The lady staff ( short lady) in DFO vally girl very very rude and behaving soo unprofessional.. she is showing discrimination..they are checking our bags (alredy brought few from them we had a receipt too and we came back to re-buy) .. I tried soo many and I put them back on their shelves because she is already had lot of stuff to put it back I tought of to help her. she felt we are stealing stuff from them .. they stop us and checked our bags, that is soo unprofessional we felt very bad .. because her behaviour few customers already left the shop . It makes me soo angry and I get disappointed too..

Rude staff, I went to use my credit left from exchanging a dress and the first time I used the credit they said photo of the credit would be more than sufficient to use the credit and this time when I went they said you have to have the hard copy even if it's faded and have a photo of the original clear receipt. I'm completely fine with following their policy but wish they were consistent with providing information, and have basic manners when communicating . The staff was not even ready to accept that I made a purchase previously with the photo of the credit receipt. Horrible customer service.

Unfortunately my overalls didn't even last 2 days of wear after purchasing them from this store. They tore straight away in multiple places and just got worse (they were a good size, not too small) I was highly dissapointed by the quality of the fabric.. It's just a shame as this makes me nervous about any future purchases I may want to make from Valley Girl I loved them so much so this was very disappointing Though I agree the prices are fair, the quality of clothing is a bit off-putting. It is in a good location though and the staff are lovely, so I give you props for that

Rude counter staff every time bought the products in here and didn't really care about long term loyalty customers. As a person who working hospitality. Hope that this review accepting the fast solution for this issues from the board of the director or the owner of the company for their own business. Disappointing again and again.This can't come together with the good quality of the products.I didn't even want to give you 1star for the review.Good luck for your long term business if you still keep this staff in your company.

Not a great experience...super nice and cheap clothes but the staff is very rude. They do the job so fast that a fuse gets stuck on the dress, it doesn't open when I go out and I have to go to another shop to remove it. The shop just didn't have a fuse remover and customer service wanted to get back to me within 24 hours, but they didn't get an answer back. Not a good experience! So double-check that all the fuses have been removed and don't rely on the goodwill of the management, as they don't seem to care enough about you.

The blonde girl at the counter talked to me with such contempt I thought she was about to jump the counter simply because I asked how her day was. She then threw the bag at me and shouted "next" after I spent over $100. I can totally understand having a bad day, but she doesn't deserve a job in customer service if she can't handle the general public. This is the first time I've been shopping in over 6 months and this is the first experience I get. Thanks I'll be shopping online or at any other store from now on

I'm always at valley girl but this trip took a different turn. I brought my (poc) bf. I saw this ginger girl out of the corner my staring but I just thought she was sad and lonely so ignored her. but she was always close behind. As I'm trying on some fits I hear arguing and pop my head out to see the same ginger girl wrestling my bf for the clothes I'm trying on demanding he leave the store. I got dressed and confronted her and she started wrestling me as well. We left with what I had tried on. Never coming back.

Good clothes/ good prices. Worst service I have ever received. All staff were rude. I got told to “move” by one of the ladies and at the counter the girl who served me seemed unhappy with me and shoved my clothes in the bag aggressively. I was never rude, I just looked around for clothes and went to the counter and I was smiling at the staff and tried to be nice and even told the lady at the counter to have a lovely day at the end genuinely. I Would not recommend This store.

The staff at this store is totally unfriendly and unprofessional. The lady who was working there on Friday 11 Feb between 4:30 to 5:00 pm she has zero customer service skills . When I asked her to confirm the price for an item, she became aggressive and her behaviour was so rude, which is not good for the customers who are going there to spend their valuable money and time. The valley girl management should not appoint unprofessional and rude staff. Thanks

Terrible experience ! Today the 23rd of February those two girls didn’t want to help . I asked them questions to find what I was looking for in the store and they were like : just look over there! My budget was $100 and I ended up spending $12 just because I couldn’t find what I needed. Change your staff!

You can always count on a bargain or three at Valley Girl. A shop which has hung in there through the pandemic & consistently comes up with on trend fashion at affordable prices. These clothes are mostly manufactured off shore so don't expect perfection in quality however the prices do reflect this

The store is located in Brisbane city- great location. They have an awesome collection for girls/women, there are some offers available all the time. I really like the price range and quality of clothes available there. Superb staff to guide you. I loved shopping there

Walked around the site. Picked out about $200 worth of clothes. Got told at the check out that the eftpos was down. I got told to go find an atm and come back. No thanks. They could have told us that when we walked in.. ‍♀️‍♀️

Brought a nice hat yesterday, sadly the staff has left the security tag on. It is a massive hassle for us to go back to get it off, mistakes like this should not be happening at all. Just really disappointed with the whole experience.

Great selection of clothes but absolutely filthy and the store only opened half hour ago disabled change room filled with stock boxes and partner stepped on sharp pin from security tag piercing her foot and staff didn't care.
