Named after Guillermo E. Torres, an attorney and the founding president of the University of Mindanao, the GET Building is the oldest building in the University. It houses the College of Teachers Education and College of Criminal Justice Education (Criminology) Like the DPT, the tiled floor is only the Lobby while the classrooms are lay barren as well not tiled. But all classrooms are Air-conditioned.

Good building, a bit outdated, but good enough facilities for classes.
