**UPDATE: My wife was contacted about the insurance not paying. My wife called the insurance and they explained to her that your office had to appeal the claims. My wife spoke to Crystal and Crystal said they could NOT appeal the claims because it would look like you’re submitting for multiple services and they would be rejected. Then stated that she would see what they can do. She did not bring it up again after that. We still have dental insurance and only one plan was terminated AFTER all the services were completed. If you are still willing then why has my wife not gotten a call back from billing after a year of trying to get a hold of them. Front office always answers and states that they will let billing know and nobody calls unless it’s to schedule and appointment. She has been trying to have this exact conversation with you for a year. It’s ridiculous that it took a google review for you to reply. *** for anyone thinking this was an insurance mix up just be aware my wife has been trying to work both sides of this for over a year. She calls the office and the staff are rude and short with her and refuse to put the accounting manager (Crystal, self proclaimed) on the phone. This dentist office has to be the most money hungry office I have ever been to. Within a few months they charged us thousands and thousands of dollars for services that should have never cost that much. My wife and I had two dental insurances. Both with $2000 limits each. We had to take out a $3000 loan to pay for some of their services. We also had to pay out of pocket for services on the day of. In total, they were able to get between $11,000-13,000 from us in the span of 3 months. Every time we went in for a service, the service suddenly cost more or the service had to be changed to something more invasive. They also constantly had issues billing our insurances and rarely have clear answers for their billing. My wife tried to maintain contact with Crystal so Crystal could explain the reasoning behind all the billing issues. Crystal was had previously told my wife that she would be receiving a refund of $200 because a service was changed. We never saw that refund. Crystal has not spoken to my wife in 1.5 years and has ignored my wife’s calls for explanations. Instead they have been contacting my wife over and over again to collect $399 and they do not state why she owes this money. This bill was recently issued two months ago. She has not been to this office in two years. How is there suddenly a $399 bill?

I reached out to Balle & Associates after seeing another dental practice here in town. I was skeptical of the work I was told that needed to be done so I sought a second opinion. After arriving at Balle and Associates, I had filled out all of my new patient paperwork online so my wait was less than 5 minutes. Everyone dreads getting to your appointment early and sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes before finally hearing your name called. My radiologist was very welcoming and pointed everything out in the office. After she performed X Rays she performed a 3D scan of my entire mouth which I had never experienced. WHAT AN AWESOME piece of tech. Once the scan was done, Dr. Nguyen took a closer look and confirmed that everything I was quoted at the other dental practice wasn't needed. Dr. Nguyen spent more than 30 minutes explaining what work I truly needed to get my teeth back to where they needed to be, all while explaining why it needed to happen. I couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Nguyen and the rest of his team at Balle and Associates. I will happily refer my friends and family to Balle and Associates because of the exceptional service I was given as a new customer. I couldn't be happier with my visit. Thanks Dr. Nguyen!

I first visited Dr. Balle’s office in 2009 because I was missing 2 permanent teeth. He and his amazing staff were very helpful and soon I had 2 implants that matched my permanent teeth well. Then in 2017 I lost a permanent tooth and had to get another implant. I worked with the same diligent staff members and they placed a third implant. I recently visited them again because my third crown/abutment came out. Imagine my surprise when I called to schedule an appointment, after 11 years I was working with the same two women in the front office! Thank you Ebony and Crystal for working with my hectic schedule!! Not only does Dr. Balle have a first class staff, he stands behind his work and does not recommend any procedures unless they are necessary. I drove a total of 12 hours for my appointment and came home with a brand new tooth, not to mention more confidence in my smile. I tip my hat to Dr. Balle and Shirley for giving me my smile back and going out of their way to get me a new tooth. I highly recommend Balle and Associates Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone in need of dental work.

We had been in US for a week travelling from Australia, and only in Vegas for 3 hours, when my 8 year old boy accidently bumped into my 11 year olds skull in the hotel pool, chipping 2 of his lower teeth. With lots of pain, at 9pm, I googled Las Vegas for any dentists to visit on Friday, which apparently, is a day off for a lot of clinics. I found Vegas Choice and left a voice mail, they called me before opening time the next day and had a 10.30am appointment. From the moment we walked into the clinic the experience was extremely pleasant, the reception staff very friendly and helpful, the dental assistants very reassuring and Dr Nguyen amazing. We both felt at ease and confident with the treatment my son needed. And loved the chit chat about Le Bron shoes which made my son feel comforted and relaxed!!!! Thank you everyone for your care and professionalism, which let's face it, medical treatment is always a stressful thing to need when on vacation!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a dental office. I feel so lucky to have found it. Sounds weird to say I feel lucky about a dentist office, but I do. I give 5 stars for everything and everyone. Dr. Nguyen and his assistant are awesome! Not only is Dr. Nguyen's dental work (craftmanship) great, but he's very professional & personable with his communication. Heather made teeth cleaning almost fun. Yeah almost, because that can't be fun, but she did make me laugh a lot. Crystal is wonderful! She's on top of it! She (and the rest of the office) helped me deal with insurance and juggle scheduling some urgent appointments. Crystal also made a follow-up call after my dental work. I've never had a follow-up from a dentist office! That was icing on the cake for me. I rarely review businesses. To do so, especially with 5 stars & more than one sentence, means something really made an impression on me.

I have had dental anxiety pretty much the majority of my life. Walking into Dr. Balles office was very peaceful and relaxing. The check in process was so smooth and I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The dental hygienist Danielle gave me a quick tour of the beautiful office and showed me to the chair. She made me feel so at ease and I have to say I felt no anxiety at all. The cleaning was so quick and painless. She was so informative letting me know everything she was doing step by step. Dr. Nguyen saw me next for an exam and was also so informative and professional. He explained so well to me what treatment needed to be done in a way I understand perfectly. I rescheduled my appointment for the next 6 months and am not dreading it whatsoever! I have to say if you have any fear of the dentist at all this place will alleviate all of that for you. I am so happy to have found my new dentist!

I needed work done. After a fall I had one dead tooth and one with the top half broken off. I had strong feelings about what I wanted done and had gotten a quote from my regular dentist for an implant and a crown. Thank the Good Lord the high price tag led me to get a couple more quotes. I got Dr Balle's name from a friend. He was so thorough and explained everything so well. It was his idea that I get the Gentle Wave root canal procedure, by an endodontist outside his office, instead of the implant. Then, for the broken tooth he suggested a veneer as being less invasive over the crown option. I was made very comfortable with the final decisions we made. Thanks to my not throwing things away, I was able to bring in a mold of my teeth from many years ago. New technology allowed Dr Balle to literally recreate my original tooth. It was very exciting and I could not be happier.

I was referred to Dr. Balle last year to get full upper implants. I have always been terrified to go to the dentist my whole life. The first time I went to Dr. Balle's office I was greeted with the most professional, kind and friendly staff. Dr. Balle met with me to decide which option would be best for me. He explained and answered everything I asked. No pressure at all. He made me feel at ease right away as I told him my fear of dentists. Then the work began. It took almost a year of fittings, adjustments and a prototype. Never once did I question or fear the different processes as Dr. Balle would ALWAYS explain everything. He is absolutely amazing, kind and friendly. I could not have asked for a better dentist then Dr. Balle. Between Dr. Balle and his outstanding front office and dental staff, I have found MY dentist.

I've just started with this dental office after leaving another dentist that had major problems. This place is amazing. Wonderful staff, great updated equipment that most other dentists don't have, reasonable prices, and you can really tell that all of the staff WANTS to be there and enjoys working there. Scheduling was very easy because they're only booked a couple weeks out, unlike some places that can't fit you in for 2 months. And they can fit you in for emergencies if needed. The only negative is that they're not open on weekends. My cleaning was done by LaShell, one of the best hygienists I've ever had. She explained everything she was doing and why and was incredibly friendly. I 100% recommend this dental office to everyone, especially if you've previously had problems with other dentists.

Balle & Associates is the only place to go in Las Vegas! Not only have I have been seeing Dr.Balle for over a decade as well as my sister for over 15 years and our grandmother has seen him for over 20 years. My aunt was his patient for that long as well and passed away last year….. one of the first sympathy cards we receive was from Dr.Balle and his team as they knew her well in that office. The staff is AMAZING to say the least and always make you feel welcome. I love that I know the faces I will see when I walk in because it never changes, this is the best team you can come across. I’m so thankful for this group and the work they do! It truly says something about a business when you have the same staff there for this long. We love Balle & Associates!

Omg, I'm so so so so so so happy! I went 18 years with no teeth, and it earnestly and honestly did something horrible to my self esteem. But, Dr. Nguyen was determined to fix it all for me; in record time. I needed my teeth quickly, as I'm coming out of retirement returning to the workforce; gainfully employed with the Federal Government. Dr. Nguyen and his marvelous staff did such a wonderful job for me. Instantly, I feel rejuvenated and gorgeous again. I not only will always use his practice for all of my dental care, but I will also refer EVERYONE to him as well. I would be remiss if I didn't speak about the professionalism that's displayed all throughout his practice. Trust me, you can't and won't go wrong with Dr. Nguyen.

My husband and I were visiting and he had a broken tooth that became infected. He had just signed up for new dental insurance and didn’t have a card to show, just the information he was given over the phone. I called about 9am the week of Thanksgiving and they saw him at noon that same day! They contacted his insurance carrier and had an estimate ready at his appointment. They saw him the following day to extract the tooth and he was all set. Also followed up to make certain he was doing well. Can’t say enough about the excellent and timely care he received! Everyone from office staff to the dental team were just terrific! If you’re looking for a positive dental experience, look no further than Dr. Balle and his staff.

This was my first time with Balle & Associates, after coming from my previous dentist of 10 years. Never turning back, and I am so glad to have met Dr. Nguyen & my hygienist Lauren. My top two favorite things about this office is their technology/methods and the welcoming staff. They definitely are up-to-date with the most effective and newest dentistry practices. I initially came because the root canal my previous doctor performed caused pain in my gums. Dr.Nguyen corrected that, and I felt the difference quickly over the next few days. Immediately after my appointment, I called my mother to tell her it's time to switch as well! I highly recommend going here.

Best dental office I've EVER dealt with in my 60 years. Dr. Balle was absolutely awesome and If I could think of a better descriptive word I'd use it! I didn't even feel the injections, in fact I couldn't believe he was done when he said "ok, that's it"... I said, "nooot". I was ready to have Dr. Balle to do additional work on my teeth... I've always been a big "freighty-cat" when it came to the dentist; was this time too, but absolutely had to get the work done. I came in the office not knowing what to expect but knowing I needed a crown from an ex-botched job from my childhood dentist visit. Being scarred from those past experiences, Dr. Nguyen put me at ease immediately and was extremely caring and gentle with my visit. Hands down the best dentist in town. I've had some really bad experiences with dentist in this town. Usually I have more problems after a dental visit than before. Dr Balle is the first dentist I've ever had to sit and talk and ask questions about what was going on with my teeth as well as answer questions. After the initial exam, he went over everything that was needed to get my mouth to its healthiest state. He didn't just give a root canal or crowns I didn't need just so they could make money. His services are truly top notch. The crew of people that work in this office are all wonderful. Hands down the best dentist office in town.

I'm so grateful I finally found a dentistry that goes over and beyond & truly cares for their patients. Walked in greeted with a warm smile. Ebony is the best receptionist. Thank you for being so understanding and working with me on my insurance. My teeth cleaning was phenomenal. Michelle was very sweet , informative explained everything step by step. I felt comfortable through the whole procedure. Lastly, Dr. Nguyen is so great. He fixed my veneer after going to another dentist. Forever thankful for everyone's kindness. Everyone was so nice and super helpful. I also felt they were very thorough from my teeth to my general health. I never felt rushed while asking questions. I'm happy with my experience, so I'll be sticking with this practice. UPDATE: that was my first post about them after my first visit. I've been going to them for six months now, and just had my six month cleaning. I still HIGHLY recommended this practice. Front desk staff are efficient and super friendly, the doctor is awesome, and LaShell is one of the nicest and sweetest people and an awesome hygienist!!!

Dr. Balle and his team are exceptional! As a child and young adult, I had many terrible experiences when going to the dentist. Ever since an associate recommended Dr. Balle, I’ve had nothing but excellent service and care. Dr. Balle is always making sure I know exactly what’s happening and asking me how I’m doing. Most importantly, he makes sure the anesthesia has taken full affect before doing any work, unlike past dentist experiences! I highly recommend Dr. Balle and his team! The staff at this office is amazing, as soon as you enter the office you feel welcomed by the front desk as soon as you enter. If you feel anxious about going to the dental office this is the place the go, I felt nervous but being here at Vegas Choice Dental made my anxiety in a dental office go away I felt so welcomed it was amazing!! Especially Dr.Nguyen with his crew of Jessica and Ismael did amazing making me laugh and forget I was even in the office. The hygienist Maryam was so gentle with the cleaning, I am happy to be a patient here!!

Five stars are not nearly enough for Dr. Balle and his team. The office staff is prompt & courteous. My hygienist, Lauren, Is absolutely amazing she is extremely knowledgeable, personable and makes you feel at home. Dr. Balle was wonderful as well. I had questions and he took the time needed to explain the differences with implant types and procedures. Dr. Balle and his team make you feel like you are the only patient they have!! Way to GO!! I will never go Anywhere else!!

I was so nervous about going back to the dentist let alone finding a new one! But Dr. Nguyen was amazing, caring and understood my anxiety. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The staff was so amazing and welcoming as well! So happy I was recommended to go here! Lashell always does a thorough job with my dental hygiene maintenance. She is always personable, friendly, and professional in attitude and demeanor. She explains exactly the procedures she performs at every step and offers information on any potential "problem" areas to watch as well as methods to improve home/self hygiene practice. She is gentle and makes every effort to prevent discomfort, and makes a visit to the dentist enjoyable. Balle and associates is the best.

I love going to Balle and associates, the front desk staff is always friendly and the doctors and other staff are amazing. Both doctors make sure that you are comfortable and give great knowledgeable advice on ones dental health. On my most recent visit, I got to enjoy getting to know the assistants Rosa and Shirley better. They were both helpful and great! Their hygienists are also very thorough and I never feel rushed. I would recommend this office for all.

Everyone’s so friendly and thoroughly explained every single procedure that was done.. never made me feel like I didn’t know what they were doing! I had Lauren for my cleaning - she was fantastic and even showed me how to properly floss. My dentist Dr. Nguyen was great and very informative. I always look forward to my cleanings with Hailey! She leaves my teeth super clean every time and I’ve noticed an improvement in my oral health ever since I began scheduling with her! I have very sensitive gums and she does a wonderful job of making the whole process rather relaxing. Her sense of humor also makes the time go by faster and actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable. So grateful for Hailey, Dr. Balle & the rest of the staff!

I consistently have the best service with Balle & Associates! All the staff are SO kind & friendly. Dr. Nguyen is absolutely phenomenal in every aspect! Went to Balle & Associates for the first time yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Heather was amazing, she gave me a tour of the nice facility, did a nice cleaning, and took very thorough records. Dr. Nguyen took his time during my exam, and came back twice after the exam to answer more questions. The whole staff was friendly and did a great job with my teeth. This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Extremely clean and professional. They contact you multiple times for appointment reminders. I had a lot of work needed and they worked around my schedule to get all my treatment done quickly. Dr. Wynn was so fast with my feelings and called for a follow up the next day to make sure I was ok. I recommend this office to any and everyone you will not be disappointed!!!

What I really appreciated was her professionalism, her care to detail, and her gentle touch. From start to finish she educated me about oral health and made me feel extremely comfortable! This office has the most up to date technology and equipment! I had to get a crown and it was made on the spot. No multiple appts to get it done…in and out! I will be back for sure!

Proof you can provide good customer service and quality care. From the person answering he phone phone to the provider. They’re all professional and beyond nice. I googled a provider for a same day visit and they got me in within an hour and took care of the tooth that was bothering me. I am so happy I found them.

It’s been a very long long time since I have had great customer service that I received from this place. No one knows how to run their businesses any more. This place needs to give lessons to a lot of companies on how to treat people. Highly recommend this company and the people are absolutely awesome.

This dental office was MUCH better before Dr Balle sold or partnered his business. It is no longer the personal service, you are just a client they can get money from, and they will blow up your phone hounding you for an appointment even after you have said no.

Absolutely thrilled that we found Dr Balle. We moved to LV a yr and half ago from E coast so had to start fresh. To say we lucked out is an understatement. His care and professionalism is so appreciated.

Was passing through the area when I broke a tooth and they got me in within a day. I had a new crown installed within 90 minutes in the chair. Outstanding service and the work was perfect.
