Bought a pair of sweatpants from this place once, terrible experience from every aspect. Waited over 30 min in line for check out with only 4-5 people in front of me, why? Because their cashier's are all trying their best to make sales, informing everyone to pick more clothes for some pathetic discount. Then everyone in line waits for them to go back, select clothes, maybe try them on and then come back to pay. Honestly I've never seen any clothing store doing that in the third decade of 21st century. And the sweatpants itself, after getting it home without wearing it I washed it for the first time and guess what? They broke! Super long and big hole on the side of the pants . Even 5$ garbage from Alibaba lasts longer than this! Please avoid this store at all costs. Want cheap stuff? H&m and old navy are just next door.

No recommend at all because they do not have proper qualifications on customer service and their goal is to only charge customers as much as they can. They are so rude and insulting me. Not only they did not apply promotion of the day on my bill but also they charge me extra. In this situation the manager of the store came to me and said this is what it is instead of find a solution. He even did not listen to me while I tried to explain for him. Honestly No matter to the money, I was waiting in a line for 45min and this bad attitude ruined my whole day because I am pregnant and I should go to hospital after having this issue with all stressed that I had doctor said I have to rest at home which also ruined my holidays. In one word this is scandal, with awful and disgusting services.

The place is very clean and nice BUT staffs are horrible. I wanted to buy three shirts with a promotion of 1 for 3. I wait over 30 minutes in line to pay. Btw the line wasn’t even that long.I don’t think the cashiers are fully trained to serve the customers quick. Anyway, I get told that some of the shirts are 20% off. The workers misplaced all the shirts, and they are very unorganized. They blame me with an attitude, telling me to go pick other shirts to get them. I even showed the worker where I found the shirt under where it says 1 for 3. Even then, they tell me I can’t buy them. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER AND KEEP THE STORE ORGANIZED. Stop blaming the customers because you guys don’t do your work. NEVER SHOPPING HERE EVER AGAIN. Don’t waste your time here.

Really bad return policy. The only nice person was the white girl in the changing rooms other than that worst experience ever. I bought stuff worth of 250$ but I ended up wanting to return a few things. They only give you store credit, it has only been a couple of days. When I asked the cashier she told me you have thirty days, without ever mentioning that it would only be store credit. What kind of system is that. People should be able to get their money back. Bad experience, bad return policy and bad customer service. Store was also very messy and changing rooms needed to be cleaned with more lighting and mirrors inside!

Disgusting girls faces. Désagréable. Not smiling , not welcoming. Just looking and waits for you to come to their cash register. When you ask a question they gives you a bad look. Worst. If I come back here, there’s no way I’m gonna be nice, they don’t treat customer properly and nicely so they’ll get the same treatment . They can pickup all the items I put anywhere. They can pick it up and clean it up at the end of their pathetic work life.

Of all the clothing stores in Carrefour Angrinion, this store seems to be a magnet for my wife. Perhaps it is because it is one of the brightest stores that I have seen... there are plenty of lights above. However, the layout and appearance is in good taste and appealing to the eye. However, the fact that she buys here has also something to say about the place.

Very bad customer service, long waiting in the queue to change an item, where simply they should have a separated casher for this purpose. Very unsatisfactory shopping experience, unacceptable return policy. I returned the item the next day with the tags intact and I couldn't get my money back. Such merchants are destroying the good business environment we have established. So I would like to remind everyone to be cautious in consumption in this store.

Thé Lasalle store has the most rude staff! The kid with the turban needs a lesson in customer service! Not only are the staff rude, there’s only 2 cashes open during the busiest season. It’s a 30 min wait in line! Just not worth shopping there anymore!
