I dealt with Igor on two occasions, 1st time damaged doors: he said no problem I’ll fix it and you won’t notice it was damaged at all. Now when I close the door the door sounds weird. Not only he couldn’t fix the door, when he painted the doors he got paint all over the windshield, he told me for it to not be noticeable he has to rip the door off and it’ll cost a lot more, as if he didn’t rip it off to fix it the first time anyways? A little honesty would be appreciated I didn’t care about spending as long as he was honest. 2nd time was breaks for all tires and rotor for front tires because I had brand new rotors installed a few months prior to asking him for break change, I wanted to change the breaks because it was squeaking and the front rotors were done. He told me I won’t change breaks for the rare wheels and just the front rotor and breaks will cost you $490 but if you change all of them including rare wheel rotors it’ll cost you $850 plus tax (he was very rude when I said Canadian tire charges $400 for two rotors and two breaks, he said “why don’t you go there then?”) I didn’t have time to go somewhere else since everywhere else I asked required appointments and I needed the car fix since I was traveling, so I trusted him since a lot of my family members have been dealing with him for long time. I spent $900-1000 he changed the rotors and breaks but they were still squeaking after I picked my car and it still squeaks now after several months. I took it back to him 3 times but he still couldn’t fix it. The last time he tried to fix it he put my own rotors back and blamed it on break suppliers. I told him it still squeaks and he said “what can I do”? He quoted my sister for breaks and rotors change for $1200! it’s mad Just be careful dealing with him

Can not say enough good things about VIP Autocare. I had to repaint 50% of my vehicle and had some rust spots to get ahead of as well and wanted to get this all done at once and picked up my car today and it looks brand new! VIP came highly recommended by my mechanic and I am so happy I brought my car here! Some rust was accumulating on my rear lights on my hatch back and also had some damage on my bumper and a scrape that ran the length of one side of my car that I really wanted repaired. I dropped my car off on a Monday and picked it up in the morning on Wednesday. It looks absolutely brand new! They matched my paint perfectly and the paint job is immaculate. Will be referring all my friends and family here, highly recommended.

I purchased my first car from VIP Autocare - they were very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. The car had been rebuilt so I was very skeptical of its performance, but the mechanics sent me photos of how they received the car and everything detailed everything the had fixed. They let me bring the car to another mechanic who actually identified a few things that needed tuning, which VIP agreed to do for free before my purchase. The only issue I've had to date is the horn broke on me, but outside of that the car drives better than the other used cars I test drove at the same price point. Very happy with my experience!

Went to get a big scratch and a dent off my bright red Audi removed. Got multiple quotes for price/time, Igor quoted me the 2nd lowest out of the other garages I spoke to with a turn around time of 2 days. Went with him rather that the lowest quote because the lowest had a wait time/backlog of 3 weeks. Plus Igor was recommended by two friends. Had my car done the next day, fully repainted, dent fixed. It looks brand new! Was told it had a lifetime warranty too. So very happy with it, would definitely use and recommend him. The old saying of: "You get what you pay for" certainly didn't apply here. Absolute quality work.

My g/f bought a car here. It was a really good car. I was so satisfied that I ended up buying a car from here as well. Remeber these cars were rebuild from a previous accident. But you could never tell as the repairs were well done. We knew what we were buying as they showed us before and after photos. We've had zero issues with our cars. My g/f had a fender bender and the shop fixed her car for a very good price. These guys know how to treat their customers. When I go to buy another car, I will most likely come here. So for anyone looking for a good car for a good price, come here. Trust me you will not regret it!

Great service, purchased a rebuilt vehicle and ended up with a great vehicle at a great price. Dealt with Igor, he was nothing but helpful, communicative, and accomodating the entire time. Took the vehicle to my independent mechanic just to be totally sure (I saw the one 1-star review), they pointed out some of the body work wasn't completely perfect (something I hadn't noticed, but is visible once someone shows it to you) but other than that there were no issues. If I needed another car, I'd buy it straight from VIP Autocare - honestly a great experience and a world better than the dealers I visited.

Love this shop! Cant Trust anyone else with my car! Been going to them since they have opened up and remain to be Very Consistent! I have sent many friends there and Every single one of them was completely Satisfied. I own Some expensive sports cars that need very specific delicate attention and have tried other shops. No one was as good Clean and had attention to detail as much as these guys when it cam to dealing with sensitive situations. I will see you guys soon!! :)

lousy place. They're just thinking of taking money. They've adjusted my car steering wheel wrong. I made two appointments and went to fix his mistakes. After hours of waiting, they offer to give me an appointment for the third time. I could not go to work for hours for two days. Can you imagine! I took my car and left for another maintenance. I suggest you think before you go to this place.

We have been talking our vehicles to VIP Autocare for at least 10 years. We have always been extremely pleased with the excellent service, care and workmanship they have provided when making repairs to the body and operating parts of our vehicles. Was looking or an auto body shop after rear-ending a tree and stumbled across Igor and his team at VIP Autocare. They were super friendly and were able to fix the damage to the side panel and bumper, including a paint job, in two days. They provided great prices and did an overall amazing job. Will be returning here to do any type of work or maintenance of my car in the future.

My experience dealing with Igor and his team was great. They are honest and they did a great job on the car. The price that they gave me was quite fair as well. Be very careful here, and always have your mechanic look first before buying. Was about to buy a 2016 civic, drove well, but just to be sure had my mechanic check it out. Turned out there was major structural damage that had been patch repaired with silicone, along with other things like the horn not working. Always better be safe then sorry.

Found this place through a Kijiji app and I must admit I was impressed. They are very honest about the vehicles and even have pictures to show the previous damage and what was fixed. Was willing to lower the price and provided good prices. I would recommend this spot if you are looking for a used vehicle at a great price.
