Had a great time last night at the Uptown. Tom Papa comedy performance. The mobile ticketing works flawlessly. We used one of the recommended parking lots (Salvation Army) which was virtually empty. Incredibly close to the venue. Super convenient in and out. Genius advice.
The venue itself is very unique and intimate. Went to two great comedy shows recently, and have another to look forward to - acoustics are good even if seated in the back. Staff was super friendly and PLEASE but tickets via the box office
We recently went to see Tony Hinchcliffe, Fully Groan Tour. It was fantastic! It was our first time at The Uptown Theater. We couldn't take any photos inside. They clicked our devices up when you entered. It was beautiful inside and out!
Place is a big part of my growing up years. Seen countless shows there, and so many great ones. Place has luxurious and comfy, elegant vibes. Spacious inside and outer area. Bathrooms are seemingly cleaned by the minute. Cool to see such
Solid classic theatre for smaller venues with good sound for concerts. Interesting vintage architecture and easy entry from main road. Two levels of seating with most locations having good views of the stage. Some seating is removed at
First time here at the Uptown Theater and it was a very positive experience. Looking up the theater’s website for parking information was very simple and easy to figure out. VIP entrance and lounge was easy to figure out as well. VIP
I haven't been to the Uptown for several years (definitely pre-pandemic), but I was impressed earlier tonight. They had security down to a smooth routine so entry was quick. The usher who took me to my front row aisle seat in left
The Uptown Theater was built in 1928 and it's primary use was showing first-run movies. Eventually led to stage productions and concerts (which is why I was there in September of 2022, to see the band Pavement).
Great place the theater looked amazing and had a great time at the concert tonight, drinks aren't outrageous so Definitely recommend going to a show or event here the decor makes you think ( Am I at Disneyland)
The uptown theater is an amazing venue! We had the pleasure of working with them for some recent events, and they were so accommodating for everything! Thanks and we hope to be back soon!
i am leaving this review several months late because life got away from me, haha. but this is all in reference to the motionless in white show that was on september 23rd.
Theater is classic and beautiful. Sound quality for comedy show was excellent. Only complaint is the floor seats were very uncomfortable, even with them being padded.
Saw Lucina Williams. Best show of my life. Not a bad seat in the house. The music even sounded amazing in the restrooms!! Friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks.
The Uptown Theater was built in the late 1920s and is still a gorgeous building! Although I do question some of the paint choices - like the dark red bathrooms.
Great venue for anything. Classic old location, I've been to comedy shows, holiday parties, and rock and metal shows. Great place, and free parking next door.
Never been for a wedding. Concerts though, have been a plenty. Awesome place. Beautiful interior, always clean. One of the best venues in town.
Fast considerate service! Clean venue! Amazing show! Thank the older male bartender for asking me to share my gratitude with you. …
We saw Polyphia. Sat in the balcony with good views. Happy to avoid the chaos below! The sound was great. Great venue for a great show.
Wonderful experience. I only have a concern they serve alcohol but no food, not even bags of chips or pretzels.
