Sara is a lovely lady, I expressed I was a little nervous about having the treatment a Hollywood waxing that it’s been a while and Sara instantly engaged with me assuring me that everything will be fine. I must say its the first best Hollywood waxing I’ve ever had plus it’s the first time I didn’t get a skin reaction and the way Sara carried out the treatment was so gentle and informative I felt so at ease plus the treatment room is nice and bright and airy which makes a difference giving it a relaxing environment. I shall be happy to return and have further treatments plus different ones too. I highly recommend Urban Soul Thank you Sara

most professional waxing service i’ve ever had, and i have been having hollywood wax for 8+ years. sara is an absolute dream, she will put you at ease and gives the most thorough results in the most relaxing atmosphere. also i have very sensitive skin so high quality product is important to me, and i have always been more than happy with my experience, i have never had any discomfort during the treatment or afterwards and have always been given great aftercare advice. recommended to all my friends and clients as the level of service and professionalism is second to none. wouldnt go to anyone else xxxx

Shocking lack of professionalism and customer service, bought a voucher to have a massage here. The voucher was redeemed before I had the treatment. I was admitted into hospital for unexpected surgery one day prior to my appointment, even in that situation I contacted them to say I wouldn't be able to attend, when I contacted them to rearrange I was told in a rude email as I dint give 24 hours notice (I contacted them 22 minutes into the 24 hours) and the voucher has been redeemed I would not be able to claim the voucher - worst customer service I've come across

I had a facial here and I really enjoyed it. The products made my face feel amazing afterwards. Sometimes a I break out after a facial but two days on and all still good. Using cruelty free products was a big incentive for me to book here in the first place and knowing how lovely they made my skin feel after, I will definitely be back. I can’t remember the name of the lady who treated me but she was friendly and made me feel pampered Will definitely be back for more treatments in the future!

Very disappointed. I booked an appointment through wowcher, when emailing to say I could not make it and if I could rebook I was told it was non transferable and my appointment cancelled. I did not get the option to rebook. I was told to contact wowcher to get a refund/credit but as I've claimed the voucher I can not have it. Does not make sense to me that I could not reschedule as now I have paid for a massage and am unable to rebook or get a refund, therefore out of pocket!

This was the 1st time I used Urban Soul and I was very happy with the service. I had lower leg waxing, which was done very efficiently and speedily. The results were very good and a lovely shine was left on my skin. I found Sara to be friendly and engaging, whilst also being very professional. I would definitely use Urban Soul again, for my beauty needs.

Had my third wax appointment yesterday. Sara really went above and beyond to help me feel more comfortable. All facilities were warm clean and cosy. The procedure was quick and really not painful. I booked a pedicure for myself and my partner one after another but he was told to wait outside in the cold upon arrival. My pedicure was decent and the atmosphere was alright but it was disappointing to not have known he would not be allowed inside the building at all. He gave up his appointment so I didn't have to wait outside myself.

Sara was very kind and welcoming, she has a calming vibe. I usually have strong social anxiety with new places but this time I was a talker! I felt at ease even though intimate waxing is not the favourite part of my routine, she was quick and gentle. I will be back and I can only recommend her! Wonderful small business xx

Sara was lovely. I had my lashes done, and she really took her time with me. She even came in on her day off, to ensure my lashes could be done in time for a big event I had that evening. I only had a half set, but 2 weeks later, they still look fantastic! (See picture) Thank you. I'll definitely be back!

I was incredibly impressed by Sara's space and professionalism. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and went to lots of effort to make sure I understood everything and was ok. She also happens to be a really nice lady with great positive energy. I highly recommend her, her work and her studio.

The lady dose a very professional job, everytime I go and have a full monty and have all the hair removed, it's nice and smooth, I recommend anybody to use beauty parlour. It's mainly woman who go for waxing, but she do men too, who wants to be smooth and hairless, or just tidied up.

Have been here twice, first for a deep tissue back massage and then again for a full body massage. Location is lovely, the room was very relaxing. The massages themselves were so good, I felt so much better each time! A great experience and I’m sure I’ll be coming here again

I love going to Urban Soul. I feel well looked after and pampered. Also had the best sleeps after being massaged here. I have now moved more maintenance treatments (eyelash tinting and waxing) to this venue as well. My underarm wax was the best I have ever had.

Sara is an amazing beautician and an ethical business woman . The new salon is clean and fresh with each space being set for your treatment. Am a new client and now returning costumer, would recommend for both waxing and nails and all inbetween!

I had a lovely experience last week in my Luxury Swedish Full body massage. Sara was really attentive and asked lots of questions before to tailor my experience and its was a fantastic massage. I left floating on a cloud :)
