Great transit center. Very artistic. I don't know if they intended them for seats or art but there are "seats" outside that are extremely low to the ground. Inside is big and spacious. Restrooms are big and spacious. Overall, it looked clean to me last time I went. I liked it there.

The bathrooms are always clean and safe. I stop at Brooks on my way home every night. I feel safe. It's always clean and I've never seen it dirty. I've never had any problems there... Except for having to wait over 30 minuits for the 20...

The facility is located in a nice part of town. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. Paying for a ticket was straightforward and I appreciated how well maintained it was. There is free parking for those who drive.

I spoke with the security officer on duty for a while. We shared stories of our active duty military experiences. It's always nice talking with a fellow Veteran.
