Went in there - which I hardly do because they follow you around the store and interrogate you. One of the chicks came up to me asked a few questions to which I answered then continued to walk away because I LIKE TO SHOP WITHOUT BEING INTERROGATED…. Then another worker yelled at me and said why are you running away? Then continued to embarrass me and made little comments about me so I left the store. Don’t know why I’m even complaining cause the universal store clearly don’t care about their customers but if you were to come to Frankston shops and have anxiety and just don’t like people in general don’t come here they literally interrogate you to the point you don’t feel comfortable and honestly feel like your being bullied.

there was a whole rack of skirts marked at $40 in the sale area today. of course, being an awesome sale price we were willing to buy one! though, at the counter we were told the skirt was $60, which is where we referred to the tag, then the rack of the same item to find they were all clearly marked at $40, not $60. the staff were very blunt that it was not there mistake and they could not sell it for $40 even though there was more than one item marked at this price. i’ve had this happen in the past, having worked in retail and i understand that you can’t give items away, but when you’ve very clearly marked items at one price then they should be sold for that.

The opening had a pretty good sale. They had experienced team members who were willing to help out and knew their stuff. My only complaint is who I assume is the manager who snapped at me when I jokingly asked if I get a second free bag for my second purchase. Was not very welcoming lol

Shoutout to Jade who had excellent customer service and helped me pick out the most comfy and my dream pair of Jeans! The staff made you feel comfortable when trying on clothes and always happy to assist with sizing and questions. Thank you :-)

Omg all I wanted to do was look around and got absolutely BOMBARDED by multiple staff who don’t communicate as to who’s already been greeted. And why do you need to know where I work? Won’t be back - online only!

The customer service is excellent, especially from Jade. I was struggling with finding a pair of jeans and Jade was so attentive and helpful. The workers make you feel so comfortable and welcomed.

The assistants in this store are delightful & helpful. Great customer service. Thanks so much, look fwd to shopping there again soon.
