This was an extremely charming , elegant spa with beautiful rooms & specially the room was amazing. The receptionist Ms. RIYA was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveller. Would highly recommend a package . On top of all first class receptionist, Ms. RIYA . She made me feel that my experience at the SPA was personally important to her. I think she deserves most of the credit over all the other staff. The welcome drink was good as well and the reception areas are relaxing by attentive team of staff.

recently took a spa session at vanilla I enquired through the Watsapp button on their website and the response was really quick. Unlike many other spas, here the appointment booking was really smooth and quick. At the reception really helpful in guiding me through their services. The therapist was really professional and experienced. She was good with stretches and I got a small relief from my leg pain. 1

One of the wast n worst spa all the branches thu their don't know how to talk and don't know how to the massage only for show this spa is apart from that nothing don't have proper therapist one of the wast spa guy's i strongly recommend this spa not to visit and wast your money

Cheaters, took massage for 90 min and got massage for only 30 min and they dint even refund the difference amount. Don't waste your money here there are lots of other good spas in Bangalore.
