Where do I even start with Davie. Davie truly is the best. Right from the start, when you walk in, he makes sure you feel and know how important you are. When someone makes you feel important as a person in life and in their chair, you know you have found the best. He listens, he shares, and he genuinely cares. I had been using someone else for a few years (shame on me I know), and needless to say my hair wasn’t loved as it should have been. Davie to the rescue! He cares about my hair and how I feel about it… when he saw what had happened, he knew what/how everything to fix it. With Davie you do not feel rushed, and you are always excited to come back. He genuinely cares and I can’t stress that enough. What I appreciate and admire so much is that he’s hands down one of the best and so skilled, I don’t think he knows how amazing he truly is because he is still so humble…but seriously, he’s so incredible. Just wow. Davie is a superstar and I’m so glad he found a home here. Davie is everything xoxo

I followed Lisa Dee to Vanity Corner recently, this was the second place I followed her to as she is worth travelling anywhere! She is a super cool person who's really fun to talk to. She fits perfectly with the vibe of the shop. She is so knowledgeable I feel like I learn something new every time I see her and she's taught me a lot about my hair and why she cuts it the way she does and how I can style it the easiest. I have always been particular about my hair and she does such a great job with it I think it's the best it's ever looked and now I feel so comfortable styling it. She is the absolute bomb! I couldn't recommend her more.

Amazing! I went to Vanity Corner as it was recommended by my friend. I usually don’t have great experiences at salons as I usually don’t get what I want and it’s overpriced. But from the moment I got there, I was treated with 5 star service! The decor is a cool vintage, industrial vibe with lots of wood pallets and vintage furniture. I booked my appointment with Shalissa and she was fantastic! She took her time and was very relaxed and I finally got the haircut I wanted since she listened to me. I highly recommended this team of talented people! I won’t be going anywhere else from here on in!

Love this shop! My wife and I have been coming here exclusively for many years. These guys always know exactly what they're doing, we never fail to leave impressed and feel refreshed with a slick new style/colour/cut or shave from owners Erin and Jason. Now with the addition of a rather swanky rustic barber shop downstairs and a selection of Jason's personal line of excellent Prairie Boy products, along with great music, solid service and conversation we find no reason to ever go anywhere else. I love this place. Unique environment. Friendly and warm staff. I've been here and The Refuge just below and always get treated well. I feel like a million bucks when I leave and the last time I went Rachel made an extra effort to make me feel special. They've always been forthcoming about costs and what the color will look like. I highly recommend going here and when I'm in town and need services this is the place for me!

I really enjoy coming to this salon! The atmosphere has real character and a laid back vibe that makes it easy to feel at home there. I appreciate that there is ample parking both in the small lot and on the street out front. My stylist is Kimberly, who is incredibly sweet, talented and professional. She transformed my hair and was able to help me feel like myself again! I also loved that they had jewelry for sale (Saraswati - local company)

Got a groupon deal to have my hair cut, styled and get a conditioning treatment from Brianna. She was very nice, very professional and did an amazing job on my hair! I absolutely love how it looks and really enjoyed her company for an hour! The salon is very clean, stylish and was playing good music and they offer Kevin Murphy products which is a bonus! I highly recommend Brianna and Vanity Corner! Thank you again Brianna! Appreciate it!

Ive been getting my hair cut by Lisa for a few years now, when it comes to mens hair cuts she is the best! where ever she works i go and get my hair cut there. Vanity corner has got to be my favourite place shes worked so far. Its a super chill place that maintains a professional atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Shoutout to Erin! What an amazing business. Probably the most uniquely designed barber shop/hair salon combo in the city. Great staff with unbeatable friendly service. Always offer refreshments and will entertain your kids. Can't beat the location either! Just step in and take a look for yourself.

Kimberly was great! She did exactly what I wanted for colour and length, and I'm super happy with the results! She was also super gentle on my hair and gave an amazing scalp massage. Everyone at the shop seemed really friendly and they had lots of parking. I will definitely be going back!
