A very good bubble tea spot! It's spatious, clean, and welcoming. It has a restroom, plenty of seating space and free Wi-Fi. The menu has a lot of variety, from ordinary tea, milk tea, slushies and so on. The flavor is excellent, as they use syrup where possible instead of dry powder, which is a huge plus. I also found customization of the amount of sugar, ice, and toppings rather welcome, as I personally prefer my tea less sweet, but you may go all the way to decadent-sweet, should you so choose. Make sure to ask for the stamp card while there, so after 10 visits you get your free coveted tea drink. The only two tiny drawbacks that I personally don't mind at all are: 1) it does take a while for your order to be ready, especially during the busy times, so make sure to feed that parking meter, as it likely won't be a 5-minute in and out; and 2) the price is a little bit higher than in some other bubble tea places I know of, but the quality and flavor are really worth it. The fact that they accept debit/credit cards for 1-2 drink orders totally makes up for it. Overall, a rather decent and convenient place to extinguish all your bubble tea cravings.

Will not be returning to this bubble tea place. Today I decided to walk in and order two fruit teas which I waited 20 minutes for. I work in a food place and I understand it can get busy with online orders or orders from the tablets. However, if a customer walks in we have to help them first. Vivi’s either needs to hire another person or really get their priorities straight with helping customers who walk in. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and it’s almost everytime that I wait too long for my drinks. I won’t be coming back when I can go across the street where I know I won’t wait forever.

I asked for Passionfruit Lemon Tea. They did an Apple, lime (not lemon), orange and chia seeds tea. When I went back to ask where is my passionfruit, they told me the tea has passionfruit syrup. Well that’s disappointing!!! This information should written in the description of the tea. By the way it doesn’t says on their tea description that it contains apple and orange. It only says passionfruit and lemon. You have to do better guys!!!! Very sad and disappointing how you cheat on people. By the way, just across the street Chung Yang Tea Shop has real passionfruit in their teas. Take example from them!

Great service and quality drinks. A lot of options and good for kids. I love their Blue Galaxy , very refreshing and tasty. Love it! Must visit, the best Bubble Tea in Staten Island. Very authentic and real! I saw them use a shaker machine to make all the drinks. They have whole milk for milk series and Non Dairy Milk Powder for all the milk tea series. I’m so happy that they shared the ingredients with me and I know I’m making the right choice! Definitely will visit again and they have a lot of stores. Can’t go wrong!

There are also a selection of small snacks such as popcorn chicken, Taiwanese Sausages, takoyaki, etc. When I get fruit green tea, the drink at 100% is super sweet. I often ask for less sugar and less ice. The fruit tea is already sweet. Super spacious and great for groups. Plenty of seating at tables and along the window. There is street parking. Services are quite not as fast as the city branches. Bathroom is is located in the back.

I want i today for some bubble tea and cury chicken the tea was fine but the chicken was "RAW". When I brought it up the there Attention the girl behind the counter tried to make a excuse saying "no thats just the type of chicken we use its ok". RAW chicken is never ok they could easily get alot of people sick. I told her that and asked for a refund witch she gave me but the Experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never come back here again!! And I Caution anyone who does.

Went there on Saturday after a month not going, the staff there is upset no customer service. The takoyaki are smaller everytime I go and the drinks has less fruits. I ordered the garlic popcorn chicken they usually give me the honey mustard sauce. This the the girl was like what sauce it doesn’t have sauce. And then the other one gave me a empty bottle of the honey mustard. Will not bother to come back

This is the best Vivi’s I’ve ever visited, they made delicious popcorn chicken . A clean and comfortable restaurant to dine in, the staff were polite and friendly with good manners. Definitely recommend this restaurant!!!

I love bubble tea and Vivi bubble tea is one of the best! They got the classic bubble teas and variety of tea favors with different toppings, like boba, jellies, red beans, etc. Not did they only sell bubble teas, they also have food, like skewers and other hot snacks. Follow Up: it was so busy around noon, especially after school ends. Packed with kids. It takes so long to wait for one drink, 20-30 mins per drink. That's the speed.

10/10 best date spot on the island. First of all, the popcorn chicken and boba slap. The service is mad slow but only cause there’s two people working, so it takes like half an hour for your stuff to be done. The benefit to this is if you’re on a date, during this time you can be smooth and get to know them a little better. Definitely going back here when school starts again

Came right when they opened and it was already quite busy. 3 staff handling large volume of orders. Seemed like there was confusion of what orders to prioritize. Had to wait about 30 minutes for my order and worker apologized when I picked up. Drinks are standard bubble tea from a boba chain.

I like the appetizer "fried chicken tender" it is so tasty. It comes with a big portion. And i use to order a drink too. The workers are been so nicely. They Also have a buy 10 get 1 free drink promotion. Avoid the afterschool hours which I experienced long time waiting for my orders.

Very disappointed with my experience here today. The cashier guy at the front desk lacks simple manners. He kept cutting me off when i tried to order even though I spoke loud and clear and he sounded irritated like in a bad mood or something .The milk tea was so sweeteven though I asked for 50% sugar which tasted exactly like a full sugar milk tea.

One of the few Vivi in Staten Island and, without a doubt, they are still up to the standards of any other vivi you’ll find in the city. The popcorn chicken and takoyaki came in hot, but the flavors were a bit bland. It's still a great place for an afternoon snack, though.

Bubble tea shop in staten island, there is 2 locations. I ordered a cold taro with bubbles. The bubble tea was a 4/5. Not the best I've had. The bubbles were slightly hard to chew. The chicken bites are very tasty. Customer service was Good. My order was taken fast and she was polite. Happy there is another bubble tea spot in staten island.

The bubble tea isn't bad, but the popcorn chicken we had seemed a little undercooked,the prices are average for bubble tea. The lady who was making the tea forgot to add bubbles to two of our drinks even though we paid for it. Also it took a while for the tea to be made, and there was only one lady running the store during noon.

I ordered mike green tea with bubbles yesterday , tested so good and not to sweet. I also ordered a popcorn chicken with spicy favor .. omg it was very spicy to me but my wife finished all . Workers inside were nice to me . Will come back again thanks !

Grabbed a matcha milk tea with extra bubbles and it was soooooo yummy. The bubbles were chewy and good texture. Unlike some other bubble tea stores, you can actually taste the tea and matcha flavor and not just all sugar.

Clean, nice little place. Teas are awesome and if you're craving some stick foods I'd highly recommend the small appetizer box. Surprisingly the fried chicken goes really well with bubble tea.

ViVi Bubble Tea on New Dorp Lane is pretty good. I have to say that their restaurant is very clean, and they have many different kinds and flavors of Bubble Tea...I also believe that they have food, however I haven't had anything to eat there.

Extremely rude ,disrespectful and nasty service . I do have to say that their bubble tea is really Good but their stuff rudeness and unprofessional work is unexceptionable . This is not the way Staten island community honor your businesses .
