I purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado truck from Vegas Used Cars. The truck hasn't had any problems. The people who worked there were not pushy as most car dealerships are when buying a new used car. They also didn't try to steer me to a higher sales bracket just for the sake of it. I own a property rental business and needed a truck to haul drywall and appliances to and fro the many properties. I told them what I was looking for and they were very respectful of my needs and price point. I would use them again when looking for another used car or truck.
