Was an absolute pleasure to be handled by Matt, I was pretty nervous when going in and couldn't watch the introduction video as I wouldn't have done through with the procedure. Matt explained to me the procedure in brief and what to expect with regards to discomfort. 10 minutes later I was walking out. Matt also gives a very personal approach via YouTube to help you understand and recover to the best ability. Thank you Matt and Izzy

I was quite nervous about the whole thing but after a minute or 2 they made me feel comfortable, the procedure was painless and they explained everything with no worries. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Masterton yesterday. Operation took less then 10 minutes and he is very experienced/knowledgable. I was anxious leading upto it and he made me feel at ease. Recovery is progressing fast and today it is painfree.

Very happy with my experience. Only pain felt was from the needle of the local anaesthetic. And the nurse and doctor were both very easy going and friendly.
