If I could give zero stars I would. I locked my keys in my car, called to get it unlocked and never received a quote from anyone out of the three calls We exchanged. I wasn’t too worried about it though because I’ve locked my car plenty of times in Alaska and the most I’ve ever paid is like $85 bucks (that includes the tip) so I was expecting it to be that or less since the cost of living is lower in Florida than Alaska. Then when he arrived and before he did the service he told me it would be $100+ and I declined the service and let them know that they were gouging and that no one ever gave me a quote at all. And If someone had given me a quote of that I would’ve went through a different company no doubt. The service man who came out got an attitude with me and said he would text his boss and he did and we ended up settling with me paying $90. $90 was still WAY over priced but I had to take my dog back into the vet which is where I was that I locked my keys at. I didn’t have the time to deal with it or argue and he had already came out so I decided to pay that. Anyways don’t go with this company unless you’re okay with being gouged :)

My son and I have been without transportation since last weekend due to my key fob getting wet. I had been calling around obtaining prices and looking at reviews and this company stuck out. I called for an appointment and the locksmith showed up on time. He Went straight to business. I handed him the key fobs that I had purchased online and he informed me they were no good for my car. I was extremely disappointed because I know the fobs can be pricey. He was able to locate a fob that would fit my car in his truck and transferred the internal housing from his fob to my old water damaged casing. This worked like a charm. I ended up spending $70 more dollars than I expected or could afford because of the replacement fob(which is still a major discount in itself)and his service was worth every penny. Martin was absolutely incredible. If you want fast and efficient service Martin is the man for the job! We are now officially back on the road!!Thanks again Martin. I hope to not have to call you again, but if I do have trouble I know who to contact!!

Got locked out of the apartment after the key broke in the lock. Locksmith on the phone agreed to come in 30-45 minutes but when we told him we had groceries and would call another company, he responded "ok I guess I'll come now." Which is fine we appreciated the emergency response. The locksmith came and got us in the apartment within 20 minutes of calling and did a great job. He made sure, however, that we paid for prompt service. We didn't have time to read through the website or discover their online pricing until after we got the bill. Despite the website saying a residential lockout cost $34 plus a $19 service fee and that they would explain pricing before starting service, he didn't explain the pricing and the final bill was $85. We overpaid based on subjective pricing that goes against what's on the website, and instead of being happy with a competent locksmith doing a job well done, are left feeling screwed. Lesson learned: get pricing beforehand even though they promise to do so on their website. Beware.

Can't say enough good things about Martin. Long story short, my one and only key fob died over the weekend (thank you toddler for losing my extra set) and I had to wait for the dealership to open on Monday. Of course I found out that my currently locked and alarm set truck needed to be driven to the dealership to reprogram the keys. So that was a no go. Martin to the rescue! He made it to my house on the base and was completely done programming 2 new fobs in about 25 minutes from the time I called. He also saved me about $150 from the dealer quoted as the "standard fee". I am incredibly impressed with his customer service and obviously pleased to have resolved my problem so quickly. II strongly recommend calling Martin at Unlock Me & Services, he won't let you down!

Martin was a lifesaver I locked myself out of my house the night before. I called many other Lock Smiths at 1:30 am they told me they would send help to me in 30 minutes they never came I had to call them back then they told me they could not come to assist me until 8 AM the next morning I gave up and just went and stayed at a friends house I called Martin the next afternoon around 12 noon he was at my house within 30 minutes not only did he get me at my front door but I had an issue with the door once he left he came back and resolved it for me with no problem. He was very professional and empathetic to my situation I hope I never have to call him again lol but if the situation arises he will be the only person I would call for getting into my home.

I Came home from work late one night last week and... looking for my keys... gone.... The security guard in my building told me that only the leasing office could access apartments, and it was way after office hours. He gave me the phone number for martin, who he said had serviced my building many times and came highly recommended. Martin arrived here within 15 minutes -- He was so kind and polite and got right to work. My lock was a tough, brand new one, and he opened it in under 10 minutes. So the whole transaction took about 25 minutes, cost was extremely reasonable, and he could not have provided better customer service. If you need a locksmith in Tampa , Martin is your guy!

I would rate them higher if it was possible! I would professionally and personally recommend this company!!!! I called abruptly with an dire emergency of needing 4 key cylinders to be re-keyed and the service gentleman by the name of Martin showed up less than 20 minutes of calling. My wife was having trouble with getting the key to start the truck and I was at work so she called an ignition repair company. they told her they would be there in one hour and after three hours they had not arrived. So she called Unlock Me Services and spoke to Martin. he said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was. he worked diligently and tirelessly to repair our ignition and he stayed there to make sure that the key work properly with the truck before he left. my wife was very happy with his service and I was grateful that he was able to resolve our ignition problems.

We were originally going to go with another company because of insurance, but they ended up being hours late, so we went with Unlock Me, and not only were they cheaper, Martin came promptly and was very professional. We had a new key made for our Honda minivan in a short amount of time. Very thankful for Martin and Unlock Me. If absentmindedness locks you out, call Unlock Me! P.s. I don't think this business is open on Saturdays. My only suggestion for the owner is to add business hours on the voice mail so people aren't calling multiple times on Saturday

Very unprofessional When I called I was informed that they will be able to provide services for me and that a tech will call me back in a few minutes after waiting 45 minutes The Tech never called me so I called the number back and I kept on getting sent to voicemail. It wasn’t until I texted and canceled that someone responded to me. I’m paying $150 more for a key to my car but I rather pay more then to be treated like this. I’m sure you guys are a great company with great prices but please work on customer service

After calling several other locksmiths that were all booked up, I was fortunate enough to connect with Martin. The issue was a sticking deadbolt and I was locked out while trying to leave town for a Christmas trip with 2 dogs already in the car. Needless to say, expediency was important. He was at my house within an hour of my call and quickly got me in and repaired the deadbolt and provided 2 new keys. Martin was friendly and professional and the cost for his services quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

Called Martin for a car key that broke in half. Without the key I couldn't access anything in the car. Needless to say without the key the car was stranded. I found them online, they picked up the phone immediately and within an hour of my first call to them I had a working replacement key for my car. Made a call for my elderly neighbor who locked himself out of his house. They were quick to get there, I’ll give them that, but they charged$200.00 for less than15 minutes worth of work. Like I said my neighbor is an elderly gentleman and probably on a fixed income. They never gave him an estimate before they preformed the service. Just totally over priced as far as I’m concerned. Would not recommend them for that reason.

honestly so impressed with this service... I dropped my push-to-start keys down an elevator crack and could not retrieve them and did not have a spare and Nissan wanted to charge me a ridiculous price and to get my car towed... he came within one hour of me calling, brought me a new fob, and programmed it within minutes.
