Worst customer service, have been in here with a client a couple of times and the attendant doesn’t even acknowledge us. This time she spent the whole time talking to a friend and didn’t acknowledge us or anyone else that walked in the shop. I’m not normally one to complain but i really felt compelled to report this

Super ruuuuude, treated me as a problem coz I wanted to try multiple clothes even though I hung them on a hanger, very cold person. Learn some manners it’s not that hard.

Carolina is such a precious gem. So friendly and super helpful. Such a lovely person. Absolute pleasure shopping at Valley girl Arndale. Will definitely be back :)

Worst Customer service ever.., ignores the customer walking in and kept talking among themselves! Felt really uncomfortable.

My family goes to this shops and it's well maintained and organised. Service is great and a lot of clothing to choose from.
