I recently took my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze to Valet Car Wash for a complete interior shampoo, and I have to say, I was blown away by the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure I understood the process and answering any questions I had. After a few hours, they returned my car to me, and I was shocked by how clean it looked. It honestly looked as if it was brand new, and the interior odor was amazing. I was so impressed with the level of service I received from Valet Car Wash, and I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my car cleaning needs. Edit: since the owner is saying that paying for vacuuming doesn't include seats (huh?) I've taken another star off because that's even worse. It’s a bit cheaper than other detailers but I can’t recommend it and probably won’t be back. Brought two identical trucks in for the Superior Interior cleaning. Seats clearly weren’t even quickly vacuumed. Vinyl protectant put on surfaces before cleaning and not uniformly. Many areas not cleaned well or at all. They are both cleaner but not nearly as clean as I’d like for almost $100 each. See the photos. If I didn’t already waste about 2 hours driving here and back repeatedly I’d go back to complain.

My car is my house. i have 3 rescue dogs.. And i just drove across the country in 4 days. My car was an unbelievable beyond-comprehension disaster! Valet Car Wash worked a miracle.and were beyond reasonable in price. They made me feel comfortable, not embarrassed and worked fast and furiously so that i would not be late for an appointment. Extraordinary customer service and care with no detail overlooked! More than satisfied. Doesn't get better than this.

Had my car detailed @ this place today. Customer service pre-detail was amazing. Young lady looked at my SUV and walked me through the process answering all my questions knowledgeably. When I showed up the next day for the appt., they told me it would be 4 hrs. They did it in 3 hrs. and did an amazing job. The vehicle looks almost new sgain. Very pleased with the workmanship and service. Definitely heading back here for my next detail.

I have been having car detailing/cleaning done at this location for 9 years. I always have good experience. I like this place particularly on its cost-effectiveness. I'm not sure but I feel that recently maybe there is a management change?? they seem to be putting a lot of effort on service friendliness. Everyone smiles and is very polite and I can see everyone works with pride and professionalism. I highly recommend this business.

Hi I've been using Valet Car Wash since 2020 and my only concern is that their under body car wash noozles never worked. I can recall about 20-25 complaints made just for this issue. I've their monthly car wash package (Extreme one) and the only point for having the high end package was to get my car cleaned from underneath. Secondly, the tire shiner doesn't work on all tires. I hope this can be addressed on priority Thanks!

I am at the center for a car wash which I had purchased already. The lady at the reception says it's two days over 30days so I cannot utilize it. Don't buy a car wash here. These people are not flexible at all and you will lose your wash if you have purchased more than one. Will strongly NOT recommend it to anyone. For sure you have lost a permanent customer.

Excellent and timely service. They explained in detail what options are available in each package and advised well. Car was extremely dirty as it was not used for a while but they did a great job in getting it cleaned inside out. Very happy with the service and will surely come back.

I had my cousins ca detailed here and they did a amazing job . It was lime brand new when they were done. Staff here are great and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. The car wash is great too as I use it on my truck. Cleans and shines better than most other gas stations.

Second and last experience with these crooks.. I paid $45 just to vacuum and inside cleaning. When I checked after they done. no cup holders cleaned, no seats wiped, no windows cleaned from inside. Outside car wash u have to $25 extra
