So this is my first time here at Urban air, and in the beginning no one seemed to help couldn't find staff to help me with the lockers, and the lockers didn't work so I had to hold on to my stuff. The first staff to approached actually seemed like a 19 year old and he looked very flustered he actually yelled at me to get out of the ball pit which he didn't see me help my little one who had trouble getting out and I had to pull another girl out because she was stuck. There where no staff supervising that area for about 40 mins. I was highly upset and walked way, he talk to me after and kept apologizing I completely understood but would have liked it if he handle it better in the beginning. I ordered a slice of pizza and it was okay my little liked it which was fine by me :). Over all I got to do every single thing except the climbing above and the zip line because my little one height which was okay. At the end I finally got my quiestions answered about a birthday party and was able to see the party rooms. Other then that my little one had fun and was happy and so was I. I would recommend to train the young staff about how to handle situations and if there could be a staff in each section so no one gets hurt. But at the end of the day we enjoyed ourself and would recommend to come back. To throw her a birthday party.

Honestly to start I can’t even rate this establishment. We went last Friday 19 May 23 and the staff are rude and not wanting to work their teenagers hanging out cause they’re all friends. One employee with black vape looking thing in told my son that he didn’t wanna be working there that he was tired and didn’t wanna help the kids with the attractions. Excuse me you work in a kid environment. That is literally your job is to be there happy for the kids. We asked for a full refund when it came down to it. Also waiting on the refund to hit my card. I will be calling today because Apple Card services hasn’t seen it yet. It should’ve posted by now. The managers didn’t seem to care that everyone is just hanging out at the front desk instead of working. They waited for their teenagers to come to work after school hours so that things could open up. Why open at 4 if nothing is going to be manned til 5-530. How fair is that ti kids to have to wait. Seriously. Also bathrooms dirty and so much filth going on there. I will not be letting my family return to this location. Sad. We just moved here and this is the taste put in my mouth.

This location has the skyline. The address takes you to a men's warehouse house, but they're right across the target in the lot. If you drive around the mall to the left you'll see it. Slushie machine was down and you're not supposed to bring personal reusable water bottles. There's a fountain near the restrooms thats...not the cleanest. The food is expensive and not the tastiest. I suggest taking money for water at least and eating at home before or after playing lol If you have kids with manners they should be good to roam around, but stay with your younger ones, there were MANY unattended children picking on others. A few tried with my youngest kid but I intervened since the other kids guardians were not around. Just a heads up, the front door is easily accessed and light so little ones could run off. We were going to give the membership passes a go, but saw during checkout that you cannot cancel them. We opted to buy one day passes and im glad. We won't be coming here again anytime soon. Maybe during the summer if there's more staff on the floor. The staff they did have were friendly, professional, helpful with kids, and energetic. At least during our visit lol

This Urban Air (410 NEAR Northstar Mall) is one of the worst spots to come. GO TO ANOTHER ONE!!! Staff rude and unfriendly, all staff don't do anything but stand around and talk. No staff watching the kids at all and no where to be found when needing them for help on one of the experiences. It's like they get all bummed out when you do find someone to ask for help on something and then they try and find someone else cause they don't want to do it. Not to mention filthy as can be with trash all over the floors and inside some of the experiences. Bathrooms were not usable at all couldn't change my baby on the changing table either had to go to the car. I spoke with the manager who wasn't any help about a worker who straight up wanted to take a break I guess and told my son along with the line she had NO, he couldn't get on the wall climb in a very rude manner and walked away. I'm so glad I gave urban air at another location a second shot cause I was about done with this business. Also when coming in for a party they didn't help what so ever and had me going back and forth. The police office working was more help then the actually people working there.

This place was really fun! One thing you should be aware of, is that they require the purchase of Urban Air socks. They are $2.99, but you only have to buy them once & you can keep bringing them back over & over. They come with the membership if you decide to purchase it. It can be purchased online only. Since Spring Break is next week we will certainly be back! I almost can't believe we spent 6 hours here with my nieces & nephew! They have message chairs ($2 for 6 minutes, $5 for 15 mins. etc.) but beware they have an annoying beep when you sit down & it won't go away until you pay. They have tables with chairs or long picnic tables. There were several people having birthday parties here in private rooms upstairs, which looked really fun. There is so much for the kids to do (trampolines to jump on, obstacles courses, the sky rider with a belay, a few climbing walls & even fun stuff for babies & toddlers). You can participate no matter your age. My daughter is 4 and she was sad when we had to leave, even though we had already been there for 6 hours. I know, I'm totally nuts for staying so long!

  • Chelsea Martinez

My son had his birthday party in May and we paid the $337.97 for the party before we left the facility and a month later they charge me AGAIN the $337.97 and I've called corporate and they say the facility does the refund and then i call the facility and the facility says corporate does the refund so here I am in August and still haven't received my refund on the duplicate charge! We have talked to three managers, and called corporate twice! Worst customer service ever! Don't book online cuz they'll charge you twice if your party person doesn't "check out" the party correctly. Apparently corporate thinks you can just walk out the facility without paying and they can just run your card because the facility didn't show them proof of payment as if that's my fault. It's ridiculous! Won't ever go back and will never do another party there! Update: It's September and after hounding the facility for months I finally got my refund!

The big kids are too rough around the small children. Our daughter was bouncing in one of the trampolines and got surrounded by big kids bouncing. It happened so fast their jumps sent her flying and when she came down she held her arms out to brace her fall. One of her arms bent the opposite direction. Instant crying and screaming in pain. We thought she broke her arm. Took her to urgent care immediately, made her a makeshift sling and used an ice pack we had on us along with ibuprofen. It ended up being a sprained elbow. We got lucky, they had a second radiologist look at the x rays because it looked dislocated but luckily kids are more flexible than adults and us making a sling, icing it and medicine immediately took care of a lot of the inflammation. Needless to say big scare, it's not worth going here for the scare. We've been to other places trampoline parks. We'll be sticking to other locations, it seems this one may be too rough if you have younger kids.

Alicia our party host was amazing. She outdid herself consideting how overwhelmed she was. I went to look for a manager & found 4 employees with her in the office laughing while there was 1 employee in kitchen, Alicia running around, people at the register waiting. They refused to help or work. Our pizzas came out 15 minutes before we had to clear the party room so many of my guests did not get to eat. I ordered 10 pizzas Thursday & 4 baskets of fries. I added 5 more when I arrived. Why would the "manager" sit in the office laughing while they lacked staff in all areas? I could not compensate Alicia enough. I grabbed employees to ask them for help & they would say let me go get your party host yet they were just hanging out. There needs to be atleast one adult or professional there to keep things flowing. We have been coming here since they opened but today was very disappointing. Thank you Alicia (Party Host) for making the best out of such a rough day. You are going places. I hope the owners compeneate you!

Had a terrible experience here. The place is nice, but the bathrooms smelled. The majority of the workers seemed to be high school students, which is fine when properly managed. My first grade daughter wanted to ride the skyline ride. She was already harnessed walking up the stairs to go when she became frightened and then began to cry. She walked back to the worker to unharness her. Then, the worker expressed to my 1st grade daughter that he didn't like kids who cry, which made her feel worse then she already did. She didn't tell us till after we left, which was immediately after the ride. I called to speak to a manager, and no one was working on Sunday. I was angry, to say the least. The young girl who answered took my info and said a manager would contact me. Never happened. I even called back multiple times. No response. Parents beware of this place if you have young children, because children seem to be running this place.

If I could give 1 star I would. Working here sucks. The only reason I enjoyed it was because of the kids and my coworkers who made the day better. Terribly understaffed. The owners are rude and snooty and think they can talk to people any type of way. You ask a question and you get a snappy attitude. They don’t approve off requests if u don’t show up and they’d try to fire.. But I was in the right. I should’ve just accepted it. Nobody wants to work around an owner that’s is rude and blows them off. However I love Ms. Michele. I felt comfortable speaking to her if I had a problem and she always gives solutions, but don’t let her have a bad day that’s when the attitude kicks in. Mr. Paul however is snooty and rouse and blows people off. Do not let your kid work here we only get paid $9.00 an hour to deal with gross annoying kids and rude parents and Karens

This place needs to be cleaned really good!! There is no way ill be going back. After our first visit my daughter was sick for months from something she picked up from the ball pit. Not to mention there is no supervision in the ball pit area. You have grown adults in the ball pit with children!! My host was lost about prices, didnt know answers to alot of my questions, the room i paid for was not even ready for the party so they had to give us an upstairs room when i clearly booked a down stairs room for my elderly father!!! Such an inconvenience. The party rooms are terribly small your party guest will be very uncomfortable. This place is trash. Save yourself the stress of a sick child and save ur money and take them somewhere else thats clean and actually cares about the safety of our children not just profit!

An Unforgettable Experience: A Review of My Urban Air Party and Urban air Experience I recently had the pleasure of hosting a party at Urban Air, and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks in large part to the incredible party host who made the event truly unforgettable. From start to finish, our host went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the party was a resounding success. Also big thank you to all the managers they all were helpful prior to booking my party and any of my question especially Rylan and Aaliyah Only 1 problem I had was seeing the workers watching trampolines not watching the trampolines but on their phones and maybe looked up once or twice. But this was my first urban air party and both my kids loved it will be coming back

This place is a joke and a complete waste of time DO NOT be fooled and spend your hard earned money here booked a party for my kid where should I start they had us wait because they were not ready for us they made us pay for drinks when it was supposed to be included in the package the pizzas took almost an hour and a half to come out we not mention the party host was as rude as can be in fact all the employees were just down right rude and confrontational few to none of the games worked most of the obstacles were closed as well the party host even assaulted our guests kids we had I'ma just end it on that

My son loves this place! We’ve been here quite a few times for birthday parties and meetups with friends. The staff—mostly appearing to be teens—are usually friendly and engaging with the kids. Kids will be kids... dodgeball can get a little rowdy. I wouldn’t advise leaving your little ones unsupervised. The staff (when present) do their best and most of the parents who play keep it friendly, but competitive. The other areas of the facility are safer for little kids. We’ve eaten the pizza here and it’s not bad. The facility and bathrooms are generally clean. The seating for parents isn’t overly comfortable, but it is plentiful. There are places to plug in and charge a phone or laptop while your kids play. Worth a visit!

  • Star Ramon

Came here because I had some coupons from a party we attended, mom brain and I forgot a coupon Lilah was such an absolute blessing not only did she honor my coupon but she made my girls experience and time there such a blast! Thanks to Lilah were able to make memories as a family on a budget and I’m grateful for that. The foods a little pricey and not bad definitely convenient but fast service. It’s a very chill environment parents can do homework or watch tv there’s phone charging stations and tables to work from. Keep the kids busy for a while and relax this place is a must!

Ok so I have to give this spot a 5 star rating! We originally had our party booked at the Northwest location, thinking that location was the Park North location. So when we showed up at Park North that’s when we unfortunately found out it was the wrong spot. Park North however quickly sprung into action and accommodated our party! They even got us into an upstairs suite right next to their slide! They were extremely helpful, super friendly, and the entire party even came out cheaper than the Northwest location. The kids had a blast and us parents couldn’t be more satisfied and happy. We’ll definitely be back for many more parties and celebrations!

The place needs lot of maintenance. I visited on July 3 rd with my daughter n Frds. The place has many rides closed for maintenance which were major attraction . I saw many kids and adults moving in without the socks and wrist bands. Washroom was stinking .. so so bad . Main entrance staff was very good and knowledgeable. I am not sure why they insist to buy their own socks which looks for cheap quality does not last for more than one use and priced high as $3.49 any size . Some adults kids in under 5 kids area where running around , I found so unsafe .. not visiting this next time .

  • Maritza Gonzalez

This place has gone downhill. It is so gross and dirty. Half of the balls in the ball pit are popped and deflated, there are tears on the floor of the attractions, some attractions are closed for maintenance and don't work, and the list goes on. It is in desperate need of repairs, upgrades, and a deep cleaning. I will not be returning because I'm legitimately worried my kids will get a staph infection from playing there. That's how disgusting this place is. I would also like to note that the clientele that this place attracts seem to be of the ghetto variety. Hard pass for me.

Let me tell you something! GM Rylan is a super star! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! I promise you, if you have a birthday party at Urban Air near North Star Mall, you will not regret it! Plus, your kiddos will wear themselves out and most likely sleep all night! Owners, Michele and Paul are amazing and great customer service starts with great owners! Thank you for a memorable birthday for my grandson, Graidon!

Bad… so I usually don’t leave reviews but this place well I wasn’t to pleased with it. Some attractions closed and okay we can kinda deal with that. However what I can not deal with is rude staff how are mostly teenagers. Unsanitary eating area, dirty floors and tables being left dirty for hours. I asked a staff if they could clean a table for us and they handed me a wipe to clean my self ! One employee a teenager as well was giving away free food to teenagers. While we are paying for ours?? They are any hand sanitizer that work by eating area. It was gross.

  • Rebecca Zea

The cafe staff were very nice and the overall prices were good. The monitors were absolutely worthless!!! One sat looking at her phone the entire time, another was jumping on the trampolines with their shoes on, and another jumped when there were already small kids on the inflatable. Not a single one enforced any of the posted rules and they themselves broke some of them. Kids were bringing drinks to the jump areas spilling stuff and leaving trash everywhere.

Everyone here is so incompetent. I ordered a gift card and didn’t receive it. The money has been taken from the bank but no email. They verified I did purchase when I called but couldn’t get me the virtual gift card. I called corporate and they said to call the park after 4. So I did and they said they could t help me either. No refunds on something I didn’t even receive but was charged for. Insane! And they were so rude! Like I kept getting the run around for a gift card. How crazy! They literally scammed me! Took my money and gave me nothing.

  • Andres Ibarra

poor maintenance contributes to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. The lack of security measures is concerning, and the closure of main attraction areas diminishes the overall experience. Additionally, the presence of uncovered pipes adds a safety hazard. Overall, this establishment requires significant improvement in both management and maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors.

We took our son to this urban air trampoline park nearly three days ago (November 1, 2023) and he developed very bad diarrhea and sulfur/eggy smelling burps. We're pretty sure he contracted a giardia parasite from a dirty trampoline or something. But overall, we had tons of fun and he loved the heck out of jumping. I just thought I would let everyone know to be on the lookout for symptoms.

This is a great place to bring your children when it is hot, cold or rainy outside. My twin boys have a blast when we go here. They often bring friends. There are activities for children and teenagers of all ages and skill levels. This business specializes in Birthday parties and they have tables and rooms for B-Day celebrations. A special shout out to the owner Paul. He helped us locate a favorite hoodie that my son left here. I was able to pick it up the next day. Thanks Paul. We will be back soon.

  • Greg Studeny

What happened to this place? It is literally falling apart and so dirty. This place is in desperate need of maintenance, upgrades and safety improvements. Certainly not worth the admission price considering these issues and attractions that are closed. This is our last visit here. Our family will be going elsewhere in the future. I hope they fix these issues soon so we can return.

Save your money… Everything that could be wrong with this place WAS! $30 for platinum bands and all my kids could do were jump on the trampolines- one pit open for wrestling of some sort and no other special attractions open for my older kids who were extremely disappointed. Took my 3 year old to use the restroom- than I went soon after and the lights cut out on us half way through. Of course they are censored so as soon as we walked out they came back on. San Antonio location off 410

  • N M

I had my birthday here (I know 27 is silly but I had a lot of nieces and nephew) and its was so much fun! We booked a room and spent a little extra tp do a big party package and it was worth it! The staff was great, we had out own little party member who went above and beyond. I would book another party there in a heartbeat, and there's so much to do, 2 hours doesn't seem like a long time but it was more then enough. Great experience, great staff, great trampolines and so much fun!!

  • Michael Meshew

Bad. Im sure this place was a great deal for the price when it first opened but unfortunately that is clearly not the case now. Fire retardant insulation is falling on half the attractions and the other half are broken. The floors are sticky. The mats surrounding the trampolines are visibly soiled. The staff are as helpful and kind as they can be, but are clearly short staffed. Spend slightly more for the other trampoline Park. Its cleaner and the attractions actually work.

  • audrey maldonado

Been there many many times. Please is pretty fun for kids. Most things in working order. If you have a birthday party, I hope you’re lucky enough to get a young man named Nila/Nyla (spelling?). He was on point! He was so attentive to our party and went above and beyond. If management reads this, I’ve hosted multiple parties at urban air and attended hundreds, this host was the best I’ve ever had. His time management skills and attention to detail made the party!

  • Libertad Felan

My grandbabies had so much fun. The only complaint I had was how the Ladies restroom was very dirty. Trash cans were over flooded with paper towels in the restroom as well as everywhere in the facility. I Couldn't even throw away my trash nor could anyone else. I did see many employees and the manager walking by the over flooded trash cans looking at it and stuffing it with more trash but still no one took out the trash. I was their durning peak hours.

  • Kevin Miller

The owner/manager is not keeping up on the maintenance of this facility. It is literally falling apart. There are sections of the floor that have caved in. There are multiple trampolines that are broken. The majority of the balls in the ball pit are collapsed. I understand this is a business and you are trying to make as much money as you can, but it takes money to make money and you can't make anything if the place is shut down due to safety reasons.

  • Kaitlyn Agati

There were poles that were supposed to be bolted down that were not and could easily be pushed over, we picked up several sharp bolts from around the area that could have easily been stepped on by a child in socks. Definitely not safe. Also almost no staff to be seen supervising anything. What staff we did see were just on their phones not watching.

The place needs lot of maintenance. I visited on Saturday 4/29 with my son for his 10th birthday. The place had the VR closed for maintenance which were major attraction as well as the spinning bummer? I saw a lot of the staff eating on the floor or on their cell phones. 80% of the balls in the ball pit are broken. this place needs major updates should be closed. We went to this location for the first time and we will not be returning.

  • Teresa Boucher

Everything pass for us cost about $30/ each. This gave us access all day. We spent about 4.5 hours there. No outside food so we at their snack bar. We ordered a full pizza for about $20 - plus $3 /drinks - no refills ($$$$). Water fountain in hall by bathrooms. I saw like 4 massage chairs, but didn’t try any of them out. Kids ages 5-10 were kept busy. There are flashy lights and can be overstimulating. Staff just works there, be kind.

  • G V

Understaffed but it was a great experience. The nachos cheese ran out and got cold cheese but it’s all good. My kid loved it. Rock wall was fun, the trampolines are fun. The VR looked fun but it was a extra charge so we passed. Came here for a birthday party. I heard from the party dad it was quite pricey for a table and even more for a room. However for the day it’s a fun activity and got the energy he needed to get out.

  • Johnny

Had a party here the past weekend and my family and kids loved it.Everything was so coordinated thank you to our party host for that.Steven was very attentive and very punctual and he definitely knew what he was doing.Last time we had it here our host was stressing with all our guest and couldn’t handle it but Steven didn’t seem one bit of stress.Highly recommend that you book at this location.

I bring my great niece to the park north location often. For the last several visits the icee machine hasn't been working, the chip options are at a low. The restrooms have not been clean, employees walk around on phone or visiting with co-workers. As a paying member or for any paying customer we have the right to expect a clean fully functioning facility. I am asking management to please address these issues.

I am 6 month pregnant tripped so many times that lost count on due to conditions of the floor and mats….. Bathroom stinks and feel like a lot of stuff is so unstable and unsafe that you would just take your worst enemy not your kids….. ball pit ??? This place used to be outstanding. I appreciated the cleanliness and it was well staffed. It has been over a year since I have been here and it appears that COVID19 has seriously left behind remains of what use to be a wholesome family place. I hope that this place can recover. It was the place to host kids birthday parties. Maybe seeing the reviews that they will take it to heart and recover.

This place is very dirty. Rock climbing area unsafe. Pulley/bungee not working. Saw child fall to the floor after banging against pole. Bathroom filthy. No toilet paper, seats are falling off, no soap. Kitchen area dirty. Poor lighting in the entire place. Will stick to the one in Houston.

Used to be a good place. Today not so much. After paying $60 for 2 kids, only 1 worker in the floor. She was pretty much taking care of all the attractions. Felt bad for her. No one else on floor to monitor the kids on trampolines. Might as well not sell the attractions if you don’t have anyone to monitor them. Not sure we’ll be back until they hire more people.

  • Brittany Anthony

This place is nasty. No one cleans. The floor caves in spots by the trampolines so just waking is hazardous. They let you pay and don’t tell you they have absolutely no food. There is a hole and springs exposed in the trampoline area. This location is run by a bunch of children and it shows. Even their fire extinguisher are expired…

We hosted our daughter’s 11th birthday here and the kids had a great time! Everything ran smoothly for the party and our host, Mariela, was excellent! She made sure we had everything we needed and was on top of everything. Super easy for us parents and 2 hours is the perfect party time. Definitely recommend for an easy party that the kids will love.

  • José Hernán Zambrano

Decent infrastructure at value price ruined (for kids under 6) by a complete lack of adult supervision or rule enforcement. There's posters prohibiting rough housing all over but it just seems to be the norm for teens that make it impossible for younger kids to enjoy themselves. We left after both our kids got trampled by teens multiple times.

  • celia Quintanilla

This place is awesome but you can tell that its very unorganized when it comes to staffing. The cleanliness of this establishment needs some help. The restrooms were not taken care of and the cafe lacks when it comes to professionalism and staff so that customers aren't waiting forever to place an order. Over all my kids had a blast.

Took my 5 yr old and my family really enjoyed it. They have a wall climb, trampolines, zip line and other great activities. The taller your child the more activities they have access to. Also a side story, I lost my phone and upon returning, it was held up front for me. So thank you to the staff and whoever turned the phone in.

  • Comfort Commander

There were a lot of things broken (robotic arm, trampolines, basketball area) and they didn't give a discount. Also there were not enough attendants to use the climbing wall, ski thing etc for most of the time we were there. We still had a good time, but hopefully this review will help motivate them to fix their park up.

  • Kathy Gonzalez

The place is fun and okay. But there was a small problem.the food is so damn expensive including icees I asked a young worker do they do refills on drinks and I guess they didn't understood what I said.honesty I won't go back there again it's just not my thing.

Duct tape is holding this place together, small children are working everything from the front desk to the cafe, a good majority of the attractions are closed due to not having staff or it being broken. I used to really enjoy taking my daughter here but for the price of getting in and everything at the cafe. No way!!

Not much to do unless you buy the biggest package. We got the deluxe and my 11 year old was unhappy about what she could do. My biggest complaint is that there are no comfortable seats for parents to sit in, they just had hard chairs or messaging chairs you have to pay money to sit in. Could be better y'all

Spacious area to jump your hearts out variety of areas to choose from basic trampoline areas to boot camp obstacle courses or to face your fears flying ride. In the far back is the eating area to far left your restrooms and elevators or stairs to party room areas and slide to come down for kids enjoyment.

Foods not the best there loaded fry's are just cheese and fry's. So this place is great for kids, but while I was there one of the employees looked and talked as if they were under the influence of something he would also be talking about how he hates his job and sometimes wants hit the kids …

This place is nice for Birthday parties. The kids had so much fun. The only thing they need more off , is seats for the after party. Because my grandson did not want to leave right his 2 hours there. The young man who took care of us at our table did an amazing job!!! Very nice pace for the kids.

  • Nelia Rodriguez

For my first time being at this location, it was very awful customer service and attendants are so rude, and careless. Never again. They closed things down before even closing. They need adult supervision.

My son loves it, but the place is cringe with the dirtiness. Also you can’t expect much service from a bunch of teenagers who lack any sort of basic customer service skills. The snack bar barely has any attendants and when you try to flag one down they make it clear that you’re annoying them.

Have my daughters 5th birthday party here and it was amazing. The kids had so much fun. Our party host Nyla was the absolute best. She went over and beyond to make sure everything was great. If your having a party here please request Nyla.

Great place for kids, just a little pricey but it’s worth it, it’s $12 for 5& under. And 22-30 per kid depending on which activities they want to do. Also parents pass is half off, just make sure u have passed jump socks or you’ll have to buy them $4 each pair. Overall great family fun

Martin was nice enough to tell me about the membership packages and explained them. My son was interested in becoming a member and did after all.

Needs cleaning. The restrooms were gross and all the equipment was dirty. You can tell it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, if ever. We went during the week and it wasn't busy which was nice. Lots of activity areas for the kids and adults.

Worst urban air of the country by far… I’ve been in 7 with my kids. Everything is bad with this place , playgrounds are dirty and not taken care, no staff available to make people follow the rules… teenagers playing in toddlers Playgrounds etc… avoid it if you can

Brought a group of kids here for a birthday party and paid for the Ultimate package… once we got in we find several of the premium areas are closed and the VR area most of the headsets are broken. Urban Air spend a few bucks and fix your equipment!!

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I hope it can implement some change. There were about 6 employees just hanging out by the reception desk - just talking to each other. There were used cups and food items in the prozone area, a huge

I guess next time I will read the reviews before going somewhere new, we came all the way from Houston to visit family and we’re trying to find something new to do with the kids, as soon as we walked in the staff at the desk looked like

There for an informal get together. This location is small, poorly run due to all teen age staff, visibly dirty in a high contact type of play, so much was broken it was concerning if the harness required rides are safe or the staff is

It was a lot of fun. I have kids ranging from 5 to 12 in age and they all had a good time. They could do better with the food tho. The pizza was just horrible. Also a few staff members looked miserable, had attitude, and were a bit

We just had my daughters birthday at the Park North location. We had a great time and our party hostess Camryn was awesome. She kept the room in order and kept us on schedule. We are definitely doing more parties here in the future.

  • Crystal Winkler

The kids absolutely will love it. Something for every kids. Downside it gets crazy busy it can be hard keeping eyes on your kids. There aren't many tables for you to sit at. But there are loads of stools. No free refills on drinks.

  • eddie amaya

Place is disgusting. Layout is awesome but every rubber mat is black. The ball pit is 60% flat ball 40% full. Nets are broken and how are you out of coke at 12:30pm Sunday at a kids trampoline park? Bandera 1604 is 1000x better

  • Ta Kori

Urban Air Adventure Park is so fun or I'm just a big kid. Lol. Either way, I enjoyed myself. It was nice to see kiddos having a great time. Check their website for questions regarding memberships, parties, and discounts, etc.

Attractions are fun for kids but they have no food available accept for pizza. No icee. Candy is $3.25 eat before you go or wait till after. There are two attractions that are down and haven’t been fixed in years.

  • Paula Stewart

We did the ultimate pass and would highly recommend it. After several days of packing and moving, this was our treat to our young helpers. It was a great exercise and a fun experience for the tween and teens.

One of thee best part about urban air for me is to get a 6 min massage for 2.00. But I went to go ask for change and they said no like I don’t get it the money is going to the back I’m confuse …

This place is a blast for all ages ! Not overly crowed! Only wish the cafe had been open all the way ..but aye.. jumping around will definitely give parents and kiddos a workout..loved it!

  • Julia Hvass

Way understaffed. NO staff in sight—kids doing whatever they want. It’s chaotic, crowded & dirty—trash & crumbs everywhere. Truly not safe w/ lack of staff —no one enforcing rules

  • Ali Luciano

Excited to come here, but noooo. It’s so gross. Everything is so dirty. The ball pit balls are all smashed and have brown stuff smeared on them. I can’t wait to wash my hands.

  • Jacinda Chapa

Kids enjoyed Zipline and enjoyed the virtual gaming. Snack bar was affordable and plenty of options. Wipeout was closed. Apparently it is only open weekends.

  • Mario Rodriguez
