As of 16th July, 2019, The place has been inaugurated a few days back. And some parts of the institution are still under construction. It is named as University of Mumbai - School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Kalyan. It is a sub-division of the University of Mumbai for distance and open learning. The enquiry center is open for all the visitors from 10 am to 6 pm. The staffs there are kind and helpful in nature. It is situated right by the main road. It takes around 20 mins by autorickshaw from the Kalyan Junction Railway Station. Thank you for reading

Office timing is 11 am If you are going there to collect your study material go there by 11 am not before that. Some of the study material is not available and it will be available there on the last week of January 2021. And if you want to collect the study material for your friend and family member then u have to give concern letter to the person during collecting the study material. Note- For any verification of your documents (sometime you get verification request of documents) and submission of assignment you have to visit kalina campus only .

Don't go there the centre is useless because not all books are available. You have to go to Kalina Campus to submit your TC. IDOL have given a TC letter so your previous college can send your TC directly to the IDOL but not all colleges send TCs to IDOL so you have to go in person to vidyanagri and submit your TC with that you can collect books also. All books are available in University.

Location & building is great for the present day, even though it looks haunted with no care taken. Down the line if not looked in it will turn up to ruins like one of the KDMT bus depot. Agreed a great deal of money is pumped in this project . Make it happen for upkeep of the ionic institution.

Today (in May 2021) I visited Here. For books Collection out of 6 , 1 book was unavailable . But that sir present there is So helpful & Supportive..... I upload a pic which have Contact Number of Kalyan Sub division.... For collection of Books You must have Receipts....✌️

It is still under construction, doesn't seems like it will open anytime soon...no one to take care of the under construction as well...gate is open, garbage was not collected, stray dogs sitting in compound... Way to spend public money...

It's nice opportunity to visit this place. It's Pride of kalyan historical city to have this educational institution. Engineering and applied science in addition to this IDOL centre for educational aspirants. Thanks.
