Booked a car through Klook to go to Cu Chi Tunnel for the day. My daughter left her power bank in the car when we dropped back at the hotel and didn’t even realise it. Got a WhatsApp message within half and hour from Tina who kindly informed that she will arrange for the power bank to be sent to my hotel by the following day. She managed to arrange for the driver to send the power bank back to my hotel by the end of the following day even though the driver had a booking for the whole day. Thank you very much to Tina and the driver (whom I didn’t get the name as he couldn’t speak much English) for going the extra mile!

Caught the driver secretly photographing my wife. When I confronted him he said he wasnt. When I phoned the office to complain they said he had to take our photo to confirm we were the right customer, which contradicts what the driver said. They didn't know what we looked like so photographing us wouldve confirmed nothing. A weak excuse, by a weak company, supporting a weak man.

Excellent communication through what app, very nice clean car with a lovely friendly and above all safe and good driver, would highly recommend, we went to cu chi tunnels with 3 people and it was a very good way to do it as had a great guide there provided free by cu chi. So if want to avoid a tour this is an excellent option.
