This is an amazing family business that we have used for all our dry cleaning needs for some 16 years. Originally run by the Father this business is now under the control of LIsa, the daughter, but is still very much a family affair. Often with Mum, Dad and Lisa all there serving their customers with such pride and professionalism. Lisa takes so much care of your clothes and other dry cleaning needs, it really is above and beyond the rest. As an example we dropped in a doona cover which had a mark on it that we had not noticed. Before commencing with the clean Lisa sent us photos of the mark informed us it may not come out and did we want to proceed. That's the type of service and care you can expect all the time from Lisa and the family. An amazing family business that we could not recommend more highly. Its simply a delight dropping your dry cleaning in, being met with a beautiful smile, and knowing your garments will be perfect when you collect them. The trousers they took up for me were about an inch (2 1/2 cm) too long even though I indicated the required length with safety pins and red ink and I even showed these to the man when I gave him the trousers. I took them back and they have redone them at no extra cost. (It's actually someone else who does the alterations.) The man seemed to think I made a mistake. Well, I have had many trousers taken up, including some by this same place (although they might not remember), I have used safety pins to show the required length and there has never been a problem before. Edit: Apparently I misunderstood. They redid those trousers at no extra cost but I also get my *next* pair done free "for my inconvenience".

This is a family-owned Dry Cleaners which has been in the Hills Community, on this site, for many years. The business is now being run by the second generation of the family. The customer service is second to none, with the quality of cleaning and/or pressing of the garments, and attention to detail, always excellent. The dedicated staff are garment and fabric cleaning specialists. A number of Dry Cleaners in our area have closed, for various reasons, over time. Best dry cleaners ever! Lisa listens and cares. They clearly explain their process, what they will do and the costs. I've taken a few items in recently in the lead up to my wedding. Very pleased with what they have done. After getting a quote and a test clean on the bottom of my wedding dress, Lisa advised me to wear it to see my husband's mum who couldn't be at the wedding, before having it cleaned and boxed. Dropping it off today. Terrific, transparent service and very reasonable prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Attentive & professional service from a friendly, young lady. She went the 'extra yard' and supplied me with measurements so that I could purchase a jacket protector on-line, as the one's on offer were a little small. Even though she was obviously very busy, she 'made' lots of time for me - I really appreciated that. She takes great pride in her work. My jacket was returned crease-free, without a single piece of lint. Top-notch quality & customer service!! I would give 6 Stars if I could - thank you.

Since moving to the area and starting a job in the city which required me to catch the train. Lisa and her family became my local dry cleaner for all my suits and shirts etc out of convenience and now is still by choice. From my first walking in the door to dropping off the washing to picking up my shirts weekly it’s always a pleasure to deal with Lisa and Michael, they have always been accommodating to deal with and above all else easy and honest. Lisa is amazing and an absolute miracle worker! She dry cleaned my wedding dress that was covered in fake tan & dirt stains on the train & hemline. She legit got every stain out of it and I swear it came up whiter than when I actually wore it! She has made it like brand new again and this will definitely help me massively with selling it! I've been using this family owned business for years and they're always fantastic. I had a sherpa jacket covered in candle wax and a pair of jeans with rust marks. Both garments got cleaned up and are as good as new! They are always great to deal with and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I been using UFTG Dry Cleaners for over 20 years and they do a great job. Reasonable prices and a good conversation whilst you're doing drop-off and pick up. They can do alternations/repairs as well; had a button come off some pants and they were back on when doing the pickup. Good job!!
