I'm writing this review to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at a certain USPS location. The interaction was far from satisfactory and I believe it's crucial that potential customers know what they could be walking into. My main interaction was with a staff member named Varghese. To put it simply, he was very rude. As I stepped up to the counter to renew my child's passport, he informed me that I had filled out the wrong application. While this might have been the case, I explained to him that I had filled out this specific application because my child had previously received a passport. Despite my explanation, his demeanor remained harsh and unhelpful. Compounding the issue, his command of English was not the best and I found myself constantly asking him to clarify what he needed from me. Rather than being understanding, he responded with an attitude. It was clear to me that his customer service skills were lacking. But the disappointing service was not limited to Varghese. The manager, an African-American male working the counter, displayed an equally concerning level of unprofessionalism. While assisting customers, he was on the phone ordering eyeglasses. He was not discreet about his personal business and conducted the call loudly, which I found to be very rude and unprofessional. The overall experience at this location was far from the standard I expect from a USPS facility. The staff's level of professionalism was subpar and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I believe this location needs a complete revamp of employees who understand and demonstrate the importance of good customer service. I hope my feedback will lead to improved experiences for future customers.

Not worth a star. Months ago I noticed just an Amazon carrier walk across yard to deliver to my specified location. No big deal so I put up a sign to please not walk on the grass (fertilized and trying to Manage new growth) USPS on the other hand, took that as he's going to walk on my grass (feet from my living room and 14 year old daughters windows while being newr night time). I put up more signs, he continued. He also sets off our security system each time. I roped it off, he climbs over rope. I zig zagged the rope, he climbs around that. He is creating a trail and dead spots on my yard. He delivers near or at dark many times so when he crosses my lawn near our windows, it alerts my family too with shadows. He also rarely wears USPS official attire so he could be a peeping tom, package thief, or burglar for all I know. 80% of our mail is also not even ours. Maybe if he walked on the sidewalk he could read our bright white with dark background house number I had my first face to face confrontation with him yesterday as I'm completely fed up. He told me he will continue to walk where he wishes then he started dancing and sticking his tongue out. Also in front of my wife. Absolutely disgusting! I've filed several complaints and called this office to no avail. This person is an unmarked so called USPS employee who is an obvious security threat Stopped for 3 days, and here we go again. Morons

I never leave bad reviews... but this post office really deserves one. Not only do they hire people that do not know how to do their job, they hire people who make customers' come across issues that could've been avoided with properly trained employees... If you are getting anything done with your passport DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want them to give you incorrect information and make your passport process stressful. After having filled out the CORRECT form, I was told that I need a different one. When I tried to show the lady that I had filled out the correct one she responded with an attitude and made me feel stupid about filling out what she thought was an incorrect form. Now I am stressed out about an upcoming vacation for which I needed to expedite my passport update all because of her direction...

This location delivers my mail and the mail carrier doesn't seem able to read addresses. I get neighbor's mail from 5-6 house down the block and I've had neighbors drop off my mail they have received in error. Also when a package should be arriving and doesn't, I check the tracking info, the mail carrier tends to put no access in the tracking update, meaning they can't access my property which is a lie, because I don't have a fence or anything blocking my entrance. This post office location is terrible. The employees are rude and extremely unhelpful. If these individuals don't appreciate their jobs, why not shut down the post office and give the account to UPS. I'm sure they can do a way better job than these individuals.

This place needs a total overhaul, a new postmaster. The current environment is toxic, non of the employees seem to care about their duties (with the exception of a few.) Most of the time there are many people in line being serviced by one or two very impolite employees. The work that's being done is very slow, everything they do is slow and stop on the way to talk to each other just hanging out while people are impatiently waiting in line. You can do that on your break or when there are no customers. I realize they deal with many different folks, but you are not making the situation any better by being impolite, not caring and slow. The least you can do is try. I dread coming to this place because of the employees.

LETS START A PETITION TO GET THE MANAGEMENT REPLACED WITH ONE WHO CARES... Lazy, incompetent, sloths. They continuously put my mail in my neighbors mailbox which is locked. And I can't access. HOW DUMB ARE YOU? LAST NAMES ON MAIL USUALLY GO WITH THE LAST NAMES ON THE BOX RIGHT? GUESS THESE MAIL PEOPLE CAN'T READ. OR MAYBE ITS BECAUSE they always have headphones on. I had an unfortunate encounter with a mail carrier. When I answered the doorbell, he talked so loud that even neighboring apartments residents could hear and very aggressive, telling me not to put mails on the floor. Wow!!!!! Only one mail addressed to my place, not even my name, but I was scolded like a 5 year old. I answered him calmly and in a professional manner. As a resident of this place for 20 plus years, this was my first scary experience so far.

Great customer service received today from their Clerk Alexis taking care of an issue that a different post office location refused to even help me with because they were unfamiliar with the process. The other location didn’t even bother to take the time to try and find out the answer to my inquiry. I was very frustrated when I came in, but relieved when I left knowing my issue was being taken care of…and with a positive attitude. Just want to say thanks!

This place is run by people who clearly never want to be opened or do their job. This place closes at 5:30pm. The last couple months when I have gone there there is a sign that says they will reopen at 4pm. The gate is closed and this time the self service station to mail boxes was unable to be opened. The mail is overflowing and you can’t put anything else in there. If you don’t want to do your job, then give it to someone who actually wants to work.

About one day a week now the mail never gets delivered. False information left on tracking, notice left, attempted delivery, held at office per customer. All never happened. On days that I’d be home and know they never attempted anything. Not sure if the carrier decides they don’t want to finish their route or they never put the mail/packages on the truck. Never had these problems at any past address.

There is a lot of issues with delivery of mail to my address. Either is not delivered at all or is being delivered to wrong address. Recently a very important letter was delivered to another address, OPENED and eventually delivered by unknown person to me. This is unacceptable. This is not 1st time when this happened. I don't understand when they know its gonna be busy why only 2 people behind the counter when there 19 customers in line. Why when they go to the back to get a package they are gone to 10 mins. These employees show no urgency to do their job efficiently or with any speed whatsoever. There is no accountability for them to step it up and do their job properly. A waste of tax payer dollars.

There is always a problem with the cashier. Long queues and one cashier. There are also people who pick up parcels and people who fill out applications for the production of a passport. Why do we have to wait for half an hour while others fill out the passport application, for this there are appointments and another cashier, and not a general queue.

I still find it amazing that even on Monday mornings they have just one person up front. And he won’t get assistance even when the line is 10 people deep. I guess that’s how you can treat customers since they have no other choice but to use your service. Bring a book and a comfy chair because you will be waiting in line for a while. Always.

zero stars if I could. They stated they delivered my package in my mail box as "proof of delivery". I have security camera's that store all recorded data, and not one delivery vehicle ever came by to delivery anything to my home. I called to open an escalated case and no one ever called me back. They have THIEVES handling peoples packages.

Going inside the post office is okay. Haven’t had any problems. But the carrier that’s working our route almost never deliver our mail. It’s like he works only 3 days a week. You all need to get someone else to cover for him. When I’m waiting on something it takes double the time to get here

I only have good things to say about this post office! Anytime I have an issue they take care of me. I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address due to the shipper error but my post office took the responsibility of tracking it down and retrieving it. Thank you so much!

Tried calling about a stolen wallet, robot said press 5 or say other if it was a matter unrelated to mail. I clearly shouted other a thousand times and clicked 5 at other tries. The robot ignored my clear requests and continued repeating the script. I am beyond frustrated.
