Small vans shop. No women's size socks! Staff are friendly but not very accommodating in my opinion. There needs to be a point of difference when shopping in store. May as well buy online

Found a great pair of shoes at very reasonable price on special. My first Vans. Staff (Sam) was super friendly and his knowledge of shoes (vans and others) was astonishing.

Authentic, happy, young and very helpful team. When 10 stores at the mall offer similar/same product an honest smile/hello make a difference.
