Got told I needed to pay the day before I had my schedule test done. Due to them having issues with people showing up and not wanting to pay. Don't make the problem they have other people's problem. I don't pay for anything until I'm there to get the service. I have good health insurance and pay my bill. I canceled and will got to another facility.

I have had good experiences with UF Shands at 8th Street. The staff and Drs there have been great and I have been to several different Clinical offices there. Easy to get to and plenty of parking spaces.

I had my first covid-19 shot, it didn't hurt, and staff made it a wonderful experience. I love them..
