Some clothes are not properly placed in their own racks so, you had to pay more due to this mistake. Edit: I saw the reply so I might as well put it here instead of emailing. May 20. They have racks that were on sale on the back left side of the section. I grabbed some clothes and paid for it but I found out that I paid more than what it was advertised. I asked the cashier if they made a mistake about the pricing and so, we went to this rack ( that had a sale sign) where I got the clothes . She didn't know what to do since she saw the same clothes that I bought in the rack and so, she asked the manager about the paid clothes. The manager then said that it was supposedly " the new edition" and that I paid the right amount. It was in a wrong rack. Not even an apology from the mistake afterwards. So instead of paying 4$ each for these t shirts, I paid 20$ per one t shirt. ( 10$/each since it was buy 1 get one free. ‍♀️) Thank you.

I ordered two different jackets from them online. One of them is great. The other one (faux-leather with detachable hood) arrived with a defect where one of the arm sleeves was sown incorrectly and therefore a person's arm cannot go through it properly. This makes the jacket impossible to wear. The jacket is not available in store, only online, so the customer service is only available by email. I have been writing back and forth with them by email for over a week... they say they can't help me without seeing photos of the defect but every time I send photos of the defect they reply that they cannot open the images. I send them standard JPG files. Complete nonsense. I attached a photo of the defect here so I can just link them to the URL.

WORST PLACE EVER. Employees looks so unhappy Especially the MANAGER WHO IS NAMED JOHANNA. SERVING ME WITH ATTITUDE AT THE BEGINNING TILL THE END How could this lady be a manager; you guys need to stop hiring people with no experience with customer service. Why bother showing up to work when you’re gonna bring other people down with you. Especially your clients. YOU GUYS ARE GONNA KEEP LOOSING CLIENTS. Ps: The manager in this place needs to be changed. A manager is supposed to make their work environment a place for their young employee to enjoy and focus on services to evolve. SHES AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT NOT TO DO AS A MANAGER. Please change her and hire someone professional and who stand with confidence.

I'd say a 3.5 because of the following reasons: PROS - Very large shop! A lot of variety in clothes to choose from; which is amazing - Also a lot of fitting rooms! They can get a cleaning tho :) - there's dust on the floor etc. - Amaaazing discounts! On a regular basis also CONS - Staff is useless. Some people don't know anything about the discount when asking a question (they just told me to ask the cashier lol?), others are rude --> did have one kind staff member yesterday when visiting - At busy times there is always only two cash counters open... they should plan better and have at least 3 open at busy times

Me and my husband waited today to open the store , they open it at 10:01 , we went inside and looked for the black vest , the same vest that was on the display , I asked the lady with the long black hair , if they still have it because I can’t find it on the mens section she said no , and turn back , and I asked again if I can get the one from the display and she said no again and turned away . don't get me wrong i love urban planet clothes. But the staff in the cote des neiges area are so slow and incompetent ,I don't understand why the cash register lines are always long because they always they only have 2 cashier all the time the line shouldn't start from the register and end till the shoe or changing sections.not to mention too there is no basket or bag or lil cart to put your items when your shopping you hands get tired when you shopping.

Today Saturday 23/09/2023 around 5 pm, there was a lady at the cashier who was so rude to me. 2 out of the 5 things I bought had holes in it. Apparently there was a 2 week return policy and I don’t know French. She treated me so horribly, as though I was nothing yet it hurt a lot because I would go back to buy a couple more things but she literally shouted and it was so heartbreaking. Mind you I’m black as well. The racism we get just crazy

Long Line At Cash For Only Having 2 People At The Cashier That Works Super Slow Than What Respected Speed Shpuld Be.!!Exchanging Items Same Clothes, I Just Different Size You Need To Wait For A "LONG LINE" Then The Process Took Not Even A Minute To Remove Just The Electronic Device For Anti -Theft !!! All Of My Clothes Are From Here And I'm A Fan Of This Brand.

Très déçue de l’expérience avec une employée désobligeante. Mauvaise attitude, refus de rendre accessible un item parce que porté par un mannequin. La dame a clairement dit à sa collègue qui faisait la caisse : “ça doit être difficile. People just don’t read” pour avoir simplement demandé une clarification sur les prix. Je ne pense pas y retourner si c'est pour me faire manquer de respect alors que je paie.

Just visited this store ,Overall it has a good collection and it’s my go to store for summer shopping but the customer assistance is not good.., near the trial room the girl was so rude she didn’t helped me with my questions and further while I was going for the queue for payment she told me Bye forever. I mean what she meant to me? I would appreciate the management if they look for this matter.

I can't stand the fact that there is no basket on wheel. so you can shop better pick more stuff up every time i go shopping there my hands get tired and I'm forced to leave items back because there is no way to carry them. Other Urban Planet has the basked on wheels to make shopping easier Urban planet cote des Neiges needs to get baskets on wheels!

The cashier dressed in all pink tried to charge me $15 for jeans that were marked at $10. Even after the manager told her to honor the original price, the CASHIER talked to me in a DISRESPECTFUL manner. The cashier ruined my shopping experience

The staff at Urban Planet in C.D.N. are very efficient and friendly.The only thing I dislike are the long lineups.There are at least 8 cashes and during peak hours there are only 2-3 cashiers?
