My son wanted his party here. I do like the staff. The lead, forgot his name was so pleasant and helpful when scheduling. Our party host Alex was great. Very friendly, and checked in on us frequently. Just all around a pleasure to have. Regarding the pricing, it's very expensive to have children's parties anywhere anymore, so it's hard to adjust/ accept when there are beyond-the-norm upcharges.. Extra charges that blow my mind are 1. private room or VIP room. It's an upsell of $50-75. If you don't want that, you get a table on the floor and mixed in with non-parties. It's clear, you want a room, to socialize and get away from the noise but it caught me off guard that it incurred a fee. 2. Pizzas beyond the original 10 headcount. The packages are based on 10 partygoers. Comes with 2 pizzas. Even if you add more children which comes with a $20 per person fee, more pizzas are not included to cover the extra guests.. Kind of confusing to me. The last part that had me confused was, I got an email to call with questions, I called and was told that I had to add more pizzas 2 days in advance, and I couldn't add more beyond 7pm of the 2 day before rule or at the party. And if people who weren't a part of my party, like a guest who brings other siblings added their child to my guest list I would be charged. Parties places in general that range ~$500 should be better about ensuring only invited guests are allowed on the ticket. All the same, when we checked in the lead was there and he said that my party host would help to ensure that only invited children were included. And our party host was very good about that. And she said I could order more pizza so I did. I mention all this because the email that comes states you must order more by the cut off and they aren't responsible for extra guests added to the list. It makes you uncomfortable and then to carry this anxiety all for it to be for nothing when you arrive was wasted worry. Perhaps I just lucked up with 2 great employees, but the email outlining the rules and the person I spoke with on the phone caused me to question if this was the place for me. I'm glad we came. It wasn't a busy night, my guests got to play on everything and it all worked out.
I went here today with my kids for my son’s birthday and there was about a dozen kids running around between the ages of 5 and 18 who had no parent supervision. On three different occasions, I brought it to the staff’s attention that several boys in particular were bullying and fighting other boys and they were running and jumping on the tables and then when myself, my friend and another mother told the boys to stop hitting another child who was there, three of the boys decided they wanted to try and intimidate us adults so they stood near us, staring us down & giving us dirty looks. When I asked staff about banning these kids and kicking them out they basically shrugged it off and they said “yeah, we know they are all total punks, but they have memberships so they get dropped off & they’re here all the time”. I asked if they would please tell their manager but I never saw anyone go tell anyone about what happened. Then I saw the one boy push the staff member onto the trampoline. I tried to call after we left to discuss what happened with the manager and no one answers the phone and when you select the option to speak to someone the line simply hangs up. Worst experience ever and I do not recommend going here when people just drop their kids off and let them run rampant like a bunch of hooligans all day. Several of these kids gave my kids problems as well when they were in the jousting area. I quickly intervened. No staff member ever took the initiative to stop these kids from bullying & fighting with other kids. It was appalling & the worst experience I’ve EVER had at any indoor play place. They weren’t even that busy but I’d be wary about going here, especially with younger kids. These boys ran other kids over & they even plowed into me once when I was passing through the trampoline area. Highly disappointed in Urban Air for allowing such reckless & dangerous behavior. Btw, apparently there’s no rule on an age requirement for when kids can play there without an adult present!
This place is awesome. We took a 3-year-old, 10 year old, and two 14 year olds, and they all had a blast. There are a lot of different activities for them to do there so they will definitely stay busy and not get bored. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is pretty clean. We were there for a private birthday and they had wonderful private rooms to have the birthday s in. Although they require a mask to come in there wasn't wearing their mask s within the building. The great thing is that this shopping center and the shopping center across the street have tons of stores to shop at if you want to go shopping while the kids are playing. The snack bar is convenient but don't expect anything other than Frozen and reheated food. There are many restaurants and fast food places in that shopping center if you want something with more flavor.. overall kids had a blast and we will definitely be back, especially since summer is coming a too hot to be at the local parks give this place a try you will definitely not be disappointed. The day we were there it was a little hot inside and the manager told us that they couldn't do anything about it. So definitely wear shorts and light clothing. The kids said they love that the trampolines are very jumpy and that there was so much stuff to do and different areas to play in. The older kids love the fact that there's an obstacle course hanging from the ceiling . That's something that we have not seen at other trampoline parks
Will never go again. One of the workers came up yelling to get out of the way. Small kids were scared. Another worker started yelling even louder to move out of the way. Later in the night, a female worker told my 6yr. He couldn't get on the zip line anymore. When I went to get on, I did not know what had happened earlier. He said it in front of her that she told him he couldn't get on as he was cutting in line. My son looked puzzled. So I pulled him aside. He said she was lying he did because no one was in line as they just opened it back up. My daughter was behind her and heard everything. She verified what my son said. 30 min later, she told another girl the same thing. Not knowing she was one of my parties. So then I complained, and another coworker verified the kids' story. I paid over $400 for unlimited rides. Mind you, it's only for 2 hours. Just to be told, they can't get on anymore because they have gone on too many times. And had to wait a long time because the two workers were flirting with a group of young little girls. The acting lead saw it and split them up. Just to have the rest of the young staff to treat our party very rude. Not checking the harness or straps before they got on the zip line. They were very unsafe and felt they were trying to hurt the kids who ranged from 10 yrs old to 6yrs old. All because I complained.
I was the guest of a birthday party here. I had a chance to walk through and check this place out and I strongly feel that I must bring my child her to experience this unique trampoline park. When you come in, you sign a waiver at the kieosk, check your own temperature and get a picture with the park's mascott before the kids kids start their advnture. They will be climbing, sliding running, dodging, jumping and having so much FUN! I can't believe the fun those kids must be having. They get strapped into a harness, get attached to a suspended track and then under their own power, lauch themselvess off the platform and fly around this track. There is also a gravety defying opsticle course over head that kids navigate. I can't wait to come back with my own kids to try out this place. There are lockers that can be checked out using a touch screen. Really cool and fancy tech. This place was very clean. I woudl think the best ages for this place is 12 yrs and younger. There are few things that he big kids can do but not many.
My daughter has loved this Urban Air since it opened. Last year we started purchasing the monthly pass. When she started attending more regularly is when we started to see the problems. High school kids who act as though they own the place bullying the younger children and management who doesn’t seem to care. The same boy has bullied my daughter three times at least. My husband was there last time and brought it to the attention of the management who went over and apologized to the boy and asked him if he could be nice. As soon as management left he began to be mean again. A place that is supposed to be kid friendly should have an anti-bullying stance. When kids repeatedly break that expectation they should be suspended. I have reached out to corporate and local urban air and neither of them have responded to me. I told them I would be posting my reviews and experience and I guess I’m just one voice so it doesn’t really matter. However, I thought urban air was supposed to be family friendly. Guess not.
DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE. Terrible location. Booked a party for around $500 and got just bare minimum everything. Host never checked on us once, we had to track her down to get the food ordered. There’s a TV but no remote and the place wasn’t very clean… I mean just every bit of this experience was a let down. Booked the deluxe package and they didn’t even have a shirt for my son. At that point… what was the point of the ultimate package / party room, etc? At the end I gave a tip (idk why) and they overcharged it to the credit card! Now I have to go through corporate to have money returned because the “invoice is closed now.” And of course when I’m like “wtf?” the manager acts all inconvenienced that we want him to email corporate so we can get HIS mistake fixed and the other female workers are to the side laughing and gossiping about me being annoyed of the situation?? I will never go to any Urban Air again.
DO NOT BOOK YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY WITH THIS COMPANY!! I booked a birthday party in May for my son which cost close to 600.00 (which was fine). However what wasn't fine was that 3 weeks after the birthday party they charged my card for an additional time for the full amount of the original party!! I have spoken to MULTIPLE people at this company, and while they were able to figure out that their employee never added my original payment in their system, it has now been 7 MONTHS and they have still not returned my money!! I am getting ready to have to take legal action all for trying to give my son the birthday he wanted!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY, NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THEIVES WHO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING!! SHAME ON YOU URBAN AIR!!
Good place to keep kids occupied. Staff is very rude and only follow the rules when they feel like it. Took my kid to celebrate his birthday and he loved the zip line and no one was in line so he tried to go back on but they sent him down and told him he had just gone, which I under stand so other kids can get a turn. My kid went back in like (only 1 other kid was on line) and the employee at the top proceeded to yell “why is he getting back on when he just took his harness off”. Are kids not allowed to get on obstacles more than once in a row even when there is no line? My kid was intimidated and decided he no longer wanted to stay and play.

This was a good place for kids before but now it’s mainly teenage workers who don’t care about their job and will be the reason a kid gets hurt. The average age of kids coming here has gotten a little older and they are there to act cool and not play. Even outside there is usually a group of kids being bad and annoying. My young one has to worry about being pushed and ran over and my older ones deal with rude kids and and staff. There are too many other options around to even deal with it here. Unfortunately some of the parents just sit and let their kids act that way but seems like most just get dropped off in groups. If you have a 11-15 year old who is bad and lives to act cool, this is the place for you.
Do NOT go at 5 pm. Went there for the first time w my 11 and 8yr old and the place was full of rowdy, rude middle schoolers using fowl language, cutting in line and calling the other kids obscene names. The staff were ALL teenagers who were too busy gossiping or looking at their smart watches. They provided NO supervision. I saw three kids, including my own, who hit hard on the skyline pad because the teen staff was honestly slacking and was lazy on the job. If you have kids that are respectful, mannered, and behaved, do not go there at 5pm. I told the manager and got a refund after paying for the ultimate wristband and staying there less than an hour.
A portion of our family (Mom, Dad, and 3 sons) went to Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park for our youngest sons' birthday. Overall it was a good experience. There was lots to do (we spent three hours and the kids stayed consistently entertained - and that was with one of the activities not open). The young staff was also friendly and helpful. Admittedly there was a younger consumer at this location than other similar sites in the valley - but overall it was fun.

I took my sister here for her seventeenth birthday and I was not disappointed. I don't understand the parents who brought their babies and toddlers here, because most of the attractions here are more designed for the 7-17 years old crowd. Zip lining, a ropes course, an obstacle course, rock climbing, and a trampoline park are just some of the awesome things that this place offers. It's worth the price, the lines are short or nonexistant & this place was easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a child in the ages above.
We had my daughters birthday party today, 5 years old! All the kids had so much fun- (age range 1 year to 10 years old) the party went very smooth we just bought the basic package and it was awesome!!! Our party host Rebecca was on the ball! She checked everybody in and had everything set up and ready to go, served the pizza, and even lit the candles on the cake and cut it for us! The manager is so sweet and really does a great job, I would highly recommend this place for birthday parties or just a fun place to take the kids in the summer to get energy out!!!
So sad when you go with six 10-year-old boys and they're in the back jumping and being harassed. There was a group of about 10 to 12 teenagers not jumping just hanging out, the little boys are walking by they're getting called names just because they had to walk past them. A few of the little boys started crying so I stood over there to listen and was so disgusted. Two of the boys that are talking mess are supposed to be staff members. I did not see anyone in the building that was an adult to talk to. I don't feel good or safe having my kids there!
1 star because it looked like fun inside, 1 more star beacause the manager reluctantly gave me a basic pass for my next visit. -3 stars because I drove over 35 minutes 1 way to take my kid to a late closing Urban Air park. False advertising was given to us point blank. Lucky I am not sue happy. I was told by the manager that they were closing early beacuse her children had school in the a.m..( Today ) I absolutely expect the website to reflect these new hours that are not adertised currently. Family of 3 very disappointed
We are here on Sunday noon and lack of staffing, slow and unmanageable. Feel like no one controling the certain areas and the staff is slow in putting harness and saying no to other kids who are not supposed to do things that can harm them or other kids. Having ultimate pass is not worthed due to above issues. The staff need to enforce the kids to keep the things we're it meant to be.

Went this last time for a birthday party. I have been here about 10 times. Great concept. My kids 5 and 7 love this place. I think it is way to crowded and not enough help/workers. The stations are not monitored and are just being used incorrectly by kids and adults. It isn't safe. Most of the tables are reserved for parties. I don't think they limit the number of people or time. I won't choose this place unless it is a school day and for some reason my kids are off. Never holidays, nor weekends.
We had ssoooooo much fun and the best part it’s by the event NOT the hour so we literally stayed allllllllllllll day! This is perfect. The bathrooms are clean the attendants are nice the kids had a great time we adults were so tired. did i mention this was alll day event for one price!? There are also lockers for a rental price. Food for purchase. There is zip line, jump squares, dodge ball, bubble put. obstacle course, rope course. It is a lot of fun have at it! Kid and baby area as well.
- A/C was broken. It was sweltering in the place - they sold tickets to the ultimate experience knowing that they are understaffed and those rides are closed. - only recourse after a long discussion and refund refusal they gave us store credit. - management was not interested in providing a good experience or worth the ticket price. Running the place like a mill.

My son who is 3 years old went on the rock climbing today and before he got to get on anything the girl who was suppose to watch him go down the stairs wasn’t even helping him get down and he fell back off the stairs and he hit his shoulder and she just stood there for who knows how long looking at him and I had to go in to get my son because she didn’t even pick him up to help him it happened at 1:30pm and she had curly hair I don’t know her name but that was not okay at all
This used to be our favorite spot but new management/ownership have really let the place go down hill. It is absolutely SWELTERING inside because the a/c is ridiculously high. I was sweating just sitting at the tables and my kids were beat red and dripping in sweat because it was so dang hot in there. New manager was rude when I asked about their hours and the reason for the hot temperatures. We're excited for KTR to open since Urban Air is such a poor experience now.
Very disappointed with Urban Air. Their website stated it opened at 11 am, I purchased online tickets for noon entry. When we arrived the facility was LOCKED. No signs posted. Finally after 15 minutes of shaking the door an employee came out and said the facility was closed. Now the are REFUSING to refund our tickets. The customer service has deteriorated significantly. We will not be going back. Good thing KTR is opening nearby so we will have an alternative.
Great place to keep the kids busy for a few hours, $20 bucks gets you in on night play (neon and music for the kids). $12 for unlimited monthly pass, prices start at $6.99 for the basic pass. Didn't try the pizza, but looks great. Big open area with picnic style benches. Five party rooms and a parent lounge. Hand sanitizers located around the play areas, aswell as bathrooms. Plenty of parking, with a variety of eating establishments surrounding urban air.
So rude staff was making fun of little kids was lazy didn’t wanna do there job they said my daughter was “to skinny” to go on and one of the staff said this little boy had a “big head” my kids wanted to go but after 30 minutes said they wanted to leave because staff was very rude and this place is very expensive

Not enough employees to properly staff the attractions, perform safety checks, or even clean the restrooms. Lines for climbing walls were at a standstill. Bathroom floors had so much urine, and that tracked right back into the play area of the kids. Disgusting. This place needs a safety and sanitation audit ASAP.

We brought our kids and their friends and thought we were going to spend a lot of money, however Valerie (Cashier) was super nice and friendly and told us about using the the bring a friend option. Thought we were going to spend Way more and was super happy it was less. Thank you Valerie a thousand times and Urban Air is lucky to have you as an employee!!!! She is truly a great person with a great attitude.
Service was horrible , mostly all teenagers work here and have no patience with the smaller kids…I saw one of the workers let in a group of teenagers first instead of the smaller kids that have been waiting there .. also told my kid she was not aloud to go to the climbing wall that “she’s gone too much “ when I payed full amount for unlimited never coming again I bet there’s better places and for cheaper .
My kids had a blast! There was more fun for my older kids than my 5 year old, but he still had fun. The Zipline and rope course we're the favorites. The obstacle/ninja warrior course were fun, my kids loved the ball pit under it. There were lots of off the clock staff standing around. One part of the climbing jungle space was literally duct taped together. Lots of empty water bottles lying around.
Best subscription available. Monthly fee guarantees entry any and every day per month. Serious fun every day. Get rid of some energy after school. Celebrate a birthday. Find a friend when you get there or bring a friend with you. Parents can see the whole place, so no stress wondering where the kid is.

Pros- fun place for kids ages 4 and up! Clean, friendly helpful staff, easy to see most of all the room from pretty much anywhere, discounts for mountainside gym members, bday party rooms are great size and nice, and lots of places to sit. Cons- not easy if you have kids under age 4. The food is not the best, and the front door is not very secure as far as safety.
The facility was so fun! Plenty of different activities, including a pretty decent obstacle course, different trampoline zones. And a snack bar. No overflowing trash or sticky tables. The staff looked out for the younger kiddos and made sure everyone was safe. Highly recommend this place for the price and great activities to keep kids active on hot summer days.
Devon was the nicest manager we have ever come in contact with. Air wasn’t working all that well but she was doing everything in her power. My son lost his socks in the ball area and she made she he could jump. The six kids had such an amazing time. Thank you.

There is a sign on the door that says “closed until further notice for unexpected maintenance “. (July 20,2023) this location is not open, I am unsure if the other locations are. It was disappointing because we drove 30mins to come across this. Would have been nice if it was mentioned on the website or on maps here that they are not opened.
Lots of fun for the kids, but it's not as clean as it could be. I realize the free for all nature of the various areas don't lend themselves to periodic cleaning like other local places that move the kids through on a regular interval, but plenty of places have figured out how to keep high traffic floor areas clean and tidy looking.
We bought tickets online for whole family and they weren’t open. No sign posted of new hours. Can’t get ahold of anyone on phone. Very disappointed and hope I can get my money back, although it seems like it’s going to be a lot of work.

Loved this place. We had a birthday party on Saturday for our 7 year old and it went amazing! Everyone who came to the party had a blast , young and adults. It was my first time at urban air and all I can say is that I was impressed. Our party coordinator was Tommy and he was amazing, He made everything so easy! Tommy was awesome!
Used to be a 5 star review. But now that I am trying to cancel my membership due to not having gone there in a year or more. I have discovered that they have deleted the link to cancel and if they answer any of the phone lines they have available they will put you on hold indefinitely or their line hangs up on you.
I just want to give Urban Airs Manager "Bella" a big shout out! She's was so helpful when making arrangements for my grandson's birthday! She was instrumental in making his day the best and it was with her expert suggestions. All of us in attendance young and old had a great time! Thanks Bella and Urban Air.
It’s disgusting in there. The new management refuses to turn down the air conditioning. It’s MISERABLE in there. You can see most of the kids in there about to pass out. Even seen people come in and walk right back out.

This place is awesome for children and young adults. Lots of activities to do and it’s always a lot of children here as well. Great fun for indoors during the summer months in Arizona. Not a fan of the food but other than that it’s a great place for children to burn some energy and children enjoy it. More
The facts they got a option to rent out the whole building and for them to turn around and tell me 3000 for two hours ummm who wants to rush and have a two hour party that's a rip off and yall need to do better I really feel kids parties is long than two hours it takes guest a minute to just to come lol
Great place to take groups of kids, especially aged 6-10. Lots of trampolines, zip lines, and things to climb on . There is a snack bar and tvs all around for adults. The staff is really nice and does a good job. Went here with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and the kids had a blast
How do you open at 10am and then NOT fully open the rest of the facility for OVER 90 min AFTER you advertise you’re open! There is plenty of staff to manage the zip line and the other areas but this is ridiculous that they couldn’t have someone at that station!

It was okay, not really that fun for toddlere, and the staff left open the door that goes to the dangerous part. Where you walk across edges while being strapped to a rope. So that was stupid on there end imagine if a toddler ran through. Very irresponsible
Talk about an adventure! This place was not only fun for the kids, but it was also fun for us big kids too. The food was great, the attractions are a blast, and the kids can't wait to go back. For all day family fun this prices can't be beat! Thx Urban Air!

I signed up for a membership. We held the membership for 7 months. We moved away from the area and I asked to cancel the membership. The company emailed me and said if you are 25 miles from the nearest location, then it can be cancelled.
We had the easiest birthday party here! Our 8 year old loved his party host, Jesse! She did a great job with the kids and kept the party moving along. The manager was so wonderful and helped get everyone checked in and onto playing

Great place to take the kiddos, went there for birthday and my children loved it, they didn't want to leave, staff was laid back and cool , I recommend this spot to let them children jump, play, thanks urban air! …
Over priced, bad food, poor service. The provided cups tasted like they cleaning chemicals in them. Came close to $400 for 10 kids. We only had 8 show up and were supposed to get a credit for that but we were not refunded.
Kids loved it. They had a zip line which I hadn’t seen in other trampoline clubs. Nice to wear the kids out and have fun doing it lol

I highly recommend getting a membership. It's $12 a month, the whole year was paid off the first week. We have gone SO many times in the last two months. Staff is great. Also, the chicken tenders are INCREDIBLE!!
The kids absolutely loved it and had a blast. My 3 and 5 year old had a great time. There are still some things they aren’t tall enough to try but that will probably bring us back. Monthly memberships available!
Devin was super helpful today! Our kids always have a blast at Urban Air. Thank you Devin for helping us out with our gift card situation and always going above and beyond! We will see you all again soon!
We love this place. The ultimate membership pays for itself FAST, and all the employees are fun and kind to the kids. Great music and atmosphere, our whole family has a blast, several times a week!
They won’t let the kids jump without their brand of grip socks. We have socks from all of the other trampoline parks around here but it’s just another way for them to squeeze more money out of you.
Fun times and great for a range of ages. BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! QUINTON our party host gave my kiddo a time we will hold dear in our memories forever. I would recommend it for parties and play days.
Everything was great except the food. Place was clean and the kids had tons of fun. But bring your own food / snacks. Fries were okay, loaded fries cheese sauce was gross and the pizza is a pass.
Highly disappointed in the customer service (put a question mark on that) cannot use another companies socks ex big air pathetic service never coming back here again Great disappointed. More
Was very disappointed with our first trip to Urban Air. No drinking fountains, very dirty, and went to buy a drink and all drinks, Ices, and water don’t work… don’t come to this location!
The website says there is a 7 and under area. Paid to take my 2.5 year old there and get in to find there is no 7 and under area. I do not recommend this place.

The real price is $29 . Plus you need have their socks only. The staff are not nice, one time at the climbing wall allow to climb only once. Just waisted money, time and got bad mood.
Dylan the manager is polite, kind, sweet and very knowledgeable and works great with the kids.He knows how to handle every situation with ease, He makes sure everyone is happy.
Went to let off some energy after school. Both kiddos had so much fun! We will probably get a membership next time we go - it'll be worth it as I can see us coming here a lot.
My son absolutely loved this place for his 7th birthday it did not disappoint

Great place for kids not much in food offerings, not many people this time, might hurry and visit, might be changes in store type soon if visitors don't increase
We had a blast here and can't wait to go back again, the staff was amazing and it was sanitized and clean and didn't smell like a gym with sweaty feet lol .....
Visited with friends. Devon the GM was awesome. She helped settle a situation we had between my child and another. It is obvious that the new management cares.
Just wanted to say that the new manager Devon it’s super amazing helpful, professional truly you guys are lucky to have her!

Cool spot...less jumping trampolines and more Ropes Courses and Zip Lines, Rock Climbing, and super fun play areas. Fun spot, we will be back!
Thanks so much GM Devon for accommodating us to upgrade our memberships and for personally assisting us. Super satisfied experience thank u
My daughter LOVES this place! Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. My Little's favorite part was definitely the zip line lol
We had a ball! I would definitely go back again! Love the fact that the little be ones can play too!
Great place for family fun. It's a very nice environment to let the children burn off some energy.
Place has been going downhill for a couple years now. New owners are very hands-off and it shows.
The kids had a blast. Will definitely go back!
