Bad Service. Very unfriendly staff! I bought my first Birkenstocks there. The Problem is this. Right after my arrival in the store the staff showed me the shoe size i was asking for. I dont know much about birkenstocks. My First Impression was Like Well i do think this type of shoe could work out for me. The staff didnt give me any information that there are usually two types of birkenstocks the normal size and the small size. I choosed not knowing that there are two types the small size of 43. Also she was Not asking me If i Like it or Not or how do feel myself in this shoes, she was Happy and nice after i paid. During the day i realized one of my feet is hurting. Then i took the time to find Out why is that and i found Out that after i opened the shoes i could see a Part of my feet is rubbing against the leather of the shoe on the right side probably because i choosed the small one and Not the normal size one. If the staff would have done a good Job then i wouldnt have any Problems with the shoe. Now i wasted 75 Euro and there was No Option to change the shoe into normal size or in 44 small size without playing again 75 €. Thats maybe normal in italy that there ist No refund or Change Option but then please do your Job and give the costumer a good service of what they are actually buying.

I bought some handmade leather sandals for a special birthday present and they are absolutely gorgeous. I had looked at them on line, as I live in N.Ireland and thought they couldn't be as nice as the photo, so I thought about the purchase for a day or two. Then, in a leap of faith I ordered. The postage said they would arrive on the day before I needed them. Of course with Brexit I started to worry they would be delayed so, I messaged Valentina saying "please dispatch as soon as you can". Valentina replied almost immediately saying she had dispatched them express, at no extra charge. I couldn't believe her good heart in doing that for a first time buyer too. True to her word, they arrived with 3 days to spare and they are even more beautiful than the photos on her site. They are such good quality and a perfect fit. They smell of real leather and the craftsmanship is a gift in itself. I am already looking to see what I can buy next. Quality and service like the old days, something I have been missing and am now delighted to have found again in Valentina's store.

Ormai da piu’ di 4 anni mi servo sempre piu’ spesso da Valentina Calzature a Firenze per l’acquisto di scarpe sia eleganti che sportive. La trovo davvero un’ottimale soluzione in quanto offre un’infinità di prodotti di buona qualita’, la merce viene rinnovata spesso e il portafoglio è salvo. Le scarpe non sono di tutte le marche ma quel che conta è la comodità, resistenza, qualità della scarpa. E’ un negozio che si trova in via Nazionale, proprio alla fine del mercato di San Lorenzo, quindi è subito a portata di mano dopo una passeggiata in zona. Se enite da fuori consiglio di parcheggiare alla stazione o anche meglio in San Lorenzo. I prezzi sono davvero accettabili e vi sono sempre numerosissimi sconti e modelli in saldo. Scelta di colori, modelli, numerazioni, tipologie, scarpe particolari e all’ultimo grido. Hanno modelli di stagione e non tutto l’anno, modelli strani, modelli economici, modelli passati e futuri.

Fantastic quality shoes at very competitive prices. It’s clear the owners curate their selections and brands with care. I came here twice: first, to purchase boots to withstand heavy rains during my stay (and they were outstanding!), and came back a second time for locally made, beautiful leather boots (pictured). I am thrilled with my purchases and experience working with Thomas. He was not pushy at all and extremely attentive to all the customers in the shop, both locals and tourists. By coincidence, my Airbnb host also recommends this store even though I stumbled upon it on my own — and I am clearly a converted fan. Grazie mille!!

I bought two pairs of beautifully crafted Florentine leather shoes from this store, helped by a very patient and friendly gentleman (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) I absolutely recommend buying leather shoes here because Valentina has so many high quality shoes of various designs to pick from at reasonable prices. The store’s customer service was also incredible from start to finish, helping find shoes that fit my small feet, offering sole inserts etc to ensure comfort and a good fit. The owner was very helpful! We exchanged bunch of emails and she was always happy to reply and help with my order. My boots arrived from Italy to Australia in 4 days. And they are exactly as described and shown on Valentina Shoes website. I couldn't find such model of boots in such colour here in Australia. Searching online, I was a bit sceptic first, there were some dodgy websites. But Valentina's website gained my trust, everything seemed genuine, and by her replying to my initial email, I was confident to order. Overall, very good options of quality shoes, good website, easy order, and a very kind owner!

What a wonderful shop! I was unable to find the Montana Birkenstock shoes until my search brought up Valentina Calzature Firenze in Italy. Although, I live in Lavina, Montana, USA, I was able to order. I received a communication as to the status of my order and what I could expect for shipping. I was notified when my order shipped with a link for tracking. When the link sent me to a site in Italian, I requested the tracking number in an email - it was sent right away. My shoes arrived in a timely manner. I love wearing my “Montana” Birkenstocks here in Montana. Excellent service, excellent product!

The gentleman who helped me find shoes was so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. The selection of shoes were very reasonably priced, fashionable, and great quality. I have thick muscular calves and tried on a pair of leather knee high boots in which one calf was bigger than the other, and he promptly stretched one side a bit for the perfect fit! Im also a size EU 40-41 (US 9.5-10) and had no trouble finding my size. So glad that I shopped here before leaving Firenze! Will make sure to return if I’m ever back in town ❤️ Oh, and of course, they do global blue vat refunds!

We were very happy with the assistance and guidance of the owners. They gave us space and time to try on and make a decision with our purchase. They didn't try to hassle you with the hard sales like other shops in Florence. And most importantly, their shoes are with a good and genuine real Italian leather quality! They also have vat refund for tourist. I would totally recommend this shop for any tourist who looks to buy the valued with good quality shoes in Italy. We would also definitely go back to buy more shoes with them when we are back in Italy next time!

What a great experience! I can't remember when I had so much fun buying shoes. The service is incredible, the staff is amazing and the prices reflect the quality. One of my shoe was pushing on my toes and they were able to stretch the leather on the spot.They were not pushy at all and they want to make sure you are fully satisfied before you leave the store. I was so excited and happy when I was done that I hugged Valentina!

I ordered these sandals in red and in tan. They shipped to Canada in 6 days !! The quality is exactly what I expected from an Italian shoe. The size was true to what I ordered. Just amazing. I am not a shoe person at all. I have running shoes and winter boots. I haven't had a nice pair of Italian shoes for 25 years. I don't think I could have given myself a nicer present.
