I WORKED THERE 4 YEARS AGO AND GOT BULLIED! Their Customer service sucks! I felt like they were treating me like a slave. i thought il enjoy my time there but the worst experience of my life!!! I've worked at many retail company and Ringwood Universal store has to be the worst!!!

Just attended universal at Eastland and I have to say the best experience by far we have had from any other store. Ari could not have been more helpful and with his honest opinions. I will certainly be back to this store again!! Thanks for all the help !

Ari, Kyla and Jas at the Eastland store went above and beyond to help me out today! Ari was incredibly helpful, gave me an abundance of options to help out my situation and did absolutely everything he could to make sure i left happy! Absolute legends.

Never has stock. Every time I check online for in store stock, Eastland is always out of stock and rarely gets stock in for brand new items when first released.
