They don't deserve that one star. They were thoroughly unfamiliar with my needs, and took months to tell me that. This was after one of them taking my file, meeting with me, doing nothing, and not contacting me. Then my file was transferred to someone else in their office, and it was the same song and dance. The only time I ever managed to talk to anybody was when I managed to get them to answer the phone. There were multiple promises of phone calls they would make that never happened. There were promises of emails they would send that never happened. Caveat emptor.

This Law firm is a big disappointment. I needed a legal advice,I went in to their office and was greeted by a receptionist,I asked her if I could meet one of their senior Lawyers.But instead she introduced me to Manraj Singh Tiwana. First time and the last time I would ever go in this place,Manraj will only take his fee and disappoint you later. This is exactly what happened to us.He is a big talker and nothing else we feel cheated with the fee we paid him. Stay away from this place and Manraj before it happens to you. I will give them a big 0 rating. Well done.

UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE!!! It took over two months to get closing property documents and I had to take time off work to to go pick up the documents because of their inflexible office hours. I asked them if they could kindly mail the documents and the receptionist advised me that they will only mail it out by regular mail (Canada post) and will not be responsible if the ORIGINAL documents are lost in the mail. Does it really cost that much to mail the documents by courier? I would not recommend this office to any one.

Called to get a quote for having documents notarized. The receptionist said for 3 signatures it would be around $30. When I got there, I had missed a spot to sign. She said that because there’s so many signatures required it would be $60. I mentioned that was quite pricey compared to her quote. She claimed she was giving me a deal and only charging for 3 signatures (which should have been the original quote of $30). The only benefit to going to them was it’s close to me.

Vlg law office did my real estate transaction and i m really impressed with their services. It was a rush closing and they were able to close my transaction on time. Better than other law offices where no one takes personal efforts and care to meet with clients according to clients' schedules. I am impressed

I hired these lawyers a few years ago to help me with family court. Every time we went to court they were highly un organized and costed me thousands of dollars due to their errors.. My children and myself would have been much happier if they didn’t destroy my divorce case.
