Brilliant customer service and always friendly to help me out, always considers customers preferences and chooses items that are perfect to what I'm looking for. I wanted to change from wearing skinny jeans all the time to looser fitting straight Jeans but didn't know which ones to get and the lady with the blonde hair (sorry I have horrible memory!!!) Did an amazing job picking out jeans for me to try, as I loved all 3 she picked out for me. Always offers to get me more sizes from the shelves and even goes to the back to double check. Super friendly and 100+ stars for customer service. Will always come back to this store

I received absolutely amazing customer service from Jayde at the Universal Store in Watergardens. I showed her photos of my new style inspiration and she was able to show me items that best suited me and the look I was aiming for. I left the store with beautiful staple pieces that I now wear weekly. I would definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for a stress free shopping experience, styling and fashion advice, and especially if you need help putting outfits together. The two girls I dealt with today were amazing!!! Watergardens universal, first lovely lady helped me figure out my outfit and gave me an amazing opinion, so I bought a corset, the other beautiful lady, it was her first ever shift and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I couldn’t catch their names but 100/10 amazing staff, felt like we were bestfriends after 20 minutes best experience I’ve ever had

I love this place ! I went here today and I have to say best customer service ever there were 3 lovely women who greeted me with a smile and a compliment and I would have to say it made my day . Thank you so much for this great experience and I will be back soon . I highly recommend this place and if I could give it a higher rating that 5 I definitely would.

Thank you to Sara (I think that was her name *fish memory*) for her great service; although I couldn't find the perfect fit in the jeans I was after she didn't stop to help find alternative styles/fits for me. Unboxing as well as cleaning the store and helping customers all at once - very efficient and professional!
