had received a notice. I told her: No, I did not. The package has been sitting here for 3+ business days with no notice or attempt to shove it into my mailbox. TL:DR, I got my package. Finally. No explanation as to WHY no one delivered it to my clearly marked address, or why no notice was left for me to pick it up. Get it together USPS.

  • gaby zhu

I would give 0 rating if I could. Just did the passport application here. Before I came here, I actually called the State Department and got the confirmation that the materials I have prepared is good enough to go. But once I got the USPS location, the Asian lady who processed my application would want to process things in my way even I explained to her I followed the guidance on DS-11 form and confirmed with State Department staff over the phone before I came. I insisted to do the application in the way that State Department said is legitimate, and then I got very rude comment back from the USPS Asian lady. There is couple other information she tried to tell me is wrong as well, but her attitude is like she is the smartest authority in the world even though she is talking about certain requirements that's the State Department or DMV's authority area. Her customer service is horrible and extremely rude!

Unfortunately the apartment I rent doesn’t have a mailbox! This has caused a lot of problems. I’m required to get a PO box at the local post office. Unfortunately, most online retailers refuse to deliver to a PO Box because scammers use PO Boxes. So, ok, fine, I get it. But then I also have to have my Amazon orders delivered there as well. So, I get my notice that my package was delivered. I check my PO Box and there was no notice. I stand in line for 20 minutes just for a person to tell me they will not have it available until tomorrow. Just don’t bother with the USPS for a box. Use the UPS store or the several other available mail places. They have longer hours, a deliverable address, and better service. Don’t get me wrong the employees at the Post Office were very nice but I come here to get my mail. If I can’t get my mail, what’s the point!!!

  • Googlehater

-10 stars. Haven't gotten my mail for 7 days. There was an epic storm but the roads were completely clear yesterday. I've tried 10x this AM to call this PO to see if they're gonna get around to delivering the mail anytime soon but these overpaid lazy government workers NEVER NEVER NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Also, I have complained 4x about getting my mail after 7 PM at my mailbox a long, unlit, scary block away. I emailed USPS with the complaint & they replied they'd get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received an explanation. What with their lucrative amazon contract, it seems like they could hire enough employees to deliver our mail before dark, as they PROMISE to do.

  • Bri Woods

They're just okay. First off all cashiers are extremely loud. I don't need everyone under the sun to know my business. Secondly the cashier Cody I found to be extremely rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but the whole " I don't need your life story " was extremely rude when he asked why the mail hold didn't work which I was trying to explain. Told me that and than asked me every question on the planet about my damn package and mail. Very unprofessional. Fortunately the gentleman and the supervisor I dealt with the day prior when dealing with this mishap were much more well mannered and professional. They could use some work on customer service.

  • Kristina Fassbender Schmalzer

0/10 experience. Delivery person did not bother to drop my package off at the front desk, even though it was open. When I went to pick it up on Saturday, per the office hours listed on my redelivery card, the office was CLOSED to pick-ups. Why list this as a pick up time?! My package was returned to sender after 2 failed delivery attempts (both times ignored written instruction to deliver to apartment office), and then when I called to track the returned delivery, I was prompted to set up another delivery...IMPOSSIBLE to get a real person on the phone. Will avoid in the future when possible.

  • Daniel Hoyt

By far the worst post office I've ever dealt with in over 15 years of living on my own. Absolutely disgraceful, rude counter service, carriers who lose mail and leave packages in random places, and absolutely no solutions or fixes for any complaints. My mail gets randomly marked as "undeliverable" despite being perfectly fine and I have lost packages and important documents on multiple occasions due to incompetent, untrained carriers. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! Just go to Tigard or somewhere else nearby. You'll thank me. This post office should be closed down.

  • Stacia Pearson

Regarding passports only: the only way you can get your passport at this location is if you have an appointment. The only way you can make an appointment is by calling. Unfortunately, if you call, no one will answer. If you follow their instructions and leave a voice mail with your info, they won't call back for over a month. When they do call back, they leave a voice mail telling you to call them back. And so the process begins again. As far as package drop off and mail delivery goes, I have never had a problem with this station.

  • Arthur VanZandt

Our mailboxes were broken into early December. Our property management took roughly a month to replace them. We are STILL waiting for this USPS facility to place locks in them/waiting for them to actually deliver to our mailboxes. It is currently April. I called them because I’ve had several packages missing that are “out for delivery” for a week. Only to find out they aren’t delivering them. Including a 70 pound bed frame. They’re reaction? “You can come pick them up”

  • Helen Rogaway

This is at most times a great place. It is the location that my local delivery comes out of. Granted that we have had snow and weather problems but it has now been 8 days since anyone in my neighborhood received mail. There is nothing about delay of mail on any USPS website nor any explanation. There is merely a proforma statement from the postmaster to clear access to your mailbox. Total management incompetence coupled with an uncaring attitude.

  • N E

Say your prayers if you need to actually come here and you value your health. Long line, only two people working, and no efforts made to maintain customer safety. As I was stuck in line, five people invaded my personal space. After I asked the person behind me for some distance, she said it was more important for her to look at the cards and things for sale. I feel for the vulnerable and disabled who must come here. You can do better, USPS.

  • Helen Mencius

I have lost several packages in the recent two weeks. This USPS carrier never delivered my packages, whereas the tracking information always shows "delivered." I tried to find the missing packages but the USPS website never allows me to submit the searching form. Very disappointed. The carrier is very irresponsible, he updated fake tracking information and I cannot find my packages anywhere. The worst store ever.

  • Dalton Caudill

They didn't leave my package, even though there was a sign on the door telling them to. Then, when I tried to schedule a re-delivery, they didn't deliver it. I tried to call several times and the phone rang for 5 minutes each time before abruptly cutting off. I left work early to pick up my package and they were closed before they were supposed to be. Tax dollars (not)working like they do everywhere else I guess.

  • Michael S

This place is terrible. Went in to cash a postal money order and the teller said he didn't have the money in the till. I asked if anyone else could do it and he said "let me ask my manager" walked around the corner and pretended to do something. Came back and said "they must be at lunch". I said at 3:30? Always a problem at this place. I'm looking to try and remove using the post office from my life completely.

  • Kathy Steiner

Twice in the last 6 months they have received my packages and redirected them out of state. Once they claimed they attempted delivery, but I had moved. I have lived here for nearly 7 years. I never got that one. And no response to inquiry. Frustrating to have no control over which location things route through. In both of these cases the shipping was originally with UPS, so I can't avoid USPS even if I try.

  • Morgan Olson

If you sell money orders and you cash money orders your business needs to have cash on hand. US postal money orders are not able to be cashed at US postal places. They give answers like you need to go to a bank where the post office is literally the issuer of the money order. There's a lackadaisical attitude around every employee in this place and definitely don't want to do business there anymore.

  • Arium Hay

Giving them a 5 star because it’s absolutely ridiculous to do a google rating for a government business that is undercut and understaffed. Seriously, did none of the recent bad reviewers go through 2020? The people who work at the post office are valued and appreciated by a lot of people. I invite the rest of you to join us because if they get shut down, no mail for you.

  • Michael Graham

My only complaint is that the inside drop drum gets stuck after only a few packages and becomes unusable for long periods of time on weekends!! The catching bin on the receiving side is too shallow, just let packages fall on the floor so this chute remains clear. (I've hardly interacted with employees here but its always positive/neutral so no problems there.)

  • Alexandria Watson

I have had 2 packages that they claim they delivered and I’ve been home and no one has delivered. They clearly have criminals working for them who steal. I filed a claim and they keep saying it’s delivered and I keep telling them they didn’t deliver to me. Now I’ve set up cameras and will have to prove to them they have some criminals working for them.

  • Christine Chase

Shout out to the great customer service I received in resolving a situation (issue was not something they did). I was able to get through on the phone (recommend called calling mid day vs first thing). Once I did they were amazing - going out of their way to help (both the supervisor that answered the phone and the carrier she got to help). Thank you!

  • B Frankz33

Avoid at all costs. Not sure what usps does to these workers but The employees are always in a bad mood and especially the asian guy. He snapped. They could not help me get a past tracking number and they got mad and angery telling me to get my information correct before coming in ever. I was in shock. Stay away from these hate filed workers.

  • K S

Mail continues to be delivered to a broken panel of mailboxes that were vandalized in January (5 months ago). Mail keeps being stolen, but there has been no communication on fixing the mailboxes. Summer 2020 update: Our mailboxes were repaired this summer, including a new frame that contains and reinforces the strength of the group of boxes.

  • salah alabed

The worst customer service ever ; first time I called I was on hold for over 30min then I chose to receive a call back , after 2hrs I revived a call and when I answered I got disconnected I simply gave up that day. I called the other day and I was on hold for 2hrs then I simply had to hang up because I had dr appointment

  • D A

Requested vacation holds 2 times in past 6 months. Both times I selected online option, where my accumulated mail would be picked up at PO upon hold end date. Both times they delivered accumulated mail to my box, instead of holding it at PO. Larger pieces shoved into box, and slightly damaged. Absolute idiots.

  • David S.

Who gives the Post Office a good review? I do. I'm here 3-5 times a week at my PO Box. Wait times are usually short, and staff are helpful. My mail reliably shows up in my PO Box, and Amazon packages are usually held behind the counter shortly after being shown as delivered on the Amazon App. No complaints!

  • Jeremiah Whitfield

This place is a joke. Doesnt answer phones despite now being open almost 30 minutes infact no post office has been answering calls im glad they may go under incompetent and also misplaced 7 packages 7! Forget defunding the police defund the post office never seen such horrible professionalism in my life.

  • No Context

Rude, condescending, very disrespectful and unhelpful employees. I'm not sure if it's just this location or all USPS in general, but they've given me nothing but problems, both in having my mail properly delivered to me or in the office, it has all been very subpar and unpleasant.

  • J M

Absolutely atrocious. No reliable phone numbers for either services they provide. Incompetent business technical and web management that cannot provide accurate information on their website for contact information. Need service? THEY DON'T CARE because they will get paid anyways.

  • Advanced Custom Homes LLC PDX

They don't know anything about international services for packages, their insurances and they don't refund money for their mistakes and wrongly originated packages that never getting the destinations. they misspell cities, countries and place wrong postal codes.Horrible service!

  • Kathy Wallace

We have a small office building with approximately 10 suites about 1/2 mile from the Multnomah Post Office, yet we do not receive our mail everyday. On those days, our mail sits out and is not picked up. Further we do not have a regular carrier or a set time frame for delivery.

  • Michael Wagner

These guys are wonderful. We just changed addresses, and got scammed online from the usps website for $180 (not from the actual USPS). It's very frustrating when we ask for change of address paperwork that the woman behind the counter would insist that we do it online.

  • Erich Wilhelm

Worst post office I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Glad I've moved to a different neighborhood with a post office that has competent and pleasant staff. I had a terrible experience with staff every time I visited this branch; either rude, incompetent or both!

  • Shaele May

I've rescheduled delivery four times (fifth counting the one in progress) and no sign of my package. It's been 6 days and they have my slip. I have no time between work and school to go the the post office; the calls don't help and emails are left unanswered.

  • Emily J

Had a specialty item that was NEVER delivered my postman listed it as REFUSED but never tried to deliver. Didn't knock on my door, didn't put it in my locked mailbox; No note, nothing! Absolute bullshit! Postmen stealing packages and marking as "refused".

  • Kyle Cerkoney

This P.O. is the worst ever, They have lost two important packages in one month. They are truly a disgrace and even after filing a claim they still did not honer there mistakes, This has cost me personally over $200. You should be ashamed of your self's.

  • Jennifer Nickerson

Just the absolute nicest people. Employees were upbeat, friendly, & helpful. They also kept apologizing for the long wait (long holiday line) which helped everyone feel noticed & cared for. Probably the best post office experience ever. Thanks so much!

  • David Dixon

I live nearby, so having this in walking distance is very handy. Plus there is plenty of parking and the lines never seem to take me too long. If you can use those shipping machines that are outside of the main area, use them. They save even more time.

  • A S

They don’t deliver packages at all, I had a package this week I didn’t recive and I had so many mails in passed month I didn’t recive at all No one answers about the lost packages here and when I went to the post office they didn’t reimburse me. …

  • David Coupeowner

Don't do passport applications here. They do their best to make it miserable and painful. I have also dropped boxes off at the inside collection at 4:50pm (note says they collect at 5) that do not make it out until the next day. Frustrating.

  • Alyssia Krossman

Sharon was absolutely fabulous! She took the time to explain to me a discrepancy that others didn’t deem it necessary to do and it made all the difference in my experience! This woman deserves a raise!! Thank you Sharon! Happy Holidays!

  • Kelsey Briggs

Where is my mail!? It's been over a week! This is not ok. I understand we had a snow storm but it's been clear for days now, we've made it out many times with no problem. What is the hold up? Can't even get through on the 800 number...

  • Stephen Roberts

Hours are limited, including nothing on weekends, but the self service kiosk is constantly out of order so basically useless. And when there is a real live person there, they aren’t particularly friendly or helpful. Avoid this one.

  • Morgan McCollum

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service EVER. How can an organization run so poorly. No one EVER answers the phone. Lost packages, always new mail people, such a mess. Makes it very hard to conduct business.

  • Drew Barker

For some reason, they don't print return labels that companies will commonly send you for said return, and they wouldn't give two strips of "complimentary tape" to seal my return label to it. Doesn't make any sense.

  • Gail Combs

They will NEVER-NEVER-NEVER ANSWER their PHONE. I called 50 time throughout ONE entire day. Why bother 'posting' (no pun intended) your phone number? It just turns out to be a BIG WASTE of people's time!!! : (

  • Thomas Farringer-Logan

Line moved quickly (weekday morning); various clerks had great energy. Everyone working seemed knowledgable. A 4.5-star USPS postal office experience, which might not speak highly of other branches.

  • jennifer Burns

Terrible experience trying to get a passport at this location. Additionally both women servicing passport photos were wearing their masks below their noses. I had to ask them to pull their masks up.

  • Kristin Howarth

I’ve had good experiences here. I wanted to share a review. Everyone was friendly and nice and it’s located in a central spot. I’m not sure about others experience but mine has always been good.

  • Haruka K

A clerk, who helped me for international shipping, was so nice and explained everything clearly for me. English is my second language but I had no troubles, I really appreciate their support!

  • Orchid Migñon Fowler

Very unhelpful, giving me misinformation and refusing to give me the tracking number to my own package. They also say they are open till 5:00pm but they never answer their phone.

  • David Mitchell

They are not perfect but as far as post offices go they are easily the best around this part of Portland. I mail a lot of things and they are always quick and professional .

  • Chris Anderson

At 4 pm they have one person working at the front helping people. I've been waiting for 25 mins along with 9 other people waiting in line. My tax money goes to this?

  • Debbie Dresner

The people here are great! We have a PO box, and we have only had good experiences. Thank you to all of the wonderful people at the multnomah Village Post Office!

  • Nishaz Abdul Salam

We went here to apply passport for our 6 week old. Vaughan helped us and was quick and great!! He also took a great passport photo of our 6 week old. Thank you!!

  • Viet Duong

Muy was an amazing help, she deserves a promotion and a raise, honestly! Helped me resolve in issue with mail forwarding and was so sweet and understanding :)

  • Bokot Bokot

Service could be faster but can't complain with all the customers they have to catwr. Passport Phot is $15 for 2 copies, kinda expensive I think.

  • Kaylea Ross (Raevynna Northcutt-Stone)

They have ZERO option on their automated service to speak to a human that and their system is incompetent with half baked info. Terrible.

  • Libing Zhang

Shipped a package to China through USPS priority mail. It has been almost a month and the package is not delivered yet!!! Paid >70$

  • Kimberly Grommes

Clerk was very friendly and helpful. I was able to find the supplies I needed and ship a couple packages in very little time.

  • Angela N

This place is slow. There arent many people working, only 1 whenever I come (around 2pm) Asian lady was super rude to me.

  • Jason Domann

Mow the lawn! You don't even make it through the door without noticing how completely lost-in-the-weeds this place is.

  • Rick Kikes

Slowest service.I was 3rd in line and waited 15 min.. 8 people behind me. They finally opened a new register for me.

  • Michelle Madison

The post office has now put my mail in other people's boxes so now they're getting my mail and not bringing it to me

  • Kate Cote

Last few times at post office I have noticed more counters open and the service has been friendly and professional.

  • AJ Amr

Quiet and friendly most of the time. Easy place to buy stamps from the machine and not have to wait in line.

  • Emily Wells

Quick, i like going to this post office because I'm always in and out. Just wish they had more parking!

  • Gwayne Stern

This post office gets one star off for their not-so-friendly service, but they still get the job done.

  • J Noel

The worse PO I've ever been to. Ran out of standard Cert mail forms. None. Try again next week, maybe.

  • Alex Deeb

I would give them one star if I could. Rude. SLOW. Unattendive!!! Just an AWFUL AWFUL experience

  • Jingles B

Be sure to sign up for their “Informed We’ll Deliver It If We Feel Like It” service on usps.com

  • Gabriel Romero

Wonderful employees here. Everytime I've been to this post office I've had excellent service.

  • Sylvia Johnson

Postal Personnel always there to help with any questions and problems I may have. Thank you!

  • Mary Spooner

I received the stamps I requested and was able to skip a trip to the bank for extra money.

  • Franklin “FDub” Weichelt

Typical PO ... 5 cashier stands with only 2 ever there, making for exciting wait times.

  • Cheryl Mackey

Sharon is always so delightful and friendly. She is my absolute favorite postal worker.

  • Michael S

Lost my Federal Tax payment which resulted in me paying a penalty of $160 to the IRS

  • Stephen Horton

Great office don't listen to the privileged folks who bad mouth this place.

  • Kristen Odermatt

We have not received any mail for 7 DAYS and they NEVER answer their phone.

  • Karen Bettencourt

Self service kiosk is consistently out of order for mailing packages.

  • Mac Native 66

This letter carrier can't read. No Parking. How elementary is that?

  • Ben Gibson

Worst post office ever. Unreliable as others have expressed.
