I’m not usually someone who writes bad reviews, however when a service costs me hundreds of euros and a lost day I’ll make an exception. My partner and I booked online when we got to the store for what we assumed was 48 hours but we realised it was only two days (I.e Thursday and Friday no matter what time you arrive, not 48 hours from your booking). We got there at 8am and would have paid the additional day or the €25 to get our bags and make our 9am bus to Slovenia…had there been someone to pay or someone to contact. The desk is unmanned, the phone line rang out 10 times, 2 emails and WhatsApp’s were unanswered and we missed our bus. We received a call at 9.13 (remember it’s supposed to open at 8) saying they were sorry and there were telephone issues and we would be refunded. I can only assume the telephone issues were that the person forgot to set their alarm and woke up at 9.10. We received no refund and are massively out of pocket for hotels, additional tickets and missed events. I would say this service works 49/50 based on the reviews but in our case it was an extremely costly experience. If you want reliability then look elsewhere

I would have loved to give this 5 stars. Overall super easy service and good price. The main downfall was that when I got back I couldn't open my locker. It was showing as available to book. If anyone else would have chosen my locker and booked it, it would have opened up with my bags in there and easily been stolen. For a moment I thought that was what had happened which gave me a mini heart attack. I reached their service person through their intercom and had a quick response from their team...so A plus on service. I hope this posts makes the team at Vaise take the proper corrective action to look into what happened and avoid any future mishaps of travelers experiencing the same situation of potentially not being able to access their bags or worse...having them stolen. I booked at the Piazzale Roma location on 9/16 at 10:10AM. The service person said the locker had been opened like 20 minutes after I booked it. If it was opened it was not done by me (concerning). I did not come back to locker until I returned hours later to grab my bags. Please look into this and fix any bugs in your system or determine the root cause.

The location of this storage unit is superb, especially for anyone who is travelling to/from Marco Polo Airport by bus. The lockers are a decent size - we were able to comfortably fit two large suitcases in our locker. The online booking system works well, and access to the building is simple. The only strange thing is that the online booking system asks you to nominate the number of days you want to book for. I was booking at 11am on Saturday morning and wanted to use the locker until 9am on Monday. As this is less than 48 hours I nominated 2 days. It wasn't obvious until after I had booked that as far as they were concerned my 2 days were Saturday and Sunday and that I wouldn't actually be able to access the locker on Monday morning. They were nice enough to allow me to do this once I explained the situation but it shouldn't really be necessary. It would be good if they could make this work a bit simpler.

My wife and I were traveling in Italy and one of our destinations was Venice. Since our total trip was lengthy, we had three pieces of luggage, and we only wanted to bring one to the hotel in Venice. So, we needed a place to store our extra baggage. Being an overly cautious person, and having no experience with these types of agencies in another country, I researched and found Vaise. The short version is I would recommend the Venice Vaise location unequivocally. Martina was a TREMENDOUS help both before and during our use of the facility. We were able to store our luggage and access the building on our way out of town at 5 a.m. using their code system. But, it was Martina who really helped us make the whole process easy and convenient. Thank you Martina. And to those of you reading this, feel free to use this storage space with confidence.

Extremely disappointed. I would give - 5 stars if I could. I checked to see if a date was available for an upcoming trip and after it was confirmed I clicked the book button. It auto filled todays date which I did not notice and then paid. I contacted the company right away and asked if I could move the date. I was advised no since it's the same day as per their policy. I find this very unprofessional and they do not take any accountability for the fact their website input the wrong date. It's so sad that a business could care so little about a person. I feel like my money has been stolen from me. So if you book with them, really check your dates! And don't assume the date you check to be available will be the correct date you go to book. What a great way to make easy money.

An all-round very good service. A reasonable price for a quality, no fuss product. We booked well in advance. The process from online booking through to using the lockers was simple and straightforward. The location is ideal. We were using the bus service, the station for which is literally metres away, but it would be just as convenient for the train station and probably most of the Venice area. On arrival, the first, reassuring impression was it was secure and safe. The instructions are clear. We had a large locker and were able to fit two medium sized suitcases in quite comfortably. Being able to access the locker throughout the time the locker is booked is a distinct advantage.

Excellent location right next to Piazzale Roma, by the bus station. We left 4 cabin suitcases which fitted perfectly in the locker provided, plus a bit of space for a couple of coats and a small backpack. I booked online, as there were only few boxes left - I recommend doing this as it is less stressful. The price is quite reasonable (€14.50 for the full day for one locker). The lady at the desk was very helpful with the touch panel for unlocking the locker. If you visit Venice and look to lock your luggage before/after leaving/arriving it is highly recommended.

Was skeptical at first about storing my luggage in a locker while waiting for my smart hotel room to be ready, but this was absolutely worth it. Safe, affordable, easy to use and fit all 3 carry on luggages plus a few smaller bags inside one locker. There was an attendant inside during business hours, so it did have an actual person if you needed help. We were glad to have avoided carrying luggage all over Venice while we did some sightseeing. No need to reserve ahead of time. I paid a small deposit then paid the balance on our return.

We had booked the locker online a couple of days before. On the day itself in the morning we put our cabin size suitcases in the locker at Piazzale Roma, went sightseeing, came back in the afternoon to grab a sweater, closed the locker again and went for dinner and finally picked up our stuff in the evening and walked to the Ferrovia to catch our train. Everything was clear, straightforward and worked fine. Their website provides all the important information (price, location, opening hours, locker size).

Molto comoda l'esperienza di prenotazione sul sito Vaise. Un po' meno comodo il percorso se si arriva dalla stazione dei treni con un trolley... bisogna trasportarlo di peso su per il ponte Calatrava :(. Il sito Vaise e' sul lato lontano della piazza e ho fatto fatica a trovarlo. Gli armadietti pensavo che fossero piu' grandi, in ogni caso hanno ospitato bene un trolley misura aereo e uno un po' piu' grande. In generale sono contento del servizio a parte la distanza dalla stazione.

Sweet! Managed to fit two carry on luggage pieces and a laptop bag, as well as a couple more bags into one locker. The prices were on par with other places nearby. We went to another place first and they had someone standing there in a big room full of luggage which didn't feel secure as anyone could just walk in and grab "their stuff". This was nice as it's a locker and you set your own pin and it's secure. I would totally recommend this place!

We booked the locker online before arriving to Venice, which was super easy. The place is centrally located, and was literally a minute walk from the bus stop that we took from the airport. At first we had a little problem opening the locker so we called the hotline, and they picked up right away and were very helpful. One locker fitted all the luggage that we had (we were 4 people). Highly reccommended if you're planning a day trip to Venice.

Made a reservation for a locker for our last day in Venice. We had to leave our apartment in the morning and our flight left in the evening. Was very handy do leave our bags in the locker which had plenty of space. Very reassuring that we could make a reservation. Spent another lovely day in Venice without have to worry about the Luggage. Nicely situated next to the busstop and near to the Vaporetta. Highly recommended!

Great service, much needed in Venice. Perfect location and reasonable opening hours. I would suggest two improvements : - opening 1/2h earlier at least as a good number of tourists leave the city early - inform clearly that the price is NOT for 24 hours - alternately devise a pricing system for several days : some people do not need to have all their luggage at their hotel for 2 or 3 days... Was recommended to this luggage storage by Marriott and was very happy with it. Convenient locations, reasonable pricing and hours. Our favorite part was that it was self-storage (no handlers to move/lose your stuff as our items were loose not just suitcases) and that we could come and go as much as we needed throughout the day. Loved that we could drop off jackets, pick up water bottles, etc.

Once we found it, it was clean,easy and secure. We pre-paid 2 lockers before our trip and it was easy figure out the codes to open. We needed an additional locker on site which was easy to do too. Great for international size carry-on bags. 2 bags per locker plus backpacks. Family of 5 fit in 3 lockers. We had 1 Away international size bag and 1 backpack per person. Would do it again!

I had a very good experience with the storage. It was all pretty smooth and easy. The location of this storage is great, especially if you are coming from or going to Marco Polo Airport by bus. The access to the building is simple and the lockers system very easy to operate. They are very spacious, I had only one back pack so had lots of extra space.

We reserved lockers the day we arrived and the day we departed through the vacation rental company we had booked our stay in Venice with. These lockers are very easy to use, clean, secure, and affordable. The location to the train station was a big bonus for us, too. Highly recommend if you need a place to store your bags while visiting Venice.

Very easy to reserve online after which you will receive a code by email. Depot easy to find at the back of the bus station on Piazalle Roma (a good bar around the corner :)). Simply enter on a screen the number of the reserved locker and the code received by email and the locker will open. Highly recommended.

Very convenient for Piazzale Roma bus station. Easy to use-Vaise sent a code by email which we used to open the locker. It was large enough for 4 good sized rucksacks. Half the price of the lockers in the station and you can return any time to get things out of your bags. Highly recommended.

We really appreciate this possibility! It is very comfortable. Although there is not any staff, they are ready to help you using the ring and line. We did the mistake and they really helped us in few minutes. I recommend you to read the instructions :D before you close the locker.

Easy to book, easy to use and in a great location - right next to bus station and taxi rank. They email you a code and locker number which you just type in and it opens perfectly. You can access as many times as you want during your booked time if you want to access your luggage.

If you have more than 1 item of luggage to store, this place is a good deal. It was 13€ to book online (Oct 2021) paid via PayPal, received the email confirmation, used the code to access, left everything for the day. The location is right off the bus terminal which was perfect.

Definitely the best deal if you have multiple bags. We were able to fix one large rolling bag and two carry-on duffles inside one locker. It’s very straight forward with multiple language options. It definitely met our needs and we would use this company again.
