Second time coming here. Be sure to watch your items as I've seen a couple instances where someone tried to take someone else's clothes from the dryers (one time was bizarre--the guy folded a load of laundry and put it into his basket and another man walked up and asked him what he was doing and took his clothes back). Also, the large washers seem to leak. Everything was fine with the washer until it went to rinse the load and then it started leaking all over the floor. The attendant told me off in spanish that I didn't check my clothes? It's not the first time I've used a large washer and I'm fairly certain I didn't overload it. If anything, I underloaded it because I wasn't sure how their large washers were. This seems consistent with the claims of some others--there are quite a few broken washers and dryers with tags on them. The place is very clean which is great and being open until 10 PM helps. The dryers take a tremendous amount of time compared to other places I've been. It has taken me $0.75-$1.00 (24-32 minutes) to dry a half a load (small washer) of laundry and that's on the 'high heat' mode. I'm not sure if I'll return or not, especially after the incident with the leaking washer.

The customer service was terrible. I was told that my laundry would be done around 3:30/4. I said ok, assuming the posted sign of hours was outdated. I returned at four and there was no attendant. Thinking perhaps I heard wrong, I again returned at 4:30 and knocked on the service door. No reply and no attendant in sight. I tried calling the number Google Maps gave. The number simply rang and rang. I went inside to look and knock again. Still no attendant. I finally left around 4:35 to keep my schedule. I wasn't able to return until 8:15 pm. When I knocked on the service door an attendant came over. I told him I was unhappy and what happened. He said he didn't get there and that it wasn't his fault. I said it certainly was - he wasn't there at posted hours. I won't be spending money here again. I'm looking for a place with decent customer service and staffed when it says it's staffed. They had my number and could have simply called when it was done. Plenty of other laundromats in this town to offer patronage. Two stars because the laundry was generally done the way I asked but the service is inexcusable. Update: one of my favorite dresses is significantly and probably irreparably damaged.

I give two stars because the washing machine actually worked. After the washer I put my clothes in a dryer. I had 90 minutes of allocated time on the dryer. I checked 60 minutes later and all the clothes were cold and the machine wasn't hot at all. I asked the two ladies working if there was a problem with the machine. They don't speak English. It takes around 10 minutes for them to understand there's something wrong with the machine by consistently touching the glass to see if it was still cold. Finally they indicated I should place the clothes in a different machine. They asked how many quarters I put in - I said 90 minutes worth. After the confusion I finally said around $4 or so. They interpreted this as four quarters. there was already more than four quarters worth of time left on the machine I had just changed from... The laundromat was closing soon. I now have to go back and rewash and redry my clothes because they are wet. In retrospect I probably should have been more assertive about the actual cost that I spent trying to dry my clothes.

Although I have a washer and dryer at home, sometimes I need to wash those large bed covers. My machines at home can’t handle large items. When that days comes I really like this place it’s nice and clean, plus they have person on staff that is there to help, in case you have any trouble within the machines. Lourdes is there to help. My washer misfired and it did not start on time, she cane to the rescue and was kind to give 20min on the drier for free for the delay. I did not even asked. She was on the ball. Thank you Lourdes.

Large washers and dryers that are generally pretty efficient. Staff helped me once when the power went out on the block due to construction. I was refunded and got my clothes double cleaned. Sometimes homeless people come in and try to sleep on the chairs so do keep an eye on your clothes. I think that's purely because of location and has nothing to do with management. Also located next to a great middle eastern place for a bite while your clothes are washing

This used to be my go to. Now..put my hand in "hot" water, coulda kept beer in it. Went through 3 top loaders before 1 worked and staff had to literally smash and bang the coin accepter because it sure TOOK the coins, but wouldnt retract and start the washer, and though im sure ill get flamed out the ying yang for this, when i tried to communicate with the staff, well, that was useless. No habla englais. I LOVE abq..but christ..cmon.

its a laundry mat whats more to say it has vending machine those large dryers and washers very reliable laundromat right in the university area so its v convenient there other laundromats might have arcade machines or gumball machines better seating tvs etc but a laundromat is only half as good as it is convenient and accessible and few laundromats got a better location than this one even lobo laundry is smaller and further away

the staff get pushy with customers & make them move while they clean, which seems unnecessary because they clean 24/7, so i don’t see the need for them to be in such a rush. they let homeless people come in and ask customers for money/harass them & just stand there and watch it happen. they also go around talking on their speakerphone, being super loud and disruptive. only good thing about this place is that it isn’t dirty

A very clean well lit and plenty of free parking Laundromat located across the street from UNM Campus and its dormitories. The machines are well priced and seem to work well enough, although i have only done laundry here once, so i am not an expert opinion. Very close, walking distance easily to Jersey Mikes Subs and Sahara Middle Eastern Restaurant, so if you hungry and want to burn some time, this is a great location.

It's a laundromat, lol. But here's what to know. It's very conveniently located, and they clean it often. There are a number of large machines and as busy as it gets, you can almost always get a machine or two that are open. Safety hasn't ever been an issue here for us, and there are a few great places to eat nearby if you want to pass the time that way.

At the risk of giving away the biggest secret in laundromats ... this has to be one of the top 2 or 3 nicest I've ever used. Over the years laundromats have either gone downhill or are priced sky-high. This place is neither. Machines are clean & in good condition, the noise level is very low and I would definitely be a regular if I lived in Albuquerque.

I forgot a load in the dryer and they closed before I realized I forgot my clothes. I went back the next morning and found the night worker had put my clothes in a plastic bag for me. The lucky part is no one stole my laundry but I was grateful the worker kept my clothes in a safe place instead of throwing them away.

Great place to quickly do some laundry. Lots of seating and carts to move your laundry around. Park on the SE corner of the building as the NW side is very small and hard to get back out of. No WiFi as far as I could tell, but cell service is perfect. Machines look well taken care of and staff is attentive.

They throw away anything left on the premises. No lost and found. I am always losing socks in their broken faulty washers and never can get them back. Start a lost and found please! They also apparently don't answer their phones for the fold and wash services. Disappointing and utterly inconvenient.

Very clean, air conditioning, nice machines that were reasonably priced and the dryers were hot. I liked that I was there at 7:30 and it wasn't busy and when I left it wasn't all that busy either. I will definitely be going there again. My comforter and blankets came out clean

Been here for over an hour , no attendant on site. Sign on door says at lunch. Lady here an hour before me says she hasnt seen anyone . My washer malfunctioned during wash and now my clothes are stuck in machine . Poor management. Who leaves a business open with no attendant??

There's always free machines open. Of course it's busier on weekend afternoons. Very clean inside and newer nicer machines. Only reason it loses a star is there's a dude that chills all day in the parking lot hassling people for change. It's annoying every time.

The big machines are pricey but the place is clean. There's good parking. They sell soaps, beverages, and snacks. There's a change machine, plenty of seating, and folding stations...plus they play pretty good music. Overall I like this place and will come back.

It's definitely costly to wash but the machines work well. The dryer is an amazing size and works very well. The attendant is always doing something and that's nice. Homelessness people loitering is rampant even though attempts are made to reduce it.

Clean, no needles found in the dryer. Needles you ask... yes - the dump off of San Pedro - someone must have done laundry right after shooting-up. This place felt safe - didn't feel I had to constantly lament the posability of a drive-by.

Big washers for heavy items and the place is kept clean. My only issue with this place is the constant stream of homeless folks who come in and are not washing their clothes. Sometimes they come up in the parking lot and ask for cash.

I paid for not one, but TWO dryers that both didn’t work before finding one that did. There was no attendant to alert that the dryers were broken, so someone else will probably make the same mistake.

Good washers and dryers, not good that I was alone there by myself before 7am to 8am with no tenant. Central and Albuquerque are ghetto and anything can happen. Definitely didn’t feel safe.

Very nice and clean facility and perfect location for those living near UNM. And the have 3 different size washers, front and top loaders and 2 different dryer sizes. Pricing is average

Pros: plenty of space and plenty of parking. Cons: half the washing machines on any given day are out of order and some of the ones that aren't will still eat your quarters

I am waiting for Harold's to open back up, mainly because it is closer and more convenient. In the meantime, this laundromat is very nice. Big, clean machines that work!

The ladies that work here are very nice. I like it because it is open all the way till 10pm. They enforce masks and covid restrictions which is comforting.

I work here so I kinda keep it clean but it's mostly my mom who works here and she keeps it clean, it's kinda far tho and sometimes traffic hits.

Coins got stuck in two of the washers and the attendant fixed one by hitting it with a screwdriver and paid for an alternative to the other.

This laundry is very clean the workers are real supper sweet and they keep temperture comfortable excellent hours and convenient area.

I do my laundry here most of the time. You will get accosted for change, but they have a good selection of washers and dryers to use.
