I will never do business at this shopping center again. I have a postal box here. I parked and crossed the street to flag down my husband so he could help me with packages. When I came back I had a $44 parking ticket for walking off. The parking enforcement company refused to refund me when I called to explain what happened. I will not do business with any of these shops any more, and I encourage others to follow suite. It's absolutely ridiculous that they do business with a company who acts this way. I spend money in the shopping center weekly. No more. Being off the property for less than a minute and then returning to do business here cost me $44.
Visited from out of town and stepped off the property to pick up some food, believing we had an hour to do our shopping. In 9 minutes, we received a $44 ticket. We approached the ticketer and asked what it was for. He stated it was for walking off the lot. When we asked where it says that, the ticketer said on it was on the sign. We had looked at the sign, could not see it, asked him to clarify. He then walked away, refusing to point to anywhere on the sign where it states you cannot leave the property. There is no information saying if you walked off the property you would be instantly fined. Do not give them your business.
The parking lot is awful. Spots are small. Not enough entrances and exits. The back lot appears to be better designed or less used but we never think to use it...lots of cute shops here but the parking is only for the stores. There's a Pharmica closer to home with better parking so I don't go here for that. There's an expensive gift/stationery store, a meat market and a few places to eat too. The meat market has a bento food cart out front. That's what I come for. It's pretty good eats with about 3 tables. Try the 1 meat & 1 veggie kebob special. Good food for around $11.50 with tip
Frustrated to receive a $44 parking ticket for walking off the lot momentarily to grab something from a friend. I understand you have to be a patron to be able to park there, however there is no signage stating you cannot step off the property at any time during your 1 hour shopping experience. Even if you are a patron of a business there, you cannot walk off the lot at any time. Be careful parking here. Even if you step off the lot to cross the street to say hi to someone and then walk back, you will be ticketed.
Tucked away in a tiny corner of Northwest 24th is this neat little shopping mall. I go to eurpean wax and to the pharmacy. I'm there every 3 weeks. Sometimes parking can be a little bit difficult but I've always been able to find a spot. Then again I'm quite comfortable in the tight Nooks and crannies of the inner city. But I'll tell you pharmacia is one of my most favorite places to go to get all of my health and beauty products. They carry high quality items and they provide great customer service.
Just a small shopping area with a little bit of everything. Great hair styling by Richard Thompson at pony hair salon, Phil's... great bentos, best Title insurance company with superior service. Wfg national title. Mail box etc, an express medical clinic, hand and stone great message here. Try with hot rocks. Ben and Jerry's, omg...should I keep going? Okay..one more pharmaca a drug store and more. Cool stuff not just meds. Enjoy!!!
Got a ticket for parking while visiting with friends. I love everything about Zupan and its quality of great foods, but imagine just getting limited parking. Never, never going back. That coffee was so delicious, I stayed for two cups. Croissant was nothing like Paris, France would ever serve. Even St Honore is way better. I will stop by there soon.
I visited to shop at Zupans Market, a great grocery store with wholesome choices. The deli counter has wonderful food and workers who don't care to help the public. Take forever to get one of them to stop putzing around and come help you. I stood for 5 minutes before anyone came to help and there were 5 people behind the counter!
Convenient and good choices. We find ourselves stopping here often but so do many other people. The multiple one-way streets make it tricky for newbies. Pay attention so your frustration can be avoided the next trip. Parking in lower lot is usually full. Try the upper parking lot and use the stairs to the lower level stores.
The best place in town to spend way more money than everyone else you know on ordinary things like groceries or dry cleaning. And the parking is perfect. Everyone can see what kind of car you step out of. If you have to be seen doing your own errands...then this is where you'll want to do them.
I love Zupan's. However, this is a rating for the shopping center in general and not Zupan's. When it's busy, parking is an ordeal. Keep the mindset that everyone is attempting to get into a fender bender with you and you just might make it out unscathed.
Prefer Zupans to whole foods. Zupans is full of local ingredients, they are small scale and classy. Awesome sommelier on staff with the wines to boot. We now rent out our condo so I don't get my Zupans. Their hot deli menu is slap ya momma good.
It's an OK place for your kids to hang they have an arcade there and a movie theater however there is no security and lots of the teens hang out behind the restaurants and smoke pot and drink So I like the place but it definitely needs security
At the time of this review, I work at Road Runner Sports and have parked in the shopping center’s parking garage at the request of the property management. I just had my car broken into through multiple windows. This shopping center WILL
Insanely dangerous parking lot full of SUV drivers going to Starbucks for a $6 latte or Zupans for a $9 deli sandwich. There's also a dry cleaning place (Bee) and Cafe Umbria coffee place inside Zupans. Chase Bank at the west end.
What happened to the urgent Care clinic why didn't anybody even call the people that have been in there to see doctor it looks like it was some sort of a sham I mean the place is just gone illegitimate or legitimate how do I know?
Oops. My husband is in love with the Zupan's market. He appreciates good food and doesn't mind the cost when paying for quality. Spendy. However, he's earned the right to have pleasing foods. …
Very nice and courteous, I asked for a mask since I didn't have one ki day they got me one .that was a great experience. The quality of the items in the store was the best I've ever seen anywhere.
Because Zupan's is there! Besides being a fabulous place to shop for your food prep, it has high quality ready made meals to purchase and a vast array of beautiful flowers to adorn your table.
No bicycle parking. Such a disappointment this is my neighborhood shopping spot and you have to chain your bike to a railing or go behind the dumpster that you can't even see from the front
Typical shopping mall. It has stores...nothing too special. Only cool part is the backdrop with the West Hills right behind you and an entrance to Forest Park right across the street.
If you need Starbucks and a high end Grocery store this is your place. We swing down here once in a while when we want a nice choice of dessert from Zupans baked goods section
Great spot to hit before you head over the hill to Beaverton. Postal Annex, Lovejoy Bakery, liquor store, and Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Very convenient
This is an upscale neighborhood shopping center adjacent to the West Hills and Nob Hill/Alphabet District. Be careful to follow their parking signs!!!
Great little local shopping area. Liquor store at one end, and Ben and Jerry’s on the other. My favorite product is Phil’s Bento. Great for lunch.
Parking and traffic nightmare! Overpriced everything. Poorly maintained. Anchored by non-local chain stores. VERY un-Oregonian. Sad. Avoid!
They were friendly and assisted me with turning in my bottles and cans. They accept up to 144 which is more than most other businesses.
Great market for specialty items. Beautiful food, bakery goods and beautiful store displays. Don't forget to check out the floral dept.
Well there's Ben and Jerry's a great outdoor food cart and a liquor store with a very inconsiderate, unfriendly, and rude manager
Great meats. Fine produce. Super deli. Abundance of high quality specialty foods. Four points because of excessively high prices.
Very urban. I went to the upper parking lot. I was able to find parking easily, so that is worth a lot. Both uptown and upscale.
Armed security guard meeting you at the front door it's not the best greeting for a grocery store makes you feel very unsafe.
Decent parking for down town and good shop selection. Zupan's as the anchor store is a great choice for this part of town.
Parking can be problematic. I can always find a spot if I circle a couple of times. I primarily an there to go to Zupans.
Pharmaca is a great place to not only fill your prescriptions, but to buy supplements and other health related items
You can grocery shop and get your banking done at the same time. Limited parking when its busy ie friday after work.
Zupans was wonderful. Tasted some wines, found an awesome coffee blend, and enjoyed seeing all of the food options.
Wholesome ingredients make wholesome food. Orchids abound here, alternative types of foods for the vegan in you!
Sat in the parking lot to make a phone call. Parking is free, but tight for large vehicles. Pokestops near by.
Beautiful place and a good place if you want to just feel like you're out of town while not traveling to far.
Love this little shopping center. I can buy awesome running shoes, and then get ice cream. It's a win/win
The deli food is always delicious!! Flowers amazing as well!! The rest of the Store overpriced for me...
a pretty nice and small shopping center and Starbucks actually has desk and chair for remote work.
I only go for the liquor store. It's a nice little liquor store. Respect your liquor store works.
First time shopping at Zupans absolutely love this store & their staff very kind & helpful …
23rd street is awesome. Pretty day and night. So many different shops and great architecture.
Picking up my groceries- I always feel safe at the store there (masks, distance, cleaning)
From liquor to great great food to getting the hair done, it's all there with smiles
Hot food too expensive for dry turkey and over roasted brussel sprouts. Yikes
Best butcher/deli I've been to in years! Hidden gem. So many different shops
Nice place conveniently located. Easy to access with car or by foot.
I love this West Portland Shopping center. Clean wonderful people.
Didn't go in mall but area has lots of stores and restarting
Zupans has hock to n ham for no my re than 3 to 4 dollars.
The coffee latte was delicious
