Not the biggest gym in the city but personally one of the best for serious lifters, has all the right equipment, don't have people there who come to socialise even though it is next to Social the pub, but a great atmosphere and good gym to train in.

Undoubtedly the best gym in the Makeni area. The equipment here is alright, as there are occasionally a few cardio machines on maintenance, but they have a wide variety of weighed machines that ensure that you can perform multiple exercises

Used to be a lovely gym, convenient for Makeni residents, however, most of the aerobics, dance and other cardio classes aren’t available for those who aren’t able to attend late afternoon or evenings. They don’t have morning classes to suit

The Gym is well stocked up with equipment and kind trainers... It's also a great place for couples, families groups and company arrangements for exercise...
