J'ai acheté un vaporisateur à la boutique Utopia.J'ai demandé un appareil pour ne pas m'encrasser les poumons mais c'est pire. Le mécanisme est inadéquoit (où j'ai besoin d'une démonstration en bonne et du forme) J'ai fait une erreur de faire confiance au firefly. Le vaporisateur ne chauffe pas assez et cela prends plus de 15 secondes pour voir et sentir la fumée de tabac. J'espère être remboursé pour le prix que j'ai payé : $307.- sans les taxes. Quelle arnaque non? L'appareil devient nocif pour la santé et les poumons car les particules de tabac que l'on essaye de fumer passent à travers le mécanisme pour aller directement dans les poumons. C'est quoi d'autre qu'une arnaque? Dites le moi si vous le savez?

Depuis plus de 15 ans je fais affaires avec ce magasin et jamais je n'ai eu un aussi bon service à la clientèle que depuis qu'il as été repris par UTOPIA. Qu'il soit question des vêtements ecolos, des savons pour la peau ou de la dernière technologie pour te sauver les poumons dit toi que tes vraiment à la bonne place pour avoir l'heure juste. Les gars et les filles qui travail là t'offre à tout coup un service personnalisé et s'adaptent parfaitement aux une jeune dame de 80 ans qui viens pour s'offrir un foulard en soie qu'à un fumeur assidus. Cette place là c'est pas seulement une boutique c'est une institution!

My e transfer was accepted from them but they deny receiving it so my shipment was never sent. I also used their password system and provided them with banking screenshots as to where the transfer was sent and the statement showing they took it and they insisted I made a mistake when I followed their directions exactly. Very poor customer service seeing as they just brushed me aside with all kinds of excuses but they were never able to explain how the money was taken when I sent it to their email with their password... Also took a week for them to reply to my email asking if the order was shipped yet.

I have been to MANY smoke shops in Montreal, and i can comfortably say that this is by far the best source for smoking goods. Not for the stock they have, or the prices. (which are good) But for the incredible, friendly customer service offered, and knowledge. I wasn't able to catch her name, our interaction was the epitome of customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and not trying to nickel and dime you for every penny you've got! I now recommend this place to all my smoke buds. Thanks Utopia, you rock!

loveliest shop in plateau. reasonably priced. always satisfied when leaving even if i don't purchase anything because the staff are SO knowledgable and friendly. they don't mind answering questions thoroughly and are willing to take the time to compare and talk about products with you so both parties are satisfied with the transaction, it's a win-win! nice bulk incense selection carrying more unique and delightful scents like 10/10 recommend tutti frutti

Faites attention à quel vendeur vous parlez quand vous êtes sur le point d'acheter un vapo ou quelque chose du genre. Ils ne vous diront pas tous la vérité. Celui que j'ai eu a vraiment essayé de me vendre à tout prix le vapo même si je lui avais dit ce que je recherchais dans mon buzz. Là je suis pogné avec, ça ne me buzz pas du tout et il n'y a pas d'échange ou de remboursement. Génial. Merci dude d'Utopia qui s'est complètement foutu de moi!

their website does not list what they have in stock. at least they phoned my but still they did not have half my order. ended up cancelling. again their website just lists every product that they have had had at one time or another. your going to be sending money to only have they say sorry we cant fulfill order.

Super chill vibes at this place, the people are amazing and I always look forward to visiting! At this point it's the only smoke shop I got to, they have a great selection and are always trying to stock what people want/need Love y'all <3

By far best bong shop I’ve ever visited amazing selection of glass and being from Ontario I wasn’t aware of the laws restricting visibility of the products but when he turned on the lights and opened the curtains it was such an amazing

I shopped there today. It's a nice little store with a good selection of products. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is great. The gentleman who served me was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

I love utopia it's my go-to store for my hemp needs the staff is friendly and are always willing to give you information check it out pick up a pack of raw 300s unbleached rolling papers I only buy from them

Very helpful staff. And a massive collection of smoking devices. But if your not from Quebec you may not be aware that you have to ask to see certain items. They are hidden from view as per law.

Great selection in store, but they do not seem to answer their email for whatever reason. This is quite annoying, as it forces you to make the trip for items they may or may not have each time.

These guys are awesome! I brought a broken jet flame lighter to the shop and they helped me fix it and gave me advice on how to take care of it. Definitely check them out …
