"You have a fraudulent and dubious staff at Garrison Branch Port Harcourt would have mentioned his name here if not for one thing, he stood as an account officer to someone that pretended to sell his property (this was around February 2022) and after full payment was made himself and the fraudulent fellow said they were no longer interested to sell that I should send my account number to get my money back but they refunded half of the money and till today your staff blocked my line all efforts to reach him has failed"

He needs to be seriously investigated for aiding fraud.
Worst customer service ever witnessed from a staff. This one lady was being extremely rude, harassing customers, being negligent, shouting at customers, and refuse to attend to some. I suggest you don't come here!
