They kept giving me alerts on my inform delivery that my packages had Animal interference during delivery. There was no note left on the door or on inform delivery about what I can do to get my package. This has happened more than 5 times this year. I don't think this was the real reason to why my package was not delivered when expected. I don't have any pets and I have checked with neighbors and they do not have any large pets that would interfere with mail delivery. Calling directly to the USPS local office does not help and I only get a busy signal. I also checked my front, side and back door security cameras to see if there was anything captured on video at the time the interference happened. Nothing had showed up and nothing was captured. Please advise on why this keeps happening to my packages.

This is a zero star review I literally never get my mail and have spoken to the supervisor and was told they'd call me back but never received one. Also I keep receiving mail that are other tenants and clearly isn't for that apartment number. I literally order 2 chime cards and each one hasn't came to me but to someone else that clearly is being given to by the mail carrier and is waiting for me to activate it so they can steal from me. I cannot even order anything online because he doesn't do his job right and is working to fast paced when he should be paying attention to detail. I'm waiting on the phone right now to speak to them but it has been 27 mins now I don't know if this issue will be resolved because this is uncalled for and frustrating.

We've been waiting for a whole week now for an overnight package. We called them and they claimed it wasn't there and that they weren't going to check to see where it was. So we called the post office that it was coming from. The other post office actually looked into it for us and confirmed that it was in Minneapolis and sitting at this location. Wow. These people are so lazy. It sucks that we live in this neighborhood and can't choose another post office. When we send anything out or need help we always go to the Robbinsdale one. Those people actually do their job and offer decent customer service. Don't waste your life here. Robbinsdale is only a couple miles away.

If you're in a hurry, pick another post office. No matter how long the line is, the clerk behind the counter will treat you like you're the only customer he has had all day. Every I is dotted and every T is crossed; no exceptions. You got a question? He's got an answer and a pinch of humor to boot. Ask him to check in back for a parcel and he will search top to bottom to find it. Of course, everyone in line is fuming while you conduct business and exchange jokes (and waste their time), but going to THIS post office is the highlight of retirement life. For everyone else, you'll actually save time driving to a different one.

This automated phone service really deserves a 0. I have a 25 minute ride home and was on line the entire time until it said good bye without connecting me to any of the question I selected. I was calling to complain about the carrier for Northside Mpls mail for one of the addresses was 621 Penn Ave. N. that continues to come back no such address or not enough information to deliver , however I hand delivered them to the same address... Something seriously needs to be do!!!! At a time such as this we have ppl who have jobs don't want to do the job; and ppl who don't have a job can't find a job ... Make since of that...

All of the drivers seem to not be able to read. I keep getting other people's mail so when I reported it, the supervisor said to write our family name on the mailbox so they won't put other people's mail in our box but they STILL put at least 12 other names in our mailbox daily even though I have 2 signs stating to please not put any other last names but ours in the mailbox. I've been in this area for 9 months and every month I have to report them for not delivering our packages to us but to neighbors, and putting other people's mail in our box. I wish I didn't have to use them at all.

"We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 5:16 pm on July 24, 2023 in MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55411. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed." They put the wrong status, what it really means is: "We didn't bother to drop off your package because we were busy or just didn't feel like it. Due to internal training we're using this code now and not scanning it delivered like we used to." I'm in a regular house, one where they usually throw the package up by my steps and call it good. There was no way possible it wasn't able to be delivered.

I continue to have problems getting my pkg shipped to my P.O.B. I continue to get other people items in my box. I could understand items having the same P.O. # as mine. However the items I continue to find has a different name and p.o. # but it is placed in the wrong box. I run a business and I have items shipped to my p.o. and maybe 3 of 10 times my items show delivered but they never can find my items. I Aaron and Jim are good workers with great work ethics. To bad the mail sorters cause those guys a great deal of pain due to the people that sort / mgmt is horrible.

I don’t receive all my mail most of it has been returned . I have been waiting on several letters and never received them even 1 from IRS. I been waiting on letter from school after 3 weeks went by I called them and was told it was returned. I been living at residence since August 2018 . I always receives someone else’s mail. My name is on mail box. Not sure what’s going on. I have even spoked to mail man to let him know that I moved in and name is on mailbox. I really don’t want to give 1 star had to in order to post. PLEASE HELP... PLEASE DELIVER MY MAIL...

My magazines are always crammed into my box and ripped, I get other people's mail at least once a week, and I've been home and watched more than one carrier put a slip in my box for a package without even knocking on the door. I've learned that it's best to pick it up the next day rather than step outside and let them know. That's never a fun conversation and my mail usually seemed a little more crumpled in the days that followed. When they do drop off packages, sometimes they just toss them into the porch area.

Marked my address and undeliverable when they have delivered here many times. When trying to get ahold of them via phone as instructed by the USPS customer service team they don't answer and it goes to a busy signal. I've tried calling consistently for 30 min and nothing. I also have very inconsistent delivery of mail and issues with getting mail from someone who hasn't lived here for +5 years even after notifying the postal carrier that they shouldn't deliver this person's mail here anymore. Very frustrating!

This is the second time in 2 months that my mail has all been returned to the sender with the note that we have moved and left no forwarding address. We have missed bills, packages, etc. I have called and been told I need to come in person to show proof that I live at the address. Then they act like I have lost my mind when I come in asking what’s up. The first time I was told to put my name on the mailbox. Name is on the mailbox and it happened Again. One of the most irritating things I have had to deal with.

2 day delivery package sent December 21. Was promised a call when it arrived as it was delayed. Today they took my package on a drive starting 6am. I was told 4:55 pm that they did not intend on delivering it today. It took them 10 hours to decide they would not drop the package off 3 blocks from the post office after promising me I would get a call so I could come get it myself. Will update my review if and when the mail gets delivered to the neighborhood the post office is in.

For two months I have been trying to get this post office to deliver mail to my home. Two months, and I still can't get them to manage it. I have lost mortgage payment statements, driver licenses (yes plural, at $26 each), job licenses, and other important documents. Update: Still 1 star. While I now get mail, they randomly place holds on it. Don't bother trying to call, they won't pick up/take the phone off the line so there is only a busy signal.

  • Arielle Tiamiyu

Terrible service have had several packages mysteriously come up missing. The equivalent of living in a 3rd world country if you live in this zip code have ALL packages tracked and insured and sign at delivery. Called postal service to be hung up on, laughed at by a woman who at first refused to give her name and then stated we have the same exact name being condescending. There truly truly needs to be a federal investigation of this post office.

  • Melissa Hudson

Their are long lines and not enough help there if your in a hurry please DONT GO THERE!!! There one guy there that works there and he talks to much and very slow !!! He’s been there for 30 yrs they say but he do more talking then helping customers get in and out I hate to go to his line !!!! Yes he nice but sometimes the conversation he talks about isn’t relevant to getting post stamps and mailing boxes !!!

  • Quinn Buenzow

Left me a scribbled note on my piece of mail to "please keep my dog inside when we deliver mail". IF they had a consistent delivery time, I would keep her inside until the mail is delivered. When I am home, I refuse to keep my dog inside all day in the summer. Sometimes our mail is delivered at 9 am. other times not until after 5:00 p.m. That is a ridiculously huge time frame in which to keep my dog inside.

The first few times I went to this place I was EXPECTING it to be a bad experience. But this has become my primary post office location because all my experiences there have been great. Staff is friendly, they work quickly and they tell you what you need to know. I've sent two packages this past week and I spent less than 10 minutes there all together. Really a great service provider in our community.

  • Nettie Locke

This location seems to be cheerful and helpful but the mail delivery is never consistant. Some days its early, others days mail doesnt show up til after dinner time. Then there are days when an item arrives on a Friday, but then the next week it wont show up until way late on Monday. it would be nice to be able to count on the mail being timely and conistant so that my family could plan around it.

  • Bob Scoggin

I think they're pretty good and don't really agree with all the negative I reviews. The USPS isn't really known for being super-fast anyway. The reason that the mail comes at different times is because your regular carrier may be off and his/her sub does their regular route first then yours. Hey that means they need help. The post office IS hiring. Doesn't seem like a bad gig to me...

  • Eve Xiong

I had a question about a package that was supposed to be delivered but then it was deemed undeliverable as addressed. I was absolutely positive that I had the correct address. I walked in and there was a supervisor that had helped me out. He was really friendly and handled my situation in a professional manner. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Waiting was a few minutes.

  • Carly Schumacher

Every package suddenly needs a signature (even when they don't). Every redelivery request gets me another "sorry we missed you, we need a signature" slip. There is always someone home when they leave the slip, the doorbell is NEVER rung, they don't knock... Nothing. I work across town during the open hours, and have no way to get my packages. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

  • Lisa Emery

This post office is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE when it comes to mail holds. This the second year in a row I have requested my mail held so I can safely pick up my packages. Second year in a row they DISREGARD my request and deliver anyway. Even when I complain to upper mgt, they disregard mgmt and continue delivering. So much for safe package handling.

  • Kash Yang

I've lost 2 packages with them already! Horrible service, workers always have an attitude and don't try to find my package. They kept passing it from one person to another. I called teh morning before I went to get my package and they said it was there. When I went in after work, they couldn't find my package at all. Waste of my time!

  • Earnest Barnes

The people at the front desk are great at customer service. This post office is extremely slow on delivery. Possibly the worst in the twin cities. I've been at the same location in North Minneapolis for almost 4 years and it has not improved. If it was possible I wouldn't even give this post office 1 star.

  • Tomas Tovar

Just mailing a package today. There was hardly any wait. The worker was very pleasant and helpful. When a short line started behind me another worker appeared from the back to assist customers and keep wait times down. The place was clean and there were plexiglass safety dividers at the counter.

  • Matt J

Absolute garbage customer service. After calling repeatedly (7 times) and finally talking to someone to extend my mail hold. Someone finally answers they agree to extend my mail hold but don't bother to ask for my address! Kind hard to achieve that with out that information, wouldn't you think!!

  • John Waldron

Hello we have a new carrier on 44th N her name is Bri and she is a breath of fresh air ! Would also like to compliment the young lady prior to her as well they have both been great and we definitely appreciate their overall kindness and attitude! Thanks again John waldron 1823 44th ave N

Badly, this last order I lost money, it's not a lot but I lost it and I don't know what to do if my order didn't arrive, it turns out that they left it at the neighbor's house, I asked and there isn't, it was supposed to arrive on Oct 26, it arrived Oct 25 and it doesn't show up.

  • Meesh of Pragmatic Artisan

Whatever changed recently, bravo! The lines are shorter, my mail and packages are delivered as expected and I’m receiving my own mail. For years I drove over to the quarry to drop off mail and packages. And 33% of the mail I received wasn’t mine. Thank goodness for the change.

  • Abdi Abdullahi

Aaron is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. When he is helping a customer, he makes the customer feel as if nobody else is waiting (which reduces anxiety and gives you more time to ask more questions). I appreciate how he listens and explains things to his customers.

  • Super Mas

Waited in line 45mins while ONE agent helped ONE customer. Chit-chatting, eating his Subway etc... Wouldn’t stop side conversations. There are still four people ahead of me (as I type) and I’m running late for work; all I need is to renew a box... this is crazy.

  • Sadie N

This is probably the best post office I've used. The workers know their stuff, they work quickly, efficiently, and kindly. They are exceedingly patient and have senses of humor which is great! In particular, Eric, June, Julia, and Brian. Love these guys!

  • Heather Mylin

I own and operate my business in this district. My mail is consistently unpredictable. It is hard to run a business here when I depend on getting my mail. Update: I change my review from 1 star to 4. Things have gotten better over the years.

  • Michael Alexander Sr

It would nice if the mail would show up at a consistent time. That way we could plan our day and arrive when the postal person shows up. As the situation stands now, I have to wait all day before the mail arrives at my door.

  • Andrew Evans

Hopefully the government defunds the Post Office and puts this branch out of its misery. It's actuality amazing they get it right as much as they do, with all the ignored hold mail requests, and wrong mail delivered.

  • Len Y

The worse, always misdeliver my packages and lies it was delivered to my house. Usps gps says its a lie. It's not that hard to do this job. Unreliable, can't wait for them all to be replaced by robots.

  • MusicFeeds MySoul

Worst place I’ve tried calling them for days and always get a busy signal they need to update the number or something. This is the worst place ever

  • Lynette Hardin

This is horrible all you hear is a recorded message. It takes so long to speak directly with an agent! …
