VCAT the dummy... VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) has sponsors and thus 'conflicts of interest'. Just one example is the Owners Corporation list, which is funded by Owners Corporation Managers etc, via the Victorian Property Fund (1 million plus from 2012 to 2023 etc). Money talks... I have experienced and witnessed VCAT hearings on numerous occasions. I also have experience through other various courts etc. During VCAT hearings, when members (judges) are caught-out defending their corrupt sponsors (owners corporation managers etc) they launch into hissy-fit mode, and 'blatantly lie, gaslight and victim-bash' their accusers, without fear of implication... The members avoid evidence, waste time and protect its sponsors. VCAT the coward When you protect the bully you become the bully.
