Above and beyond! I stumbled across Vann Jernigan's website while looking for a same-day flower arrangement delivery for my mother's birthday (I know, I know, I'm a Bad Daughter, or at least a poor planner). I live out of state so the delivery part was essential and I'd struck out with every other florist in the area. Their website instructs you to call for same-day delivery if it's after noon and it was 3:15pm on a Friday at this point so I figured I was dead in the water (and again, a definitely Bad Daughter) but hey, it couldn't hurt to call. The person who assisted me was so polite, kind, understanding, and helpful. Even though the cutoff for same-day flower delivery had passed, they bent over backwards to deliver a beautiful seasonal bouquet to my mom's house and nailed my specific requests. My mom loved it and I'm officially a Good Daughter. Plus it didn't break the bank. I love this place and thank you so much to the person who helped me. I wish I could send you flowers, but if I was going to I'd call Vann Jernigan and the surprise would be ruined. I give this place 10 out of 5 stars.

Ordered a flower arrangement online based on the photos; all I can tell you is that either the photos are manipulated or the staff at this florist is not the same. The $70 arrangement (plus fees, delivery and tax) delivered to my co-worker looked like some thing made by a florist in training. Moreover, the arrangement did not look much like the photo, nor did it have the same flowers in it, some of which I know are available right now such as tulips; also, the flower colors were very different. If I wanted an arrangement in the colors they provided, I would’ve ordered one. But most importantly, it was not a nicely made arrangement. Needless to say, I would not recommend this florist - the photos on their website are not representative of the quality of their work.

The only word I can use to describe them is amazing. I'm out of state and happen to own a flower shop. Being an owner myself, the hardest thing is trusting someone else to convey what you are wanting to send. You know how YOU would do it, but will they treat it the same? The answer is yes. I have someone very special to me in Atlanta and time and time again, they put together exactly what I want and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They have taken the time to understand both me and the person I am sending to. I will continue to use them and recommend that if you need something done right and done with heart, go there.

Just wanted to say a very special thanks to you I ordered a basket to be sent to the Emery university hospital today for my son who is in the cancer unit there and for my wife who is staying with our son. I am 3 hours away and this florist took fantastic care of me. They made sure everything was top notch I would highly recommend them for any of your needs. Vann Jernigan's is such a fantastic partner in the community. They support our school by providing a beautiful floral arrangement for our front desk every week. Fresh flowers at the front desk sets such a nice tone each day! They also recently supported our Primrose Preschool Prom by supplying the cutest corsages and boutineers. The students looked adorable and loved wearing their very first corsage and boutineer. The event was amazing and we are grateful to Vann Jernigans for their support!

I'd take all the positive reviews with a grain of salt. Went there to order a floral piece for a funeral. Asked for a photo to be sent before they delivered it. Nope, they "forgot." Then I found out they messed up my name on the delivery so the recipient was not sure who sent it. Then to add insult to injury the piece itself was much less than what I was expecting. I like to support local businesses but I'll never go back to this one.

My mom ordered me flowers today and they just arrived and they are beautiful! She tried to order online and it wouldn't let her do same day delivery, so she called and Dianna answered and was so kind to her and took care of it immediately. When the delivery driver called me to deliver, I wasn't home, and they had no issue waiting a few minutes for me to get back. The delivery experience was so pleasant -- 10/10 recommend.

I called to order a birthday arrangement for my aunt who basically is like a mother to me. I described my aunt”s “style” to the staff member on the phone and she “nailed it” by creating a gift that was a perfect fit. Not only was my aunt very happy with her succulent garden arrangement but the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this florist again and recommend them to others. Thank you!!

I recently sent a funeral arrangement that was very important to me and had to be done well. I’m glad to say, I was extremely proud of what I saw at the visitation. I don’t think that I have ever seen a more beautiful, fresh, lovingly made sympathy basket and I was so proud that it was the one that came from my family. Vann Jernigan did an outstanding job and they have locked in our future business.

My daughter called Van Jernigan from California and ordered me a beautiful arrangement for my birthday. She knew they would do a wonderful job after seeing all of their arrangements they made for us for Thanksgiving and Christmas over the past 10 years. They use nothing but the most fragrant and freshest flowers and we have always received great compliments when using them for our floral needs.

I received a basket from this florist and it was so perfectly put together I was very impressed. The fruit was very fresh, the bananas were slightly green and I thought that showed so much thought, in that all the fruit was like that and did not need to be eaten right away. I was very pleased with this gift and will use and recommend this florist!

While most florist shops couldn't help me that evening - Vann Jernigan Florist shop did! I was in need of an arrangement to be delivered that evening and they went above and beyond for me! I was so thankful to find a florist who could deliver on a Saturday afternoon when my daughter lost her beloved dog. It is hard to not be able to be there in person when our loved ones are grieving and it meant a lot to me to be able to have a beautiful live plant delivered that day.

Wonderful! I called from VA and had a beautiful hydrangea delivered to my sister for Mother’s Day the same day I called! The person that helped me was super friendly and helped me pick the plant. I would definitely use them again!

I have used Vann Jernigan on several occasions for arrangements in church and several times for showers. All arrangements have been very full and fresh. They are very easy to work with and I have been very pleased.
