they take FOREVER to answer the door when you pick up packages. I waited 20 minutes before someone talked to me and another 10 minutes for them to figure out what happened. I called yesterday to tell them to hold a package and I forgot whether they said they would hold it or attempt to deliver it again so I called them three times today and no one answered so I went all the way down to the facility. after waiting they said they shipped it back to the sender which was out of state. however when I got home the package was there. not the worst possible experience but it seems like they don't really know what's going on in their own facility

As of Aug 2023, If you lose your community mailbox key and get told that you need to come here, you don't... Just fill out the necessary form and pay $50 at your local PO. Annoying that they do not pick up the phone, could have saved myself a trip. The 98102 supervisor was very kind about it, though, and took time to help me out when I visited in person (by explaining that I wasted my time by visiting).

These people are rude, authoritative, unmotivated, unqualified. Every time I go there, I go wow, what a bunch of social rejects, no wonder they work at the post office. Seriously, I rather go somewhere else because they keep overcharging for shipping and keep losing packages and when you call them for help, they don't seem to know which way is up or down.

Very helpful staff. I had to pick an important document and the supervisors gave me the right information, followed up with the delivery van and ensured I got it the same day. Kudos to the hard working team there! Only issue I had was to locate the entrance: you need to go through the basement parking and then to the second floor

Asked how long it would be before I was called for my appointment. Was told "I'll be there when I'm dont doing what I need to do". Attempted to say my 5 year old needs the bathroom & I was just looking for an update when not 1 but 2 women completely ignored me! Unbelievable! This is why people don't use the USPS anymore.

I was receiving a package from Germany but it had the wrong ZIP code. I got a notification that it arrived at the annex but had a wrong ZIP code. I called them, and the lady assured me it would be sent to the right address anyway. I never received the package and it was sent back to Germany. What a waste of time.

They don’t pick up AT ALL. I’ve called back to back, continuously and no one picks up. I had a package fail to deliver, I literally left off the apartment letter from the address and I can’t get to the office to discuss this with them due to being out of town. So inconvenient.

People working there clearly just doesn't care. The terminal station folks says they will check up an order for me and had never called me back once even after saying they will. If you are lucky, they will answer the phone but that is also not a guarantee.

They are very rude here. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone to answer questions. Surprise when I showed up to my passport appointment I was less than prepared. I was immediately sent away. I took time off work to be here. Very unpleasant.

The lovely people at this post office corrected the zip code & city on my package instead of sending it all the way back to China. They were also very helpful on the phone when I was trying to locate the package. Really saved me!

I went here for help to found out why my package never showed up, I had to go back multiple times because they think it's okay to just throw you off and tell you they'll just call you back and then never do it. Never again.

If this post office isn’t operational, why is it listed as open? I went to the intercom as directed, and the person on the other end told me to go next door and then ignored me when I told him about this signage.

It's hard to blame anyone working at the USPS for poor service. It's a shame the folks working there don't have more support as they all seem nice, just unprepared to help.

Just found out today that they won't deliver to my house in Seattle. North Beacon Hill by the way. Not the boonies.
