The food/drinks are very on par with any other coffee shop. The whole vibe felt a little lacklustre. I love the idea of having vintage China however the drinks were not served in tea cups, only the saucer plates were used. The decor is mediocre, chairs need reupholstering and overall nearly every element felt as if it was missing something, except the service. The service is truly what makes this place memorable. The barista working today was so friendly and accommodating. We were a party of 10 and she made recommendations and suggestions to those who were unsure of what to get and provided absolute top notch service. If I do return I hope to see the same smile working behind the counter!

Disappointed during my first visit (being lactose intolerant) my matcha latte was made with regular milk after asking if it can be substituted with oat milk instead. Got to work and felt sick. Definitely would try it again, the atmosphere and cafe itself is beautiful and huge! The best part of my trip was the orange and almond cookie, I’m going back for that same cookie!

The first 2 batistas we had for the first 3 times were quite nice and made the experience great. Since then we have only been served by a different employee who has been quite rude and also over charged us on two occasions which we didn't realize until we went back and were charged appropriately. While VA is in a great location for us, we will not be returning due to the poor service.

What an amazing find!!! I’ve driven past the outside sign numerous times and was pleasantly shocked when I finally walked in! Spectacular service, amazing vibe and just the right amount of mystique. Love the building too! I’ll be back for sure!! (Oh yeah, huge working coffee roaster right there on site). I’d come back for the friendly smiles but our cappuccino and macchiato were perfect!

We love this place! Very good coffee, delicious cakes. They grind coffee on the spot so it's always fresh. You can also buy coffee beans, coffee mugs, drips etc. here. Really love the peaceful ambience here, and the staff is always super nice. It's quiet and peaceful here, very good location (just 20m off Main Street) and they close later than other places around.

Coffee is decent. It won't be my go to coffee shop as it is out of my way and it can be hard to find parking but it's in a really good location! I liked this building when Forth owned it and I'm glad another coffee shop has set up here. Can't wait for the climbing wall! Wish it would be big but I understand the restrictions.

So cute !!! This place is so lovely inside and such a great place to work or meet up with friends. I found that the latte was standard and the price seemed a bit high for the size of the cup. Got to try their apple pie latte but was hoping it would have apple flavour instead of just being more of a spiced latte, but other than that, such a lovely place and great service !

I tried to ask the guy who was roasting the coffee beans for the internet password. He was very dismissive and ignored me. I asked him again in a louder voice and still ignored me. Not sure why he didn’t answer me. Wasn’t a good experience at this cafe.

It’s such a beautiful cafe with lots of room and places to study! The Blueberry Lemon Scone was amazing and I love the way the barista brings your food to your seat. Great experience here everytime.
